Everything was lovely. Especially the view from the room

Amazing location, well worth paying the extra for a tower view. Clever room design which maximised the space. Spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast expensive for buffet style and no kettles allowed in rooms.

Location was fantastic, good transport links with a tube station next door to the hotel. Helpful staff, clean and modern hotel. Lovely comfortable bed.

There was nothing that stands out that we didn't like. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Gorgeous view of the Tower of London, bar at the top was stunning and staff were all super friendly. Rooms are quite snug and feel a little 'budget' but the views and location make up for it! Staff were super helpful.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Citizen. La chambre est tres agréable. Les équipements sont modernes et la vue est sympa. L'hotel est bien situé à côté du metro et a deux pas de tower bridge. Nous n avions pas pris la chambre sur tower bridge mais la vue était quand même tres appréciable. La chambre est bien agencée. Le hall d'accueil est tres beau et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons trouvé les chambres plutôt bien insonorisé. Le lit était tres confortable et grand ,!

This was my second time staying at citizenM and I would return! The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a great central location right beside Tower Hill station. It also has a beautiful rooftop bar with a stretching skyline view of London. No faults!

It was very clean and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location is right near TowerHill station so very convenient. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very pleasant, the food and drinks are great. I love the 2mx2m bed as I am a tall person :). There is also a great rooftop bar with amazing views of the city.

The price is a bit expensive, but that is London these days.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. The blackout blinds were a godsend. Will definitely stay again.

Die Lage und die Ausblick sind unschlagbar. Das Bett war super bequem. Die Ubahn liegt direkt vor der Tür. Sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Bad (Toilette und Dusche) befinden sich mitten im Zimmer, nur mit einer Milchglasscheibe. Alles zu hören und zu sehen

Tick boxes for quick stay

One worker was quite rude. Took payment for breakfast and then in the morning wanted to take payment again even though names were on the list. Then proceeded to give dirty looks as if we’d done something underhanded. We had definitely NOT! Take this as a complaint. Rest of the staff were great!

Zimmer sehr klein und voller Plastik

Very clean, well presented and had all of the things I needed. Hairdryer, shampoo/cond/body cream. The iPad in the room controlled everything which was so handy, TV, room temperature, they even had coloured lighting which was a lovely touch. It was a bit small but I was staying on my own and found it very cosy. The foyer was lovely, bar and restaurant were very nice with an outside seating smoking area.

Nothing at all. Despite being on top of a tube station you couldn’t hear anything from outside and it made it so convenient to travel!

L'emplacement, le déjeuner et le côté pratique. Aussi, nous avons payé un très bon prix via booking puisque nous avions réservé assez d'avance....

Les chambres sont un peu petites mais avons réussi à trouver notre compte puisqu'elle était bien organisée.

Stairs difficult to find

Excellent location - very friendly staff- comfortable bed- very clean- problem with the shower’s drainage/ fixed within the hour. The foyer was very comfortable- bar on the roof was excellent space as well , over looking the Tower of London .

Difficult to get out of bed in the night, if you sleep on the side nearest the window.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip bestens geeignet . Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber die Aufteilung ist super. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt wäre es tatsächlich, wenn es auf den Zimmern die Möglichkeit geben würde, sich einen Kaffee/Tee zuzubereiten.

This is a great hotel that is located right next to the Tower of London. Super convenient, air conditioned and clean with great staff. The breakfast is really amazing and checks ALL the boxes. The employees are super helpful. The coffee shop downstairs is great. There is a convenient pick up spot for the double decker buses outside where you can hop on and hop off to explore the city if you want to do the touristy thing. Close to St. Katharine’s docks with tons of decent restaurants surrounding it. My husband and I really enjoyed this place!

Le rooftop avec la vue imprenable sur Londres le tower bridge, le confort des chambres le grand lit , je m’attendais à plus petit mais les chambres sont tellement bien pensées que s’était étais parfait! La proximité de l’hôtel avec le tower bridge , la tour de Londre , la tamise et plein d’autres endroits, la station de métro est à 30secondes à pied, l’accueil est chaleureux, et tout est bien expliqué des le départ. Le petit déjeuner est très bon il y a du choix, Je recommande fortement cette hôtel qui a un rapport qualités prix très intéressant

Aussicht traumhaft, man schläft quasi mit Blick auf den Tower und the shard. Tolles Hotel, zwar relativ anonym- check in ist selber zu machen, aber man findet Hilfe wenn man sie braucht. Lage ebenso top, direkt an der UBahn Station.

Nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir une chambre. On nous a promis une chambre avec vue pour compenser l’attente. Au final nous avions vu sur d’autres chambres donc impossible d’ouvrir le store, qui était d’ailleurs cassé. La douche était également défectueuse. Bof pour un hôtel 4 ****

The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the walls, glass screens and dirt, grime, dust and even hair on all surfaces. The first room we were allocated was so bad we assumed that a mistake had been made and that we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The reception staff changed the room for us but the second one was also very dirty, so we realised it’s a hotel-wide issue. Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen.

From the moment I arrived staff were friendly & very helpful. My room exceeded my expectations, it had one of the best views I’ve seen! The room is a little small compared to other hotels but it’s well worth the price it’s very clean and very modern & it’s conveniently located right next to the train station. Also conveniently close to many tourist attractions.

The room! It's so small. The bed fits the length of the room. And the length of the window. Unfortunately my window just faced into an atrium that looked out onto other rooms. So everyone had to keep their blinds down. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom. It all feels kind of pokey when you're in it and a bit claustrophobic, due to lack of daylight etc

The location is very good and our room had a stunning view of the Tower of London and the bridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The check-in and checkout process is very simple. The complementary water bottles were a nice bonus.

The price is a little high and the breakfast is too expensive and the main reason why I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel was pretty central. Very clean and great vibes.

Shower worked well was spacious has plenty of pump showering soaps shampoo etc but the design was a bit plastic - I prefer a door or no door rather than a curtain .. just a preference.

Lovely hotel in a great location just outside Tower Hill tube station. Very good check in, lifts a little slow but room was a nice size with a big bed and bathroom, fridge. Everything from TV, lights and blinds all done from a tablet. The view from the rooftop bar was beautiful.

Kahvaltı Çok yeterli ve Zengin. Konum çok çok iyi Metro istasyonu otelin altında. Odalar Temiz,personel yardımcı oldu. Çıkış günümüzde uçak saatimiz gece olduğu için valizleri emanet odasına bırakıp . Gün boyu rahatça dolaşıp sonra uçağa geri dönerken teslim aldık.

La posizione ottima, di fianco alla fermata della metro e a pochi passi da Tower Bridge, il check-in facile e veloce, la camera accogliente con un letto grande e comodo e un iPad da cui è possibile gestire la domotica e lo staff gentile e disponibile

La posizione è imbattibile. A pochi passi dalla Torre di Londra, e dalla terrazza dell'hotel si ha una vista mozzafiato del Tower Bridge. Raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti dalla stazione di Liverpool Street, altrimenti la metropolitana è letteralmente sotto l'hotel. A pochi passi c'è anche la fermata della DLR se si vuole andare a Greenwich o Canary Wharf.

La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale posizionato sotto la finestra. Quindi la persona che dormiva da quella parte se voleva scendere la notte doveva scavalcare l'altra persona.

Falta de limpiéza en la habitación , pedí q lo limpiaran y no lo hicieron, no habían suficientes toallas ni papel higiénico.
