We love staying at this property. It is always clean with friendly staff.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Building was hard to get too ending up cutting through gas station to small road. Some well placed directional signs on the main road would be helpful.

Easy to get around places easy assess to thruway

Bathmat had hair on it. Wash cloth had hair on it. Bed spread smelled like dirty feet.

Friendly staff, good pet facilities, quiet, clean and great water pressure/shower.

The bed needed a new mattress- lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great location, right off I-71, across from the Kenwood Town Center with lots of options for shopping and eating. Rooms are comfortable, there is plenty of parking, staff are helpful.

There is no recycling on the premises at all, even for bottles and cans. It would also be nice to have a place to sit outside if the weather is nice. At present, there is only a bench right near the entrance. A picnic table or something around back (?) would be a nice addition.

Breakfast was fine, room itself was fine.

Shortly after check in another guest opened up my room with her key. The front desk gave her a key to my room because the guy at the front checked everyone in wrong. Then, late in the evening, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. ANOTHER person opened up my room CLOSE TO MIDNIGHT. And the hotel REFUSED to reimburse us for the night. We had to barricade the door just to get some sleep.

Booking and digital key via the app were seamlessly efficient. Pleasant reception associate kindly adjusted my initial room choice to a room which best suited my preferences; truly appreciated that. No view, however, busy highway lane running North via I-71 was super close and somehow pleasantly peaceful from inside my room. I appreciated being able to get a quiet night’s sleep and having easy access to the on-ramp for my drive home the next morning. There was a Starbucks with drive-thru about a block or so west of the hotel on Montgomery Rd. I was able to grab my usual order and return to my hotel room on the morning of check-out with no issues coming or going once I was packed and ready to leave. Checking out on the app was equally convenient to the digital check-in process, saved me valuable time. The property appeared to feature a popular breakfast option for guests to enjoy during their stay, however, I did not take up the offerings on this particular visit. My room was reasonably comfortable and I was able to adjust the room temperature to my preferred temperature throughout my stay. I wish the track for the blackout room curtains fully extended the entire length of the windows, but not a deal breaker. Also, as an allergy sufferer, I’d love to see more properties continue to renovate away from wall to wall carpets in favor of LVP and a simple area rug by the beds if required by a particular brand. This property presented an acceptable value given the location and amenities. It didn’t appear to be one of the nicer/ recently renovated properties as far as the actual quarters apart from the shower and vanity updates, however, for quick stays and basic needs, this property met my overall expectations for the <$150 I paid.

The refrigerators are basically just coolers without ice if you have little ones that drink milk it will keep it just cool enough to not go bad

We’ve stayed there before years ago, it’s obviously aged without much updating Our room was relatively clean… but worn The furniture was chipped, loose toilet seat I’d tightened, poor caulking around the sink One had to turn the shower handle to the hottest setting for a decent shower The pool apron gets wet and very slippery without a proper non skid rubber apron The breakfast was decent, never really hot , with bananas only available one of the four mornings we were there Overall, for the price we’d paid, it wasn’t terrible, but we’ve stayed at other Hamptons that were much better Also, the mattress provided little support

Shower had extra nozzles for a more spa like experience

Lights out in main reception bathroom, no pillow for the sofa bed, took 10 minutes for hot water to flow, window was fogged up/broken seal, felt a little old and unkept in the entire hotel, there was a water hammering sound in the pipes, which felt like construction work was going on next to our hotel room. It was that loud.

Location.There was no hot water after 7 am. My wife had take a cold shower.

The bed wasn’t as firm as we need for our backs. No exhaust fan in the bathroom causes too much humidity if you take hot showers.

The breakfast was good. The location just off the highway was both good (convenience wise) and bad (lots of light and noise).

There were no drapes to close out the highway lights!! Just a sheer, then floor length drapes but they didn't come all the way across the window. That's bad, folks. Also, staff wasn't particularly welcoming. Just basic.

Terrible experience after picking Hampton Inn because they have always, in the past, had a great breakfast. When we checked in, after booking on a third party site, they had a sign posted at the check-in desk that breakfast would be limited due to low capacity. What?? Please tell me what your profitability has to do with me. I paid more than other hotels in the area because of the great breakfast. They might actually have more bookings if their rates were in line with the other hotels. But I couldn’t cancel and go somewhere else because of booking with a third party. I was stuck paying more for a room with a “continental” breakfast. And boy, what a joke that breakfast was. Nothing but some slices of bread and bagels, a couple muffins and some oranges laid on a table. NO toaster provided though! Besides the terrible breakfast, the heater blew cool air all night and wouldn’t turn off ( my daughter woke up with red, itchy eyes). And the faucet couldn’t be turned to cold so you hade to drink lukewarm water. I have no plans to return to a Hampton Inn when visiting my son after this experience.

Location excellent.by highway. Breakfast very good, hot and fresh. Room very nice size, bed very comfortable. Shower with three heads ws very nice.

Minor item, shower handle on right did not serve any function. Just seemed to spin without turning on or off anything. Room 319.

The hotel was close to our family we were visiting in Cincinnati/Silverton area. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was Huge and clean. The shower had 3!! shower heads, that was Amazing. I wish I had this at home. The parking was free which was a real plus! And the property is right next door, to the FBI Cincinnati field office, that for some reason made me feel a little bit safer, lol. The pool was nice and open until 11:00pm. It's also across the street from the Kenwood Mall and many other shopping complexes and restaurant etc.

The food at the complimentary breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. Lumpy grits and the eggs were not tasty.

Hampton Inn always has a great breakfast and our room was massive and very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.The shower is amazing. It is conveniently located for our needs. Staff is extremely nice.

Need more options at the breakfast. They also run out of fruit quickly.

We stayed 2 nights. Cassie at the front desk is THE BEST!!!! The oatmeal with nuts tasted delicious for breakfast. I love that coffee is always available! The room was clean. The pool was enjoyable after a day of travel. Second time staying here and we’ll be back next time we’re in Cincinnati.

The property was very secure as you needed a key card to even use the elevator. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating. Cassie was also amazing and sweet as well for helping me with a situation on my end.

The couch was a little uncomfortable as well as the bed. There was also a fire alarm that went off during one of the nights of my stay, as there was a small fire in a garbage outside.

I reserved the room for two queen size beds and when I got there, they said they were all sold out so we had to pile up in one bed and a sofa couch
