We booked a deluxe king room and a twin room via Agoda. We requested connecting rooms and, if possible, a complimentary birthday treat for our child. The staff welcomed us warmly and had the connecting rooms ready. Our children were delighted to find that the hotel had prepared a complimentary birthday cake and balloons. Great hotel in a good area in Surabaya! Room was clean & comfy, the breakfast included was fabulous lots of options! The staff were all super lovely & welcoming! Room was also very spacious!

Mayoritas parkir outdoor, mobil berpotensi kepanasan. Pencahayaan kamar jika ada opsi bisa lebih terang lagi akan lebih baik.

Extreem gehorig, onmogelijk om te slapen vanwege het luide verkeer van de straten waar het hotel gelegen is. Buiten om het hotel is weinig of niks te beleven.

Semua staff mulai dari housekeeping, kitchen dan chef nya, laundry nya, satpam, bellboy, receptionist, semuanya baik banget. Saya tinggal hampir sebulan di sini. Yang buat saya enggan pindah hotel karena staff2 nya baik banget👍hotel bintang 5 saja tdk mgkin sebaik ini staff2nya. Makasih ya selama kami di sana, rasanya sdh sprti keluarga 😊

Hotel rooms require renovation, it is clear that the hotel has a lot of history behind it.

The breakfast was good, real coffee, yaay! Restaurant neat, food was good although repetitive, staff was friendly.

Hotel is close to a main intersection, extremely noisy, barely got any sleep. Window did not close properly, big gap around it, so that made the room even noisier. Also the PA from the mosque next door started at 2:30 am and went on for hours.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends in May, and we had such a great experience. The location is super strategic, easy to get to and close to everywhere we needed. What really stood out to me was the service. All the staff were friendly, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Mbak Fanny. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, she was always helpful, polite, and super warm. Really made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in the middle of the city. Honestly, it just made us feel at home. If I ever visit Surabaya again, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here. Big thanks to Hotel Santika and to Mbak Fanny, for making our stay so memorable!

1. As we enter, the room didnt smell well. I think the bathroom was not being clean properly. Probably they have used an old mop that is not really clean. Overall the bathroom is not being clean. 2. The fridge was filthy. We cant use it. There was water inside it and it looked so dirty. 3. There was no hair dryer. 4. We ordered rice with chicken and the chicken was not fresh! We complaint and all we got was an apology, no compensation. Luckily we just stay there for one night. We will not stay in this hotel ever again.

It was our 2nd time we stayed at Santika Pandegiling in the last 3 months. Both were all satisfying stay. Thankfully to Ms. Tasya at the reception, we were allowed to check in before 2 pm. The service, accomodation and the proximity was one of the reason why we chose Santika Pandegiling.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, the facilities are very good and the service is very good and the staff are very friendly to the visitors. I am very satisfied with the facilities and services available. Makes me come back to this hotel again.

in room 410 we stayed on Sunday 01 Dec 24 Input: Please add a variety of breakfast menus, such as dimsum and boiled food. The work chair in the room should not be a meeting chair model that does not have wheels because it is not comfortable to use. The sofa in the elementary school room is not feasible, aka the foam is broken or damaged, it's a pity this. everything else is ok

Varied and scrumptious menu for breakfast, perfect location, got city light view as I requested when booking, spacious and clean room, and friendly staff. However, the toilet seems to be clogged and the flush did not work well. Hope they can improve their service.
