There was nothing to dislike except the outside appearance could be improved

We think the front appearance of the property could be better However once inside it was a whole lot different in fact it was lovely

We received a very warm welcome from Maria, we had a lovely, spacious ground floor room with an outdoor seating area, the room was bright and tastefully decorated. Also there was a small fridge which is a great addition. Breakfast was ordered the day before which was great as Martin provided an excellent table service. There was a large and varied selection of foods and beverages available. We would highly recommend a stay and look forward to another visit soon Thanks Maria and Martin.

Unfortunately it was extremely hot in the bedroom due in main to the exterior temperatures. Perhaps other rooms to rear of property might be cooler. Shower was good but the en-suite quite small and not suitable for anyone large or disabled. .

Schneller, professioneller Checkin, superfreundlicher Empfang. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das warme Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet, das Buffet beinhaltet frisches Obst, Müsli und alles, was man sonst noch gerne isst und trinkt inkl. Espressomaschine. Außerdem liegt es nahe dem Stadtzentrum und hat ausreichend Parkplätze.

The hosts were very friendly. The hotel was in an ideal position close to the city centre with lovely walks nearby.

The breakfast was very good cooked to order, lots of drink selection, excellent range of cereals, fresh fruit, toast pastries, jams etc, large selection of hot breakfast to choice from…….

Staff were wonderful. This includes the housekeepers, who were exceptional.

Some versions of the property literature advertised air conditioning, and there was none. Parking lot was cramped.

Very clean, everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely garden (we had a ground floor room with doors out to decking overlooking the garden) Quiet surroundings but just a few minutes walk into Stratford town. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Martin and Maria are very accommodating. Very lovely stay and will go again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the bed slept well. The host were incredible. Very helpful, and always ready to answer. Any questions you had. The breakfast that was served as part of your room cost, was absolutely fantastic. Top quality. I would absolutely recommend you stay at this beautiful bread and breakfast. Avonpark House is wonderful.

Location - so lovely for walking on The Old Tramway to the RSC! Along a lovely uncrowded path, past a Butterfly Farm. Breakfast was delicious and personalized. We will return.

Hosts seemed rushed and overstretched. Not enough drinking water either in room (1 small bottle between 3) or at breakfast ( I very small jug for whole dining room) not enough hot drinking making supplies in room for 3 adults.

Lovely room with good views over the park. Good location with close walking routes to the town centre.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Also, felt I was overcharged for the EV charging. While this was convenient, I was charged at a higher rates than local rapid chargers. The charging costs per KW/H should have been made clear from the outset. Either the property owner is being overcharged, or he is clearly making a lot of money from this.

Ideale locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Flexibel met inchecken, zeer gastvrije eigenaren,heerlijk ontbijt. Kamer was ruim genoeg, bed zeer comfortabel. Prima guesthouse, absoluut aan te raden!

De badkamer was wel aan de krappe kant, zeker voor een man van 2 meter.

Maria and Martin were wonderful. The room was so clean, exceptional. Breakfast was superb, so much choice, amazing. I cannanot recommend Avonpark House enough, brilliant stay, will defo go back. Thank you so much Maria and Nartin. 👍🏻👌🏻

Quiet- break

Squeaky beds, one bottle of water and one packet of biscuits in the room, there was two of us! Cleanliness, dusty ledges, past occupants wrappers under radiator, lumpy mattresses - it was £185 a night!!

Breakfast was a bit dried up like it was sat under a heatlamp for a while. We have a requested time of 9am so would expect it cooked fresh at 9am. Especially eggs. Saying that it wouldn’t stop me staying again I would just go earlier to give me time to eat my cereal etc.

The location is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the tourist centre, everything you could wish for in a B&B, service could not be faulted, the hosts were very thorough in making the stay welcoming and comfortable. Facilities were excellent, the breakfast there was so much choice from a range of cereal to a cooked breakfast which you pre order the night before. Parking outside the house on a forecourt, off the road, pleasant area felt safe

We were made to feel very welcome by Martin and Maria. Avonpark House is immaculate, we had a lovely room off the garden, really comfortable bed and fantastic choice at breakfast. The full English breakfast is a great way to start the day. 10 min walk into the centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
