Das Hotel wird nicht geführt. Die Familie, die in den Prospekten zu sehen sind, sind nirgends sichtbar. Weder im Haus noch im Restaurant. Das Essen ist mittelmässig.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Beim Abendessen habe ich mir für den Preis ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Nach bestellen des Weines ist dieser vergessen worden und nachdem ich nochmals nachgefragt habe nur ein Glas anstatt eine Flasche. Das Gleiche Problem zeigte sich beim Kaffee, meine Frau bekam ihren Kaffee aber ich bekam keinen obwohl keine Sprachbarriere vorhanden war. Ansonsten super freundliches Personal!

You have to ask for many things, for example: no amenities in the room, you have to ask the reception, same for slippers, or extra towels. It gives a feeling of being “cheap”

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The property was nestled into the forest making it the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The spa was excellent and the rooms were well furnished and spacious. The town was close by and had a good selection of restaurants and offers great walking areas with a cable car.
The bar area was soul less.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Bel ensemble hotelier. Chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain. Hotel de traditions avec certains aspects qui n’existent plus ailleurs mais qui donne un charme désuet à l’ensemble. Beau restaurant à 2 min faisant partie de l’ensemble (Ruedihus).
Certains membres du personnel de l’accueil peu attentifs aux passages des hôtes. Placement des hôtes au petit-déjeuner pas toujours opportun.

Wir haben 4 x gegessen und wurden jedes Mal an einem anderen Tisch platziert. Platz für das Silvesteressen hatten wir am Morgen angefragt, wurden jedoch sehr schlecht, nahe der Musik platziert, es war laut und es hatte leiten Durchzug, eher unangenehm, Hätte viel besser sein können an einem anderen Platz.

فقط يحتاج الى اهتمام بسيط في نظافة الغرف و تبديل المناشف بدون طلب و الماء للشرب في الغرف ان تكون كمية جيدة

Der Spa - Bereich wurde twischenzeitlich zu einem Spass- Bad für Kleinkinder - Das kennen wir aus früheren Aufenthalten nicht- hier wäre unser Vorschlag: begrenze Familienzeiten planen, damit andere Spa-Besucher auch etwas Erholung haben

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Our visit was great. Very friendly staff (no Swiss German but still flawless communication in German). The suite Sonnbühl was wonderful, even though it’s very open-plan (no bathroom door). The spa area was very enjoyable as well. We visited 4 different saunas and a steam sauna, all of them clean and nice. The pool is cool, it has an inside and outside area. There are lots of spots to chill with nice views of the mountains. The cold bath was too cold for us, but there are other good options to cool down (showers, a cold mist shower, a bucket with cold water, you can step outside as well) The food was amazing, and they were very flexible with the orders. All in all an exquisite experience!

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Le SPA est top mais ils devraient mettre plus de serviettes à disposition dans le SPA même; peu fréquenté ce qui est agréable. La chambre Economy petite mais très bien agencée, calme, tout en bois, très mignonne. Les oreillers trop mous... La litterie en revanche très bonne.
Le buffet de petit déjeuner pourrait être plus raffiné, mieux mis en valeur. Il est très complet, mais c'est vrai qu'il manque un peu de charme.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.

Grosses und abwechslungsreicher Spa Bereich mit Pool. Lange Öffnungszeiten. Bei Ankunft ein Getränk an der Bar inklusive. Beim gehen Flasche Wasser erhalten. Schönes Ambiente. Frühstück: Einfach Hammer. Viel frischen Käse und Fleisch zum selber schneiden. Alle warmen Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und serviert. Neben Lachs auch Shrimps und Cottage Cheese. Inklusive frischen Orangensaft und Prosecco mit und ohne Alkohol. Sehr lecker war die Zwätschgewähe. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Danke
