bullshit promotion, 24 staycation ngak berlaku, harus bayar lagi, apa point nya, front office tdk bisa mengusahakan padahal sudah menghubungi sebelum nya, padahal alasan ambil hotel ini bs check in 24 jam. are you sure your occupancy 100% on that day.

The rooms were very unclean with stains on the sheets and pillows. We asked multiple times to change to clean ones but everythime we gote unclean sheets. We changed rooms after our excursion and the result was the same

This hotel was nice to stay at. The facilities were comfortable. It was busy when I checked in. There were places to eat within walking distance, and to get to the main shopping area of the city I took a Grab car.

The room was on the small side and didn't have a chair, which meant I had to rest the electric kettle (which I was happy to have) on the bed to boil water because its cord was short and wouldn't reach the power outlet above the bench top. Apart from that, the room was great.

the plug charger close to the bed, the guy receptionist guy staff treat me so good, bed comfy, clean, good location, close to train station, mall. mybe around 40/1h to international airport.

the room kinda hot, mybe the location of AC wrong or just need to repair, if have Netflix or good Siri in tv will be more good.

I like this place ….. almost every year / time I travel to Surabaya …. I stayed !

For the price, I did note expect such great service. I had traveled for a business explo and stayed i the hotel for a full week. The price almost put me off but ended up booking with them anyways, however didn't expect anything good. To my surprise the service was good and the hotel stuff very friendly. The colors outside had somewhat put me off but by the time I left I was in love with the place. The food was also good. Room service was prompt and reception staff very helpful

A bit dirty sheet on bed. Very used matrace in bed. Old room at all … used a lot.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful where they could assist.

There was a sort of stale smoky smell throughout the property. I was unable to enjoy the provided breakfast as well, due to the lack of options and questionable freshness of the items provided. No hangers or any designated space to hang up my clothes in the room either.

Just a medium-end hotel standard. Only basic facilities provided. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel facilities. That’s why cheap

No breakfast and no proper & hygiene restaurants available near to the hotel.

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable, a bit out of the centre but we were only staying one night before catching a flight

Room was clean, AC worked fine and there was hot water in the shower. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff was super helpful.

overall fine a little improve for the room maintenance and make sure is proper working special to Afi from Housekeeping really helpful when we’re arrived

I think the towel should have been replaced with a new item because the towel was brown and looked dirty. Or need for deep cleanning

Amazing location in the city centre, 10 minutes drive to shopping area and local restaurants nearby, cozy budget place, nice room and polite staffs. Reception who in charge in the night time seems didn't so much helpful and communicative, slow responded and ignoring my request. But the rest members were amazing. I requested an early check in and I was willing to pay an extra charge, he didn't give me the rooms. While was waiting for 2 hours, another reception gave me the room and told me the room was ready since earlier, same payment of an early check in but different service from reception.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Approx 7 KMs from Chinatown and Arabic towns. 5min walk from zoo.

Sometimes could hear noise from corridor and other rooms. We were in a room by lift. Noise not overly intrusive though.

I payed 50000 for breakfast and for some reason i had only a reheated instant meal and juice,probably there were not any participants so they decided not to open the buffet.I should ask my money back..

Good position. I was at level nine and i had a great view from the room. Staff is really nice. The room was big enough and bed was comfortable

Voices from and corridor were really loud. Of course is more because of people with low respect, but also room wasn’t super soundproofed. Breakfast could be definitely improved

The toilet, bed sheets, the quilt cover , pillows case , towel ,wasn't fully cleaned, the staff went and brought many so I can pick a clean one, unfortunately most of them has a stains on it.

Can do late check in even early in the am, but its so unflexible to get late check out. I check in 4am and still cant get late check out till 1pm.

There are no kettle available in the room. It is convenience for family having baby if kettle is available in the room.

Strategic location near the zoo and Ciputra World. Huge bed for 2, great idea with replacing single use mineral water by putting water dispenser nearby so I can refill my own tumblr

The air conditioner didn’t work well but still ok for a night stay, you need to access their lobby with lift which isn’t visible enough for their small written sign. You can hear people walking through corridor at night, room also not soundproof enough till you can hear unmannered kids talk outside.

The room would be adequate for a couple of nights. UK type sockets were also available. Location is great and you can practically get anywhere with taxi in this city. Overall, this place would suffice all your needs if you are on a budget.

Both the towels and sheets were stained. The bathroom was rather small and the drain was clogged. The wifi was not working.

The shower was rusty. Linen and towels were dirty. AC was not cold enough. Only positive thing was friendly and helpful receptionist. The smell of the air freshener was too strong. Won‘t be back at this property.

I don't usually write actual complaints but I was really disappointed with Pop - especially because I keep receiving automated surveys via email asking me how fantastic my stay was. Laundry service - our clothes smelled great but were still dirty. Really annoying and disappointing!! Breakfast - the first morning we went down, the food had not been replenished and so it was mostly finished and cold. There were ants crawling in the rice. I alerted the staff to this and they left it for more guests to eat :( The next morning was much better, but this was because there were more guests. There was more choice, hot food, good rice and fresh coffee. You should treat everyone the same, every day. We are all paying the same price so all guests should be treated the same. Shower - the water was nice and hot, but did not drain as other reviews have also commented.

Nice staff, clean hotel.

Do not sleep on the 9th floor! There is a really annoying sound from an engine that revs up and down. The sound even vibrates the room. It must be okay at lower levels, the 9th is the top level.

Comfy bed, shower had hot water, sideboard to store luggage was great.

AC was not great and the room is quite small.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The aircon worked well.

Muddled communication meant that we were woken up at 4.00 in the morning on our first day with breakfasts delivered to our room. When we said that we had ordered it for 9.30am for that day, the young man said that we could either keep it in our room for later or they could take it away and reheat it for 9.30. The exact same breakfasts duly arrived back at our room at 9.30. We did not want to eat them. It seems that no more breakfasts were available. The next morning - when we did order breakfasts at 4.00 to take to the airport with us, the breakfasts arrived at our room at the correct time but this time were served on plates, so we could not take them with us. All in all, breakfast didn't really work out for us.
