Would’ve been nice to have for breakfast until at least 10am.

Breakfast was good but they were not keep adding as it gets empty. Even I told lady who was working in breakfast room then she said there is no more. Which is not good. So staff in breakfast room was not friendly at all.

It was clean and staff was friendly. It was centrally located to everything.

The pillows were horrible. Desperately needed pillow with more support.

The room was a good size, clean, and the bathroom had an exhaust fan which is a rare find and very much appreciated. The location in a shopping center that has Tesla Superchargers was nice.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low and the hot water was only warm, not hot. The parking was also wasn't the best, it was limited and most of the spots were far from the front door.

My room was by the elevator which was nice since im a senior citizen

Window looked onto roof of a large building. Was locked out of my room on day 4 and had to go down for a new key card and staff minimized. I was exhausted from a long day out. No reason why I was locked out of my room

The pets was horrible all over. The rooms smell bad the curtains were dirty the beds sheets didn’t fit the pool was dirty the breakfast was nasty. The hotel was not in a good place and the work zone was horrible.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom: The bathtub had mold/mildew along the grout. We would of changed rooms but we had already unpacked. Television: The tv only had cable and the guide was useless. The guide that we downloaded only gave the number and channel name (CBS, BBC) but the tv didn't even have most of the channels listed. Air conditioner: The thermostat would not maintain the correct temperature. We would set it for 70 and during the night it would change the setting to 78. We had the front desk guy come up to help us but he didn't know what was wrong. He did state that this was a problem in several of the rooms. Location: It was located behind a warehouse. It had convenient access to the freeway. The area felt safe only because we were able to park near the door in the handicapped space. The other parking was around the corner and could not be seen from the front door. As two women, we would have felt uncomfortable walking from the parking area.

It was convenient to the interstate.

We were put in a room right off the lobby. There was very little light in our room and the window looked directly into parking spaces. The room had a faint smell of dampness. I wondered about mold.

Keys didn't work to the room 3 times, waisted over 30 minutes trying to get into the room. Other guests had the same problem. Fleas in both rooms. Dog friendly can be an issue.

The staff is fenomental and go the outmost to make guest comfortable. The reception are and pool are very confortable. The place is walk distance to a pharmacy and a great supermarket. The place is walk distance to River Arts District and very close by car to downtown.

The chair available at the desk, in the room, was teared over the latter. The breakfast has a couple selection of fruits 9 usually orange and banana), and it can have more (like strawberry and blueberry and apple). The gym could have free weights.

It was nice and modern.

The room had a mold smell, and one morning we were awoken by a piling driver shaking the building.

Staff and entrance are very welcoming to start our trip. It is quiet and has a calming experience. Love the ambience and the design and pictures of the Hotel.

The harder mattress took a while to get used to. My preference is usually softer. But got used to it.

The staff were quite direct but polite. Early check‑in cost 20 euros, which was a bit much, but we were allowed to enjoy our picnic inside. The hotel is also very well located and has spacious parking.

I liked the location , the shuttle they had and free parking . The shuttle driver Eric was awesome !

One of the days we all had cold showers, the other days the water was luke warm . The staff wasn’t that friendly. We checked in at 5 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready . I told them it was unacceptable and to figure it out . We did get a room. The only response we received from Maverick was they came on at 4 pm and didn’t know what the problem was .

Parking was sometimes a bit of a squeeze. Construction in the lot next door was noisy and caused poor pavement condition at the exit toward the highway.

It's clean, big rooms, pretty good breakfast, quite, nice staff.

Not good smoking places, smokers matter to as they pay the same, didn't like having to get on hwy to go to anything, like to eat, store, wasn't to thrilled with location.

Water never got hot. Took Luke warm showers every day. 😩 Was looking forward to the advertised shuttle service but it only runs weekends. That was very disappointing

The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I was happy they were able to give me a printed receipt at checkout. Some of the other hotels refused and said I had to get it by e mail. We felt it was a very affordably priced hotel.

We were not crazy about the shower even though it was a modern tiled shower. It appeared to only have one setting for temperature and no place to prop for a lady to shave her legs, and there is no door or shower curtain, just a half door. The building shakes so we thought it was an earthquake, until we figured out it was the earth moving machines next door. I'm sure that will go away soon. We were on the 4th floor and there was always the smell of onions or Mexican food in the hallway, but thankfully not in our room.

The location was good in the center of area but construction and loud disturbances are a huge factor.

It is really poorly staffed and run down.

Access was a little awkward, but once you got use to it no problem.

On our second day we returned after a day out and found that the room had a very strong chemical smell. None of the staff seemed to know why. But they did offer to switch us to a lesser room for the remainder of our stay.

The staff was super friendly, the room was incredibly clean and they had the best breakfast set up I’ve ever seen for the price.

Honestly nothing, the area is weird but it’s right off the highway and walking distance to a grocery store, cvs and other businesses.

Some staff was rude not all entrance access points not available from adjacent sides of building after hours guest are locked out after hours if they did not have key card and staff was not as the desk to be let in

Sehr engagiertes Personal, kostenloser Shuttlebus in die Innenstadt (leider nur Freitag und Samstag - aber immerhin) Parkplatz vorhanden. Frühstück war normales amerikanisches Motel-Frühstück, es gab aber Porzellantassen und -teller, das ist sehr positiv, richtiges Besteck wäre auch gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern ausgestattet.

Ohne Auto kommt man nicht so gut in die Innenstadt und den Art-Distrikt, das war aber kein Problem, wir hatten ja eines.

Country Inn and Suites sits in the middle of the Asheville metropolitan area. The approach from the west, through heavy traffic, makes for a sense of relief as you near the property. The front desk welcome was genuine, and the room was ready even though we were early. In the adjacent mall, we found a well-stocked grocery store and an interesting, large pottery centre with beautiful items for sale.

The adjoining Mall had three restaurants, all boarded up with signs indicating either relocation or total abandonment. The CVS pharmacy had a foreboding entry and a heavily armed guard -- a surprise to an Australian visitor.

Spacious good size room with sofa, comfortable bed. Served a good breakfast with a variety of choices.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, showing signs of wear, badly scratched bathtub. Room not very private, being on the ground floor no net curtains, people using the adjacent pool could see straight into the room which wasn't ideal.

Considering it's a hotel breakfast, it was quite good. Good coffee, eggs, sausage and bagels. It was very filling before we hit the road.

Scenery

The property was conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a nice variety of breakfast foods and the cookies in the afternoon were a nice treat.

There was a dog in the room next to ours that barked for quite a few hours.

It was in a good location and breakfast was good.

The fitted bed sheet was hardly big enough for the bed. Kept waking up at night sleeping on the bare mattress because the fitted sheet would come off the bed.
