La struttura e le camere ahimè sono datate, mi dispiace doverlo condividere ma faceva freddo. Gli infissi e le porte sono vecchi e passava aria fredda ovunque ( in Sudafrica fa freddo). Nella camera c'era si a disposizione una stufa elettrica ma non bastava. Sinceramente considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ci tornerei

Reviewed May 14, 2026We stayed there for 4 nights. After the first night my brother and I were staying there, they asked how the rooms were. We said it was okay, beds were a bit small for my brother who is over 130KGs. While eating breakfast (top tier made to order breakfast) they upgraded our room. Their staff moved our stuff over, we get a better room, a better view, and a great experience. We then needed an urgent extra night due to flooding and extreme weather conditions on the N2. They didn't try overcharge or take advantage. They even pre-blocked off the room until we made the final decision. Over and beyond is what makes them a top tier space to stay in. Thank you!

Delicious cooked to order breakfast. Roomy, comfortable common areas, including an outdoor courtyard. Easy access from main road. Friendly proprietor with valuable information about navigating area, advice about safely visiting the beach, and so on. Heartedly recommend.

Больше всего понавилось отношение персонала и их гибкость в решении вопросов моей большой группы (14 человек). Я под очень хорошим впечатлением, обязательно приедем ещё!

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Breakfast is generally a part buffet and part service. This can change if there are a large number of guests when it becomes fully buffet except for your eggs order. The room and bathroom was spacious and on the ground floor which was very helpful for our mobility needs. There are three car parking spaces for guests. And if necessary there is street parking to the side of the property. The staff are very helpful and directed us to specific shops we needed.
Nothing really, a wide range of visitors both SA and overseas.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Unkonventionelle, gemütliche Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück und sehr nettem Personal. Die Zimmer zum Garten sind ruhiger. Outdoor gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten zum Verweilen und das Frühstück kann an einem großen Tisch eingenommen werden. Es gibt zwar keinen Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern, dafür aber einen Großen auch zur eigenen Nutzung im Frühstücksraum.
Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist nicht ideal, dafür sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Beach.

Witzig eingerichtete Zimmer, honesty Bar, nettes Frühstück an einem großen Gemeinschaftstisch. Alle Türen nach aussen gut verschlossen, auch die Autostellplätze durch Hoftore gut gesichert. Wir konnten bereits gegen 12 Uhr mittags ins Zimmer einchecken.
Recht laut durch starken Wind mit klapperenden Türen und Autoverkehr.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Nach ein paar Nächten gab es sogar frische Bettwäsche. Das Badezimmer war geräumig, die Handtücher immer frisch und super angenehm. Das Frühstück war jedes Mal ausgezeichnet. Es gibt eine Auswahl an warmen Speisen wie Eier und Bacon, dazu Toast, verschiedene Aufstriche, frischen Obstsalat, Joghurt sowie Kaffee und Tee. Besonders praktisch: Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar – der Strand sowie St. James und Kalk Bay sind nur einen Spaziergang am Meer entfernt. (Für Infos rund um Wege und Sicherheit lohnt es sich, kurz beim Team nachzufragen :D )
