Un poco apartado y con la maletas llegar puede ser un calvario.

Location was great. Very close to a family mart and 7/11. Within walking distance to the Hakone Open Air museum. The room was very clean and tidy and gave the traditional onsen experience. Onsen was beautiful and the outdoor part was very relaxing, especially in the rain.

こじんまりしていて人とすれ違いがあまりなく、静かでゆっくり過ごせました。 ユネッサンにも歩いて行けて、施設の大浴場や露天風呂も週末なのに混んでなく、とても良かったです。

夕食プランがない為、この施設で朝晩とゆっくり過ごしたい方には向かないかもしれません。 夕食はユネッサン施設まで行かないとコンビニや食べ物屋さんは無いです。

This was a wonderful place to stay, with a beautiful traditional room (and very spacious!), lovely staff, great peaceful location and loved the onsen. We were able to walk to some attractions nearby like Yunessun (great that we got free access to this too!) and the open air museum. The bus stop was right outside too for other locations in Hakone. The indoor and outdoor onsen were so relaxing. We also booked to use an onsen privately which was a real treat. Friendly helpful staff. The forest setting was so beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

This place exceeded our expectations. We got a ryokan style room that allowed us to have a truly Japanese experience. The hotel is quiet, authentic and has a nice onsen that we enjoyed very much. Also, the location is great, 10 mins walk from Kowakidani station on the Tenzan line, and close to some restaurants and museums. Excellent base to explore Hakone.

Pas de possibilité de dîner sur place et petit-déjeuner de type occidental pas très bon.

Staff is attentive and very polite. Location is very nice. You're in the mountains so it's very scenic and very close to a nice large onsen area at Yunessun. The hotel offers an option allowing you to include a ticket to Yunessun. We were there for 2 nights and were allowed to go to Yunessun over the course of both days. The room we took had very nice aesthetics. The hotel has a shared bathing area right next to the onsen area. There is an indoor onsen and an outdoor onsen. They are both fairly small, only big enough for 4 people each, but it is a small hotel, and there weren't many other people staying there at the time (27-29 September). The onsen area was quite nice. There is a microwave in the lounge area and the dining area. Most hotels usually don't have microwaves. There is also an interesting little garden walking route right opposite the hotel.

Breakfast was severely lacking, but I expected this based on other reviews. Also, the hotel's road is fairly narrow, only really wide enough for one car, so you'll have to drive carefully up and down that short stretch from the hotel to the main road. It is a short stretch though, so not that bad.

食事が悪かった。夕食の場所がホテルと10分以上離れ、食事の後トランクを持ちながら雨に濡れながらホテルに入りました。朝食もパンとヨーグルトと飲み物が出されましたが部屋まで自分で運び部屋で食べました。値段の割にサービスが悪かった。ホテルの入口も分かりにくい。学生の合宿所みたいでした。お風呂も小さく温泉♨️に入っている感じがしなかった。

とても静かで部屋が広く過ごしやすかったです。もう少し、朝食がいいともっと良かったと思います。

お風呂の天井の壁のカビが気になった。

値段以上の価値はあると思う。 ベッドがない部屋だったが、値段考えれば納得。

他のレビューにもあるように、夕食は急な坂道を上った別館まで行かなければならず、一番近いコンビニも同じく坂を上って徒歩5分のところにしかないのが少し不便でした。 それでも、部屋は広くて快適で、スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉もとても気持ちが良かったです。

部屋のトイレが臭すぎて使用出来なかった。

整體外觀很美，附近有小公園，內部泡湯也很舒服，很喜歡，工作人員親切。

房間的空調太熱，早餐太西式，跟整體格調有點不搭。

清掃が行き届いていて、使っていて気持ちのいい旅館でした。大浴場は少し狭く感じるかもしれませんが、雨の中の露天風呂は格別でした。

サイトではベッドの部屋があるように記載されていましたが、実際泊まった部屋は布団を敷くタイプでした。

フロントは丁寧でした。部屋も綺麗で、コンセントにUSB口もあり新しさが分かる。 ユネッサンから向かう道が、下調べはしていたが迷った。分岐点の先に案内板があったが、交差点にも掲示して欲しい。3階客室は階段しかなく重いキャリーケースやベビーカーは不便かと。

房間非常大間且舒適，入房後玄關非常寬敞，左側是廁所（附前室），前方是客廳的前室可以放置行李等雜物，空間很大可以整理的非常舒適，右側再打開紙門是主臥房，非常明亮且安靜👍活動範圍聽寬敞舒適，再打開紙門提供室內的賞景空間，飯店叫美山楓林，我想秋天確實可以看到非常不錯的景色吧！我們是夏天來的早晨起床是周圍的自然生態，蟲鳴鳥叫醒我們的！不是吵醒是好好睡飽的感覺！

有大型的行李者非常的不方便！因為飯店位於蓬萊園公車站下車處走進來需要經過約150公尺的下坡階梯，我剛好懷孕沒辦法那種的都是老公在提非常的辛苦😓而且飯店其實不太便宜！周圍也沒什麼便利的設施

Pour ceux qui hésitent encore, je recommande cet établissement à la fois pour la qualité des chambres, mais aussi la restauration avec un petit déjeuner classique mais repas du soir dingues (je mets les 2 menus dans les photos) D’ailleurs pour ceux qui ne veulent pas du poisson le matin, ce riokan n’en propose pas. Le onsen de l’hôtel est top, on peut également privatiser une partie pour moins de 10€ 1h mais la cerise sur le gâteau est l’accès au Yanussen (pensez à arriver tôt ou à rester au moins 2 jours) ça vaut le détour surtout avec des enfants ou ados comme nous, plein de piscines thermales, des toboggans etc. Et en maillot de bain ! + accès à la zone nue qui est immense et magnifique, on a pu laisser les ados dans la zone avec maillot de bain et filer se détendre dans la zone nu ! Au top ! 😊

Il est plus facile d’accès avec une voiture mais un arrêt de bus est juste devant car un peu loin de la gare si vous n’avez pas de voiture.

Stunning tatami mat rooms. Stunning indoor and outdoor onsens. IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED OR HAVE TROUBLE WITH STAIRS, DON'T STAY HERE. Our room was down two tall flights of stairs and there is NO ELEVATOR. Also, if you plan to go to the Hakone Kowakien Yunessun, where dinner is served (it can be included in price, but it's not located at the property) you need to walk up a very steep hill. There is no shuttle, but you could call an uber. The uber would take about 2 minutes as it's very close. Otherwise, the most beautiful room.

Calm and soothing. Beautiful gardens surrounding the facility. Everything was clean and spotless. We enjoyed free access to Yunessun & Japanese traditional baths. The onsen in the hotel was amazing too!

This is a 2-start hotel (3 star at best) not a 4-star as listed by Expedia. Many amenities like parking or even valet service would have been nice. Parking is not on-site.

Beautiful hotel in Hakone! We loved our traditional room. Had a nice balcony too! Loved hearing the birds sing throughout the day. Really appreciated the option of a private onsen to enjoy as a couple. Very relaxing and cleansing. The hotel is next to a beautiful garden that lights up at night. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Also had an amazing restaurant which we visited twice only a short walk away - the restaurant is just beside the Hakone Museum of Art. Felt so pampered and relaxed. Was an awesome way to end our 2 week trip to Japan. Highly recommend!

The hotel was excellent and so relaxing yet modern. Loved the atmosphere. Rooms were huge and they gave you a kimono and everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

As I've noticed before booking it is not the very best location so you will need busses, trains or taxi to get around. If you plan a day trip it will be a bit of a challenge, if you have heavy backpacks. But if you're there for a day and a half stopping to drop off your bags won't disrupt your atinerary. The hotel is amazing.

The hotel onsens (especially the outdoor one) were amazing. Was a little skeptical to book at first as I wasn't really comfortable being naked in front of strangers, but every time I went to bathe there were no other guests at all! I guess because the hotel only had 13 rooms and maybe only half the rooms were occupied when we stayed. If you're like me and the onsens are occupied, you can opt to go to Yunessun (hot spring theme park) which is only a 3-minute walk away and enjoy your onsens while wearing a swimsuit! The hotel provides free tickets for each day of hotel stay including on the day you check in. So this means you can spend the day at the theme park while waiting for check in time at 3pm. The hotel room was VERY spacious and comfortable. The pictures they uploaded here simply does not do it justice. I reckon it could've fit around 5 people, but we were only a group of 3. I also loved how accommodating the receptionist was and how considerate of them to confirm our allergies and religious restrictions prior to preparing our breakfast.

Getting there is a 28 bus stop away from Odawara Station and buses aren't that frequent. The hotel is very near the bus stop, but you have to climb down a steep, slippery slope. Wouldn't recommend bringing big luggage. We regretted not sending our luggage straight to our next destination and just pack a smaller backpack for our stay here.

Cerca del balneario Yunessun, incluye boleto de entrada. Amenidades: cuidado facial, en la habitación no hay ducha o bañera, solo lavamanos e inodoro. Incluye pequeño desayuno. Muy bonita decoración.

Me hubiera gustado conocer con anticipación los horarios del balneario, ya que llegamos en la tardecita y solo pudimos estar una hora, pues cerraba a las 6 pm.

Das Hotel war in den 70er Jahren vielleicht mal schön, heute sehr alt, abgerockt und vergilbtes Plastik. Nicht zu empfehlen, die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit.

酒店名字住宿地址完全不正確，根據EMAIL給的地址是去另外一間酒店.要麻煩酒店職員幫忙,才知道是另一間酒店 酒店晚餐要上返斜路,行去對面馬路的酒店食晚餐,還遇著當天落雨,實在感到不方便. 早餐還要拿著托盤取回房間食,而且早餐就是3個麵包加飲品,非常差. 只有入住時見到一位職員和Checkout時見到一位職員,再沒有見過其他的職員.

The onsen water temperature was on point! I only stayed for one night, but I went in multiple time’s because it was so relaxing. The breakfast they serve tastes amazing as well.
