2人部屋を3人で利用しましたが、エキストラベッドの幅が狭く、とても硬い。これで3人目の値段が同じというのはやや不満。朝食の事前予約がなかなか取れない。

朝荷物を預けに行った時のホテル受付で、聞き返したら男性フロントの方がイラッとした口調になり、びっくりした。それ以外は朝食のサービスの方やコンシェルジュの方はとても良かった。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026いつもはウエストご利用していて、今回は初めてイーストに宿泊しました。アウトレットから歩いて行けるのが良かったです。古い建物ですが清潔感と落ち着いた重厚感があったのも良かったです。ウエストは広くて館内で迷ってしまうこともありましたがイーストはそのようなことはなく、こじんまりとしていて安心感がありました。

I checked in 2026.7.10 and checked out 2026.7.11. I left my new bought slipper in the room 205 when I checked out. Next day when I came back and look for them. They checked but told me they couldn’t find them. How could it be?!

The walls are very thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room. It made it difficult to relax.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Love the location that is nested with the shopping plaza and the provision of the shuttle bus service allows us to explore the town easily. The hotel has wonderful onsen facilities and provided the robes and bags, and helpful instructions to use the onsen with ease. Staff was helpful and generally wonderful to interact with.
The gym or fitness centre was really disappointing. With just a few cardio machines, it's hardly called a fitness centre. It would do better to at least have proper weights machines or weights to use.

値段が高い。レストランの価格も高め。 スタッフにレンタルスキーの受取場所を聞いたらスノーハウスと言われ、わざわざそちらに出向いたが、せっかくプリンスホテルに宿泊して事前予約しているのに行列に並ばされた。結局、ホテルにレンタルスキーは届いていたとのこと。イーストから日帰り用のスノーハウスは徒歩10分弱またはリフトを乗り継いで行かねばならず時間のロスになったのがとても残念だった。

Being what felt the only westerners in the hotel. We were given a room that felt like it was in the lobby. Next to stairs and elevators with everyone in the hotel walking past. Everyone. Asked for a room with a view of the ski slopes and were told it was a view of a volcano. But was a view of the shopping centre. Very disappointing especially for the price paid.

The stores and restaurants al close by 7pm so we didn’t get dinner the first night since we didn’t know it would close so early. The breakfast at the hotel was ridiculously expensive and basically had salad bar and their hot food was served cold.
