Great location in the heart of the city but tucked away in a quieter spot. Clean and comfortable.

It’s in central so alot of drunk people walking all the time Very noisy u can’t sleep. Dont expect to sleep at night if staying here because the window can hear everything outside Also the lights in the bathroom mirror cannot be shut, so expect to be bright big time Also too expensive what what you’re getting

La ubicación es perfecta.

El tamaño es mínimo, en especial en el baño y el ascensor. El ascensor pone que es para 2 personas, pero tienen que quererse mucho. El baño directamente si tienes los pies grandes tienes que cortarte las uñas fuera. Por otro lado, el aislamiento acústico y térmico de la ventana es escaso, y el colchón estaba totalmente hundido de un lado. Por la mañana veías downing street y por la noche dormías en downing bed.

Everything. Location was amazing, super close to Picadilly Circus. Check in process was quick and easy. There was a lift in the building so we didn’t have to carry our luggage. Contact with the owners was great. The apartament had everything we needed. Wifi & TV worked, hairdryer was provided. Honestly, I would book this place again.

Het was te warm op onze kamer. Portable airco verwarmde de kamer meer dan koelde. De ramen opende naar een kleine binnenplaats vol apparatuur.

The room was facing into the tiny courtyard, where all air conditioning units discharge their warm air, resulting in increased heat and noise pollution.

It was grubby and dirty. When we raised the concerns the reply from mgt was for us to take photos of the issues and a standard you get what you pay for response. We paid $892.63 for 3N and expected a clean room and some customer service. We may have had an isolated experience however there was no compensation for the condition the room including stained mattress protector (ew!!) which was replaced upon complaint and unsightly white dribble markings along the bed head and on the bedside windows (that separately needed a good clean as were grimy). There were a host of other issues but their reply was substandard and inconsiderate of our experience and complaints raised. They sent cleaners the next day but requested we itemise all the issues when it was obvious and we didn’t want spend our limited time dealing with their responsibilities. The cleaners wipe brown makers off toilet door, the white grime off black bathroom bin and changed the soiled mattress protector - all other items mentioned were not addressed. We were uncomfortable to stay and glad to have left. The only reason we didn’t leave earlier was due to the full schedule of our itinerary. I would not have stayed in the room if you paid me. It was ew!!

Super Lage in Soho

Ein Fenster liess sich gar nicht öffnen, das andere mussten wir mit dem Koffer fixieren ;-( Der Temperaturregler der Dusche war mit einer Schraube geflickt

Location was excellent. Walkable to kings cross station and local attractions. Felt safe walking alone at night. Helpful having wifi access at door prior to entry.

Part of mattress was sinking in (studio 10). Towels and some linen were stained. Hair on the bed.

Das Zimmer hat definitiv keine 20 qm, max mal 12qm, es ist für 2 Personen sehr eng, keine Klimaanlage, das Fenster ist schwierig zu öffnen

The outlook to the square is lovely. It was located in a nice area, close to most things.

It's soulless and feels like it's run by a corporation, because it is. Everything is automated, check-in, communication, etc. and any extras are charged. It was stuffy because you can't get a fan near the window because of the position of the bed.

It was a great stay for us but the sheets were stained, and that makes us a little bit uncomfortable. It wasn’t dirty but there was a red stain on it. Other than that everything was good.

Monolocale assolutamente inospitale . Letto piccolo e posto sotto la finestra . Per aprire la finestra occorreva salire sul Letto e portare il Vetro con forza verso l’alto con alta pericolosità anche di potere perdere equilibrio e cadere giù. Mancanza di forno in cucina e anche di piccola caffettiera. Personale inadeguato ! Mi sono accorto alle 18.30 della mancanza in bagno di carta igienica e dopo averla sollecitata ho avuto la carta e lo zucchero anche esso mancante soltanto al mattino alle 11 da un corriere, consegnata senza alcuna professionalità .(tengono a ribadire nei messaggi che dalle ore 18 fino al mattino non si può avere assistenza nemmeno se si resta fuori casa e in tal caso si deve andare a dormire altrove ) (assurdo ) e pagare 50 euro . Ma poi per il loro inadempimento di restare senza carta igienica più di mezza giornata a nessun risarcimento danni . Aggiungo che manca aria condizionata e che il Lumetto accanto al letto presenta vistose macchie gialle . Conclusivamente esperienza da dimenticare

Noisy people in room next door at 1am. No air-conditioning. Extremely hot and stuffy room. Dont get pin till exactly 3pm. No scope to arrive early unless you pay. 2 night booking but only 2 teabags and 3 tiny milks. Stingy.

De não ter ar condicionado. Tinha uma ventoinha que esteve sempre ligada e mesmo assim foi insuficiente.

Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Odalarda mutfak gereçleri de dahil olmak üzere tüm imkanlar mevcut. Oda biraz küçük olsa da iki kişi gayet konforlu şekilde konaklayabilir.

Öncelikle check-in oda hazır olsa dahi saat 15:00 olmadan imkansız. Check-in talimatları tam olarak 15:00 de geliyor ve biz bu nedenle tesisin dışında bir saat beklemek zorunda kaldık. Odada fan var ancak düzgün çalışmıyordu. Ayrıca oda baya tozluydu.

Katastrof, har aldrig blivit så besviken på ett boende i London. Stinker klorin vid ankomst. Ostädat i gemensamma utrymmen. Någon som hade fest i korridoren på natten. Ingen ljudisolering som att sova i sovsal men också som att sova på trottoaren. Tvingades byta till annat hotell.

Location is excellent. This is the high point of this apartment. Not too much noise and walking distance from everywhere. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Now they added like a portable AC which really helped because we had hot weather.

Room is a bit crowded. The bed is cornered into a wall so for the person sleeping on that side is a bit uncomfortable. May be it could be rearranged. We were on the first floor and window was very small and couldn't be opened.

Lijep, čist apartman u srcu Londona koji ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je savršena. Blizina poznatih kazališta na West Endu, brojnih pubova, barova i restorana. Komunikacija s domaćinom odlična. Na svako naše pitanje odgovorio odmah. Toplo preporučam ovaj apartman.

Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Avec une belle literie. L'accès et les informations fournies sont parfaites et l'emplacement en face du square apporte une touche de verdure très appréciable.

La salle d'eau est un peu petite mais très design et fonctionnelle. Il n'y a pas de clim mais un beau ventilateur était la. Aussi un petit plus serait de trouver dans les tiroirs des adaptateurs de prises européennes :)

Némi bizalmatlanságot okozott hogy a kijelentkezés napjan a szekrény ahova a kulcsot kellett visszatennünk, a nyitókódra volt allítva pedig az első nap eltekertük, tehát valaki megnézte, hogy ott van e a kulcs. Minden lakó után érdemes lenne változtatni a kódon… A tisztaság kb 60%-os volt, hajszálak és por volt bőven Az ablakot nyitott állapotban csak úgy tudtuk tartani ha kitámasztottuk valamivel mert egyáltalán nem működött Rettenetesen meleg volt a szobában de az ablakot nem lehetett nyitva tartani csak ha ott voltunk a kitámasztás miatt…

Estaba sucio, había pelos y me costó muchísimo ingresar. No estaba aclarado de manera correcta . No hay personal de atención . Tuve muchísimo calor y la ventana no funcionaba, había solamente un ventilador chico de mala calidad

Pas d'aspects positifs car tout a été gâché par un appareil défectueux dans le studio.

Le frigo était en surchauffe dès le départ, hors service et n'a pas été réparé de tout le séjour alors qu'il chauffait la pièce déjà extrêmement chaude à cause de la canicule! Ca a été un cauchemar de dormir dans cette pièce. Rien n'a été effectué pour réparer ce frigo. J'ai donc décidé de quitter les lieux après 3 nuits (sur 5 réservées) tellement le studio était invivable et aucun remboursement n'a été effectué.

Very hot room - no air-conditioning and only one window, so no breeze. The lift only fits one person and a bag. UK king sized bed is smaller than a normal king sized bed.

We put aircon on search so we thought there is Aircon in the place but did not find one. It was too hot and difficult to sleep with only one electric fan. Would be nice to have extra electric fan or have an aircon considering the price.

localização excelente, bairro perto de tudo e calmo. Quarto estava limpo e ocorreu tudo bem. Processo de entrada e saída também foi muito fácil.

Locatie was top, vlakbij leike restaurants en café’s, en interessante plekken in Londem.

Accomodatie zelf was erg matig, hele eemvoudoge inrichting, kussens slechte kwaliteit, raam was knullig afgeplakt, kon niet open. Het was buiten bloedheet >35 graden: geen enkele natuurlijke ventilatie, airco, slecht werkende staande ventilator. Er kon miets geregeld worden. Je Bemt in contact met een mamagentbedrijf voor de eigenaar. Dus niemand verantwoordelijk. Feitelijk onacceptabel. Voor bijna 300 euro per nacht. De naam hotel niet waardig.

el lugar no fue como lo esperaba. Las instrucciones para el check in fueron confusas. Gracias a una amable vecina pude entrar (el sol sobre el screen de entrada no permitia ver nada) y también encontrar la caja de seguridad de la llave ya que no hay nadie de la compania que pueda ayudar en persona. Habitacion sin aire acondicionado, solo un ruidoso ventilador de pie que no era de ayuda para mitigar el sofocante calor de Londres. EL colchón estaba hundido. Ruido persistente en el baño (extractor de aire?). Definitivamente el lugar necesita renovación o quizás no tuve suerte y me toco la peor habitación.

La mancanza di finistra su strada, le cose troppo giuste per le persone (due asciugamani e basta senza cambi) , più mensole/cassetti per poggiare la roba, un bagno più grande con un lavandino più grande e un bidè.

Amazing location in the center of everything. Could not be more convenient next to Piccadilly Metro.

We were on the fourth floor and it was too hot; the the air-conditioning unit was a manual unit, and had to be installed in the window. So, instead, we had to keep the window wide open all night with the fan on. There was no coffee provided, or any nice add-ons to accompany the kitchenette unit in the apartment.

La localización es una zona de mucho tránsito de personas y la insonorización de las ventanas es mala y se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. Además, como la cama está pegada a la ventana, durmiendo se siente que entra aire y frío de la calle. Tuvimos que poner las almohadas a modo trinchera para frenar el frío y ni con eso. Las fotos del anuncio están retocadas con IA y aunque se parece bastante a la realidad, ciertas proporciones no son las mismas sino más pequeñas. Para acceder a la cama solo tienes acceso por un lado de ella y la otra persona tiene que saltar o arrastrarse para llegar a su lado. Aunque sea un apartamento, la limpieza es una vez a la semana cuando lo deseable es cada dos días para el cambio de toallas, por ejemplo, o reponer el papel de baño. Londres es caro y pagar más de 230 euros la noche y no tener un mínimo de limpieza sin pagar más por ella, me parece de ofrecer pocas facilidades y rentabilizar al máximo la estancia del visitante.

Great location, and the apartment had everything needed for a short stay.

1) the tv was badly damaged 2) there were cleaning tools left abandoned in the middle of the entrance for 2 days 3) got woken up by the fire alarm, which is not a foreseeable event, but the incredible thing was that nobody turned it off for 30’, so I was forced to exit the building early in the morning and passing next the the sirens that badly hurt my ears. Nobody even considered the slightest form of compensation.

La cama tiene únicamente un lateral libre para acceder. La cabecera y la base están pegados a dos paredes. El otro lateral, pegado a la ventana. Para abrir la ventana hay que pararse sobre el colchón. Extremadamente incómodo, por cierto. Escasa ventilación. El ventilador no funciona correctamente. No facilitaron detergente, bolsas de residuos ni rollo de papel de cocina.

Odamızda wifi sorunu vardı, aynı gün odaya yeni bir modem bağladılar ve sorunu çözdüler. 8 gece kaldık ekstra temizlik almamamıza rağmen 1 kez ücretsiz odayı temizlediler. Odada priz dönüştürücü bile düşünülmüş. Whatsapp'tan yazdığımızda hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yapıyorlar. Tekrardan teşekkür ederiz, çok memnun kaldık. Sadece çok merkezi bir lokasyonda olması sebebiyle özellikle cuma ve cumartesi akşamları çok ses oluyor, çocukla gidecek aileler varsa bunu göz önüne alabilir.

We did have to walk up quite a few flights of stairs. They have an elevator for your bags. Noise on the weekend is quite loud and when hot you cannot close the window, otherwise it becomes quite stuffy.

The room was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. The cleanliness could have been better, with noticeable dust and signs of wear. Noise from outside and neighbouring rooms made it difficult to sleep. The bed was not very comfortable, and overall the property did not provide good value for the price paid.

Clean, conveniently located and well-equipped apartment, and the coffee/tea provision was a nice touch.

The mattress protector seemed a bit plasticky in this heat, no air con, checking in online was a bit of a trial.

Rien à part qu’il manque du double vitrage, l’air passe ainsi que le bruit ! Nous avons été mi mai , il faisait quand même un peu froid!! Pas de clim. Mais notre séjour s’est bien passé quand même!

Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem durch ihre sehr gute Lage in Soho, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Piccadilly Circus entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind schnell erreichbar. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die praktische kleine Küchenzeile sowie das bequeme Bett, das für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgt.

Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen besser hätte sein können, insbesondere bei Spiegeln und Fenstern. Zudem waren teilweise Vorhänge ausgehakt. Das Fenster ließ sich nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, direkt dahinter befand sich jedoch die brummende Abluftanlage des Restaurants darunter. Außerdem sind die Wände recht hellhörig, wodurch Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnehmbar waren.

Wir haben drei Studios gebucht. Das Checkin & Checkout funktioniert sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist super. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet!

Die Studios sind sehr alt und müssten dringend saniert werden. Auch die Einrichtung ist stark veraltet. Das Bett steht direkt am Fenster wobei auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, je nach Wetter, ein starker Luftzug zu spüren ist. Die Sauberkeit war in allen drei Studios nicht ausreichend.

The apartment was freezing, big draft from the windows and because of this you could hear all the activity on the street until the wee hours of the morning
