They arranged our room what I requested although high OCC.

I'm getting family room for my 3d2n trips. Initially expected 1 room and 1 toilet. Somehow it is like a mini studio with 2 independent room for a queen bed and king bed. Come with 2 toilets. Really suitable my family as we have elderly that like to sleep quietly but still feel togetherness. The location is strategic with a lot fun activities nearby walking distance. Feel safe and super convenient with walking distance to goodnseafood restaurants too.. what a bless.

Water only limited 8 bottle max as the room is for 4 pax. If someone good water intake it is really not sufficient.

Property is well maintained..near by malls and local markets...Muhammad Chang mosque is on walking distance .have seafood restaurants within the property.

Need to improve breakfast and check-in time should be earlier as check out time.

The cleaniness of the family room and especially the jacuzzi bathtub quite bad. The bathtub when use, the nozzle will let go some dirty partcles like long time no one being maintaining or using it. End state, did quite feel worth my money spent. Bed quite cranky.

The price was low.

The hotel was very noisy due to a wedding party. The safe in the room did not work. The fitness room very very hot. We ended up checking out and relocate to a different hotel.

The amenities in the room was good and the staff were quite helpful and accommodating. The extra services in the Hotel such as Spa and the restaurants in Hotel was also a bonus...

The only issue with the room was while it was super spacefull and comfortable, the Aircon in the room didn't have a remote facility for the customer switch on and off from the bed....this meant one had to manually control the Aircon which reduced comfort .....and was a hassle. The breakfast menu could be improved too...but overall was satisfactory.

First day when reach my room hot water for bathing was not working. They arranged me to woda spa for another room for one night which was accepted. 2nd day went for breakfast which already included. They told me to pay for breakfast . 2nd night when change back to golden view the room toilet basin was leaking till the whole bathroom was so wet. Told the staff there but they never even check till I checked out on the 4th day. Best part was the room phone was not even working. Totally disappointed.

The staff are all very polite, especially the concierge team and the front desk team. They really make sure to meet our requests and needs.

The standing shower IN the bathtub. Some rooms have a standing shower outside the bathtub. For some rooms that the standing shower is IN the bathtub, adequate hold bars should be installed for safety reasons, to make climbing in and out of the bathtub much safer and easier, especially for the elders. Hope the management can look into this matter seriously.
