Room had a view of the side of the next building.

The bed was very comfortable. The lounge areas are warm and inviting and some arm chairs have a sea view. There was a lovely lady on reception when we arrived. She was very friendly ( her name might've been Anne?) She said she was from Scotland. She made us feel very welcome.

The rooms are not good value for money. This was a mid-week, one night stay without breakfast and I paid what you would expect to pay on a weekend for a hotel of this standard. When I arrived there was a long hair at the back of the toilet seat and a mildly offensive smell in the bathroom which persisted throughout the stay. Drains? When we left we naturally assumed we were to check out at reception as is standard procedure but on arriving in reception and waiting a few minutes we were met by a miserable young lady who off-handedly said we should be checking out in the restaurant on the next floor up! I apologised saying we didn't know this and she simply pointed to a paper sign and said "it says there" . So up in the lift we went again to check out. The young lady muttered an apology about how she was the only one working several areas but I do feel her customer service technique needs a good polish! It costs nothing to smile at paying guests and can make all the difference to someone's opinion. Overall , not good value for money. And work needs to be done on customer service.

Bathroom very tight for space, tiny wash basin. Not that you can do anything but sounded like the seagulls were just above our window so noisy at 5am!

I had a small room at the back so no view and although was clean and modernised felt a bit dark and squashed. If there is a small car park round the back, I didn.t find it. But you can pay to park on the front opposite in the council car park. A sea view room here must be nice.

The location is fantastic. The staff are very polite and honest, infact went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. One just needs to cross the road to get to the beach. One hour drive to Windermere.

The bathrooms are tiny, but the room was comfortable.

Es wurde leider in 3 Nächten kein einziges Mal geputzt und auf Nachfrage haben wir auch kein neues Klopapier bekommen. Gratis Parkplätze gibt es nur von 6pm bis 9am.

Google Maps took us to rear of hotel with no parking available and no access to hotel Cooking was very poor : mushy peas very sloppy, hamburger baked to death. I'm glad I don't need to eat here again! Reception and Check-out very delayed and working on 2 floors. I walked out in disgust and returned later to pay. The hotel is poorly used and grossly understaffed.

The food in the restaurant was lovely, the room was nice, clean and everything we needed. The location was beautiful and we had a lovely stay.

They asked 50 pounds for insurance at time of check in of any damaged. We stayed 1 night all things were good. But we couldn’t get our money back even we call and emailed them. What’s this unprofessional bheviour.

Hotels car park is diabolical, too many spaces crammed in . Moved my vehicle to across the road to the public car park , heard many customers complain about it.

Far too hot, windows didn’t open properly, fan was noisy but needed to be on just to try and get some sleep. TV wasn’t programmed in, got told someone would come and sort it, no one did. Also on day of check out lift was broken, not a problem for me but if you had mobility issues or struggled carrying heavy bags then the stairs wouldn’t be ideal.

The property is in a great central location for the whole town and beach

We were going to concert so were back in the early hours, we had problems getting in as we had to ring the bell and wait for someone to come and answer rather than your keycard giving 24 hour access. We started to get a little worried at one point! 😂

I did not try the breakfast because of how busy I was I wasn't reminded of the breakfast included in the stay

Parking was my only issue got a parking ticket because I was arriving late I had forgotten to get parking ticket so I received a parking fine

Had to pay a holding fee of £50 for 'incidentals', This was unexpected and not explained clearly.

Central in Morecombe, beach and promenade straight across the street. Staff friendly, room clean, spacious and comfortable.

No dislikes regarding our stay there.

The best thing out my stay was Jackie who greeted us on reception, very polite, professional and knowledgeable and welcoming which was the perfect greeting after a long journey, Jackie is a great credit to the hotel. I hope management acknowledges her service. The property has a lift which was very welcoming after a long journey on a hot day, rooms was clean and had a tower fan, iron and ironing board, complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits and plenty of lovely fresh white towels, cannot comment on food as we ate out

Short stay due to the hotel we originally booked giving our room to someone else. Arrived at 11pm left at 8 am

The room was very good, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were meeting friends so cannot comment on the food. The location was perfect for us as it was on the sea front

Great Location overall appearance was good

Well the interaction with staff Friday afternoon was basically brutal she really destroyed the holiday mood very blunt. I won’t except it’s warm weather because lovely cool at reception. The people before had issues with her then me then the couple behind me experienced same welcome…… oh I mean no welcome. Then add the £50 extra payment topped it off daily interest scam you have. Room was nice but shower was either to warm stand under then hot then practicaly fire. Asked another member of staff for maintenance personnel and not at weekends as I was wondering what do I asked wouldn’t you like my room number? The shock on her face like it’s a struggle. Plus didn’t write down so showers for two nights didn’t happen. Thanks for service. Sunday check out was baron desk again

The view from the bedroom was fantastic looking to the lakes

Rooms are tired need something doing to them curtains had holes in them , rooms need better sound proofing you can hear people moving around , moving chairs , it looked very dated which is par for the course along that road Menu very disappointing, for a place like this , Breakfast plenty of staff in but still had to go find some one to order it .

Spent nearly £700 on a room that didnt have a fridge, a medicore fan, no air con, the room was smaller than expected and because it was a hot weekend i fried in the heat, thought the hotel room was very poor

Room was extremely tired. Lumpy twin beds! Smallest bathroom ever with a tiny shower cubicle with a horrible shower curtain. Sink was cracked. Very noisy during the day from the road

no air condition in heat wave even premier 3 star had aircon systems , no sleep at all due to this and very old fans given which did nothing. Receptionist first day wasn’t very pleasant or professional all the others after her were friendly

The restaurant bar not being seperate and being used by members of the public. Blokes wandering in in various states.of toplessness, profanities and loud bad roudy language not condusive to the atmosphere you are trying to create in the restaurant. Just put the edge on our experience a little.

We were there in a heatwave and the room was very hot. The room was small.

Fan needs an upgrade to at least a desk top type rather than a slimline upright as it didn't even move the air about. Staff also need to pull cups out of the cupboard by the handle rather than sticking their finger in it.

Simple serving / presentation procedures- we asked to share a meal. Which they said was no problem. The served meal was simply cut in half and served on its original platter. The other was put on a small white side plate!

The room was very small. It was around 8ft sq., The shower room was extremley small. The bed was old with a poor mattress. The floor boards creaked and furniture was old and less than budget furniture. The room sound proof was poor.

on our last evening we asked the male waiter if we could share the Indian special meal as it was too much for one person, he said so we had to order 2 meals and wasted the majority, he served 3 single men had the same meal but he wouldnt serve it for 2 to share, he also asked the occupants of every table if everything with their meal was ok but never came across and asked us, needless to say we didn't leave a tip. The rest of the staff were excellent during our stay.

It's Morecambe...not Edinburgh 🙈 I'm very happy that I've booked a different hotel for remainder of stay as meeting family. No air con either!!! Only positives are lovely staff / great location...but be very careful about room choice 😡

Price of room didnt match the room. Although it was large, i would have chosen a cheaper room for a sea view. Dated decor. Toilet/bathroom smelled musty. Usb ports did not work on one side of the bed sockets. 5/6am waa a very loud electrical noise/crackling that woke us both and kept us awake. It was loud in the hall way and just as loud in the room (501). I honestly think the room is priced way too high.
