Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und vielseitig sehr asiatisch mit viel Reis etc. Aber es gab auch Obst und Toast.

Wir fanden das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht so gut gelungen. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt. Nach Nachfrage wurde es nochmal grob gereinigt.

I like everything about Amaris. The English speaking receptionists were of great help and responded to all our questions without hesitation. The rooms were clean and beddings were top notch comfortable.

I should have stayed longer

位置好， 在市中心. 整齐干净， 没有不满意的地方.

The beds are really comfy, there is a water fountain and the staff are really friendly. Shout out to the receptionist, she was amazing and so helpful.

The food could be better. The breakfast was free so I cannot complain but the chicken books need so work.

Hotel ma dobre położenie. Do dyspozycji gości jest wspólne miejsce, gdzie można posiedzieć, zaparzyć kawę lub herbatę oraz wydzielona część dla palaczy. Personel bardzo pomocny.Tworzy miłą atmosferę.Pokój wystarczająco duży. Wszystko było piękne,ale w naszym pokoju była szczelina między oknem a murem i nie wyspalismy się z powodu hałasu.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück nur für asiatische Gäste.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt vom Flughafen erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war Top, das Zimmer war in erstklassigem Zustand. Das Personal half dabei ein gutes Restaurant zu finden und war insgesamt sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war es bis jetzt das beste WLAN aller bisherigen Unterkünfte.

Es gibt keine Option für ein Frühstück.

Bequeme Matratze, großes Zimmer. Obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße hin war, war es recht ruhig - die Straße ist auch nicht stark befahren. Große Dusche mit sogar richtig heißem Wasser. Wasserspender im Flur.

Im Flur roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Im Aufzug nicht - dort ist ein Duftspender installiert. In meinem Nichtraucherzimmer war auch kein Rauch zu riechen. Ein echter Kleiderschrank und Safe wäre schön. Was mich gestört hat: immer, wenn man das Zimmer betrat und den Strom mit der Schlüsselkarte aktivierte, sprang der Fernseher an. Außerdem ärgerlich: ich hatte das "Do not disturb"-Schild an meinem Zimmer hängen, weil ich nachts auf Tour unterwegs war und nachmittags schlafen wollte. Leider rief dann jemand vom Personal per Telefon an, weckte mich dadurch und fragte, ob ich neue Handtücher und Zimmerreinigung haben möchte. Danach konnte ich leider nicht mehr einschlafen. Wenn das Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild an der Tür hängt, erwarte ich, dass ich auch vom Personal auch nicht per Telefon gestört werde, welches das Schild gesehen hat.

Berlangganan hampir 1 thn baru kemarin merasa tidak nyaman dengan salah satu stafnya di resto...biasany minta d bikinkan nasi bok langsung d bikinkan kmren drama dlu...biasanya klo bawa cemilan k kmr itu gk ada drama kmrin ank saya bwa roti k kmr drama dulu....klo pun bayar saya tetap bayar....ribet amat deh sm staf² yg baru...ternyata setiap staf itu pelayananny berbeda²...PALING GK SUKA SM YG RIBET²

Plesnivá kouplena (sprcha), špinavý hadr v koupelně na utření nohou, zapraná špína na povlečení. Snídaně dobré, ale neuklizeno.

The only thing I liked was the view and the staff, who were kind.

I thought it would be just a simple stopover hotel, but it was worse than that. When I arrived at the first room, the cleanliness was awful — there was a lizard inside, the shower didn’t work, and there were hairs on the bed. It was 2 a.m., so I asked for a solution, and they offered me another room. It was decent, but still very dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, and the bed was unstable. The breakfast was also bad, and at one point the ceiling started leaking right above my table. It was a terrible experience.

Every time I am in Surabaya I stay at this hotel. My room was in good shape and clean. Nice warm shower. The aircon worked well. They serve a nice local Indonesian breakfast with many choices. Great value for money!

Good price for 3 nights, clean room and tasty breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday while i was staying there.

The room service only open until 9 pm, and they close order at 8.30 pm, quite a bummer if you arrive late at night and expecting some room service. Wish they could extend it to 10 pm.

Ordered non smoking room but they gave us smoking room, they said already set as a non smoking room which is they only spray used air refresher and less than 1 hour smells of smoke return and very strong. Room condition were so dirty, dirt spot on every corner of floor. Toilet dirty. Lucky we used this hotel only for transit 3 hours for shower and I wished I could take a nap for awhile before I continue my trip to bromo. Unfortunately the smell of cigarettes really strong. Unlucky we spent around 500ribu for this dirty place.
