All was great 👍, definitely going back next year. Private beach with sunbeds, many recreational activities in the hotel area.

There is not enough light in the living room to my taste, maybe it's by design like that.

מקום מקסים! נוף מהמם, גינה מטופחת, החדר היה ווא (היינו בוילה עם 2 חדרים) גדול ממש, נקי ונעים,,מטבח שווה! מאובזר עם כל מה שצריך. מרגישים שיש מחשבה ונשמה מאחורי כל דבר וגם הצוות היו ממש חמודים ועזרו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים.

הבופה היה פחות לטעמנו

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöne Pools, saubere Wege. Wirklich bemühtes Personal, fast vorbildlich und mit viel Empathie und Freundlichkeit. Das Buffet war reichlich von der Menge, zur Qualität bitte weiter unten lesen. Es war immer alles vorhanden und falls nicht, wurde es sofort nachgebracht. Wir waren Anfangs September da, Preis-Leistung war nicht schlecht, deswegen will ich auch nicht zu kritisch werden.

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, auf den Fotos sehen sie besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Das Buffet wie oben beschrieben reichlich, jedoch kein Vergleich zu den Fotos auf Booking. Dort sieht es viel besser aus als in Echt. Auch die vielen Familien, bzw. Jungpaare mit Kleinkindern waren ein Faktor, es ist eher ein Familienhotel anstatt ein Luxusaufenthalt für Pärchen oder Freunde. Wir hatten kein Thema weil alle Kinder sich sehr gut benommen haben, allerdings in Hauptferienzeit mit noch mehr Familien kann es schon nicht mehr ganz so entspannend sein wie zu unserer Reisezeit. ei 5 Sternen erwarte ich all in all schon mehr. Jedoch war der Preis zu verlockend es nicht zu buchen. Für 3-4 Tage wirklich sehr in Ordnung.

הייתה לנו שהות נהדרת . המקום יפהפה, שקט ומטופח מאוד, והמתקנים נוחים, נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב. הכול היה מסודר ונעים, והרגשנו שחשבו על כל פרט כדי להפוך את החופשה למוצלחת. נהנינו מאוד, נשמח לחזור ובהחלט ממליצים! הבריכות פשוט מעולות ! ויש מיני גולף ממש כיפי. אל תיקחו הכל כלול, אפשר כשאין כוח לצאת לקחת שם ארוחת ערב יש אחלה מינמרקט עם הכל ירקות פירות קפואים כל מה שצריך.

Δε θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή... Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο , καθαρό , καλοσυντηρημενο, σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή , απομονωμένα από τον χαμό της Χερσονήσου , όμως όλη τη διαφορά την κάνει η εξυπηρέτηση , ο επαγγελματισμός και η φιλοξενία του προσωπικού . Ήταν αψεγάδιαστοι ως και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια . Διαλέξαμε το all inclusive πακέτο και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας , καθότι δεν περιλαμβάνονται μόνο τα γεύματα στον μπουφέ και τα σνακ /ποτά στο μπαρ αλλά και στα δύο υπέροχα εστιατόρια . Τόσα χρόνια στην Κρήτη , στις Ροδιές φάγαμε σίγουρα την καλύτερη ντόπια κουζίνα . Μέσα σε 3 μέρες , ξεκουράστηκαμε τόσο , όσο δεν είχαμε ξεκουραστεί το όλο το υπόλοιπο καλοκαίρι .

We have been coming back almost every year since 2018, when we got married, and it has become part of our anniversary tradition. We even celebrated our pre-wedding party here, so returning always brings back wonderful memories. What amazes us, however, is that despite knowing the hotel so well, **every year it somehow manages to exceed our expectations and surprise us all over again. It simply keeps getting better and better!** Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely view, and the Cretan breakfast was absolutely outstanding — authentic, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. But what truly makes this hotel special is its people. The entire team combines professionalism with genuine warmth and hospitality. You never feel like just another guest; you feel truly looked after. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who was remarkably approachable, kind and helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure that we were enjoying every moment of our stay. This personal attention makes an enormous difference and reflects the wonderful atmosphere of the entire hotel. After all these years and so many visits, we can confidently say that this hotel has never disappointed us. Quite the opposite: **each time we return, we discover another reason to love it.** For us, it is now part of our story and a place associated with some of our happiest memories. We cannot recommend it highly enough and, of course, we will be back again — as we have been doing for years! **Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary stay so special once again. La playa queda un poco lejos, se llega con el shuttle del hotel

Un complejo genial, la atención del personal insuperable..muy atentos y serviciales. La comida de los diferentes restaurantes del hotel buenísima. Estuvimos muy agusto. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal ist super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Da das Hotel ein wenig außerhalb liegt ist es sehr ruhig dort.

Nichts

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und wir hatten Glück, dass wir ein super Zimmer hatten. Es war nah am Pool und Restaurant, aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer super Aussicht. Man kann aber auch sicherlich weniger Glück haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu bemängeln zum Beispiel am Pool, nicht so ganz sauber an manchen Ecken und kaputte Plastikstücke am Boden im Pool auf die wir hingewiesen haben aber nur eines wurde repariert. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essen in der Pool-Bar zu teuer für das was es ist. Aber super ausgestatteter Supermarkt im Hotel wo man vor allem Getränke viel günstiger kaufen kann. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist okay, aber nicht überragend. Ich würde ohne Essen buchen nächstes Mal, da wir eine Küche im Zimmer hatten und somit dann mehr selbst versorgen. Der Kids-Club ist zwar schön, aber davon haben wir uns mehr erhofft. Die zwei Mädels dort zwar nett aber wenig Initiative und sehen meist gelangweilt und genervt aus. Meine Tochter wollte nicht wirklich Zeit dort verbringen. Minigolf-Anlage war super am Abend wenn es kühler war. Generell kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, aber doch etwas überteuert alles in allem.

Un mic paradis! Oameni calzi si primitori, mancare fosrte buna, servicii bune, gradina incantatoare, natura!

Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist einfach top und das Essen ist einmalig. Besonders im Restaurant Rhodies, unbedingt hingehen.

Der Zaun um den Kids Club muss dringend erneut werden, da die Türe immer offen steht / stehen kann und die Kinder dann rauslaufen können. Der General Manager hat sich jedoch dem Thema umgehend angenommen und arbeitet an einer Lösung.

Everything, the room , the staff, not having to reserve sunbeds, the food and cocktails were amazing. Evening entertainment was simple but great.

The airport!!! It is the only thing letting down this whole holiday but hopefully when the new airport is built this will change

Mooi goed onderhouden rustig vakantiepark. Er zijn veel appartementen, maar daar merk je niets van. Het ligt wel wat hoger, dus een auto is wel gewenst. Overigens biedt de accommodatie een shuttle service aan naar Chersonissos en beachclub.

- unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man besonders im Badezimmer gesehen hat - Buffet hätte noch mehr vegetarische und vegane Optionen haben können - entgegen der kommunizierten Richtlinie, dass keine Poolliegen vorab reserviert werden dürfen, wurde dies leider doch von einigen Gäste gemacht und auch leider nicht, wie eigentlich angekündigt, unterbunden

Snídaně i večeře byly na velmi vysoké úrovni. Obsluhující personál byl příjemný a vedoucí směny perfektní. Ve vašem resortu jsme již počtvrté a rádi se budeme opět vracet.

אין מספיק בידור במלון, למעט התעמלות בבריכה למשך 10 דקות בבוקר והופעה אחת כל השבוע בערב לא היו ממש פעילויות למבוגרים

מלון יפה ומטופח, אבל חשוב להגיע אליו עם ציפיות נכונות. נתחיל מהמיקום. המלון מרוחק ומבודד מאוד. אין כמעט שום דבר שאפשר להגיע אליו ברגל, ולכן מי שמחפש לצאת בערב מהמלון, לטייל בין מסעדות, טברנות וחנויות צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון. מצד שני, למי שמחפש שקט ורוגע, הבידוד יכול דווקא להיות יתרון. המלון עצמו בהחלט יפה. הוא בנוי כמו כפר קטן, עם הרבה ירוק, גינות מטופחות ואווירה מאוד שקטה ונעימה. השטח גדול מאוד ולכן לפעמים יש גם לא מעט הליכה. לדעתי הבריכה פחות מרשימה במציאות לעומת התמונות של המלון. היא בסדר ונעימה, אבל לפחות מבחינתנו התמונות יצרו ציפייה למשהו קצת יותר מרשים. הנקודה העיקרית שבה התאכזבנו היא החדרים. המלון מוגדר כמלון 5 כוכבים, אבל לדעתי החדרים עצמם הם ברמה של 3 כוכבים לכל היותר. אנחנו אפילו ישנו בסוויטת פרימיום, שאמורה להיות בין האפשרויות הטובות במלון, ועדיין הרגשנו שהגיע הזמן לשיפוץ משמעותי. החדר היה גדול ומרווח, שזה בהחלט יתרון, אבל העיצוב מיושן מאוד. המטבח ישן, הריהוט מיושן וכל החלל מרגיש קצת מסורבל ותקוע כמה שנים טובות אחורה. ממלון שמוגדר 5 כוכבים ציפינו לרמת חדרים הרבה יותר מודרנית ויוקרתית. השירות במלון היה יחסית טוב. אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים וניסו לעזור כשצריך. יתרון גדול מאוד, במיוחד בגלל המיקום המבודד, הוא שירות ההסעות החינמי של המלון. מספר פעמים ביום יוצא אוטובוס שלוקח את האורחים לכמה נקודות באזור חרסוניסוס וגם מחזיר אותם למלון. מבחינתנו זה היה מאוד שימושי וחוסך את הצורך לקחת מונית בכל יציאה מהמלון. בסופו של דבר מדובר בריזורט יפה, שקט ומטופח, עם שטחים ירוקים ואווירה רגועה ושירות טוב. הוא יכול להתאים מאוד למי שמחפש בעיקר שקט ורוצה להישאר רוב הזמן בתוך הריזורט. אבל מבחינתי, כדי שהמלון באמת יצדיק את ההגדרה של 5 כוכבים, הוא חייב לעבור שדרוג משמעותי של החדרים, המטבחים והריהוט. הפער בין הרמה של השטחים הציבוריים לבין הרמה של החדרים פשוט גדול מדי.

Amazing setting. Our room was just perfect. The cretan breakfast experience unforgetable.

The pools get a bit crowded and not so clen by the end of the day. However, that did not spoil our perfect stay.

Superbe hôtel plein de charme et au calme. Les enfants étaient ravis des équipements (piscine, tennis, tennis de table, mini golf) et les adultes ont pu se reposer. L’hôtel est au calme dans les collines au milieu des oliviers et des grenadiers. L’hôtel est moderne et en même temps rétro. L’épicerie très complète au sein de l’hôtel permet de faire les courses pour acheter l’essentiel sans avoir à aller en ville, c’est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Il serait bien que la piscine qui ferme à 18 h soit ouverte au moins une heure de plus.

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, fast schon zu viel Auswahl. Preise für die Restaurants und den Spabereich leider nicht entsprechend griechischer Verhältnisse. Da will man einfach den Touristen etwas mehr Geld abnehmen. Ich weiß, dass die Lebensmittel zur Unterkunft transportiert werden müssen etc., aber dennoch halte ich es für nicht verständlich, dass die Preise verglichen mit dem griechischen Standard 30% oder mehr höher sind. UND dass das Personal des SPA's Gäste während des Aufenthaltes beim Sonnenbaden anspricht, um völlig überteuerte Dienstleistungen anzubieten, finde ich unverschämt. Paarmassage für 334 Euro (- 20% Rabatt an den ersten beiden Tag nach Ankunft).

Harte Matratze. Wir schlafen lieber weicher.

Some details could have been slightly more taken care of. Body wash was half empty, fridge was old and fell apart with a bottle of wine in the door… that kind of not picky thing

Magnifique et vaste village vacances, l'une des piscines permet de faire quelques longueurs, un terrain de tennis en herbe synthétique bien entretenu, une petite salle de gym avec le matériel nécessaire,... Un grand merci au personnel, qui se montre particulièrement accueillant et professionnel. Notre appartement était très vaste avec deux terrasses, 2 chambres, 2 SDB, une petite cuisine, un coin salon. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner généreux et qualitatif, pensé pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Le dîner en 1/2 pension est tout simplement exceptionnel, offrant lui aussi un large choix de plats. Très pratique : l'accès à la plage se fait simplement par navette, et l'on profite sur place de transats et parasols dans un club-resto de bon standing.

De nombreux clients laissent leurs bouteilles vides et autres déchets autour des transats des deux piscines. Une piscine dédiée aux familles avec enfants permettrait de garantir la tranquillité de l'autre espace.

Μας άρεσε η τοποθεσία, υπήρχαν πολλές δραστηριότητες για τα παιδιά. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό!

Every single thing! Highly recommend it was truly amazing- workers were so helpful and friendly! Great facilities even more beautiful then the pictures honestly- don’t think twice 🙂

Bel ensemble hôtelier sur les hauteurs de Chernonissos. Le personnel est très aimable. Il y deux espaces piscine. Le logement était spacieux, très propre. Déco plutôt sobre et style à la Pierre et Vacances (pas luxe tel que peuvent le laisser penser les photos).

Les alentours ne sont pas très beaux, mais si vous voulez faire surtout de l’hôtel/piscine, c’est top. Un point d’attention sur la propreté autour de la piscine. Comme on peut y être servi en nourriture et boissons et que les gens ne font pas attention (bcp de Français), les petites tables et transats proches du bar restaurant sont vraiment sales.

קצת מרוחק מהכל נמצא על הר אבל זה כיף למי שמחפש שקט ארוחת בוקר בינונית

Es un resort a las afueras de Hersonissos, en una zona de total tranquilidad. El apartamento era espacioso, limpio y contaba con una cocina completamente equipada. Tenía lavavajillas, microondas, horno y útiles de limpieza. Cuenta con dos piscinas, mini club y spa de pago. También con parque preparado para los pequeños y mini golf. El bufet era muy bueno y variado. Además en la cafetería servirán snacks que podías consumir en la piscina. La zona del restaurante era una maravilla con vistas al mar. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Heraklion. No tiene acceso directo a la playa por su localización, pero sí un autobús lanzadera que te lleva hasta allí y hamacas concertadas.

Los precios de los tratamientos del spa eran algo caros.

Huge hotel! Probably 2km in length with tennis courts, mini golf, two pools, huge gardens, large parking with EV charging, library etc. It’s more family oriented so expect a lot of kids during peak season.

There was a weird loud sound coming from nearby all day long. I know it’s not the hotels fault. It sounded like some sort of kids camp.

Lots of facilities and very friendly helpful staff. Lovely accommodation with a big balcony with sea views

The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, always smiling and happy to help. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush, well-maintained gardens that make it feel like a true oasis. The pools are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the private shuttle to the beach is a great touch that makes everything so easy. The food was outstanding—excellent quality, lots of variety, and every meal was delicious.

מלון מקסים, במיקום שקט למי שמחפש להתרחק מהבלגן אבל להיות קרוב למקומות מרכזיים. צוות מקסים ושירותי!

A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes, az étkezéseknél széles volt a választék és az egész itt tartózkodás tényleg a kikapcsolódásról tudott szólni.

המלון בסך הכל יפה

המלון: ארוחת בוקר במחיר של 20 יורו לאחד. למרות שכתוב שארוחת בוקר כלולה. הופעות בערב במלון / לובי - רק למי שהזמין ארוחת ערב. המלון פרוס על שטח ענק צריך ללכת המון מנקודה לנקודה. הבריכות נסגרות ב18:00 שזה ממש ממש מוקדם. החלפת מגבות לבריכה בין 10-13. יש רעש עצום של מוזיקה וריקודים שמגיעים ממועדון נופש של צעירים ליד המלון. למי שמחפש שקט זה לא המקום זה רעש ממש חזק לאורך כל שעות היום שמתחיל משעות הבוקר. לא ניקו את החדרים ( ואת הכלים בכיור) רק מחליפים מגבות. החדרים לא נקיים, ביוב במקלחות ובכיור סתום משערות, זה די מגעיל. הרצפה לא נקייה. כשהיה חסר משהו כמו סבון כלים, סוכר, לדוגמא לוקח להם שעות להביא. אין אור בחדר והמנורות שדולקות חסרות תאורה. הייתי מצפה ממלון 5 כוכבים להרבה יותר. ממש אכזבה בהלימה לסכום ששילמנו.

המלןן נקי החדרים נעמים ומרווחים מרפסת עם נוף מהמם הצוות היה מאוד שירותי ונעים האוכל נחמד לא מדהים אין מזגן בחדר אוכל אבל באמת שהיה ממש כיף ונעים הילדים מאוד נהנו.

מקום נקי ומקסים, עובדי המלון מאוד שירותיים. המלון מכיל מתקנים רבים- 2 בריכות וכן פעילויות מגוונות לילדים ומשפחות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וכן ניתנה לנו בחירה ללכת לאחת ממסעדות המלון או לבופה לפי בחירתינו ללא תוספת תשלום. המלון די קרוב לחרסוניסוס ולחופים מהממים

Las raciones en el restaurante tipico son muy generosas, pero nadie nos avisó y sobró mucha comida. Todo lo demás excelente.

חייב רכב אהבנו את המיקום של המלון ,אוכל מעולה ומגוון, רצינו להיות מעט מרוחקים מהמרכז, 7 דקות נסיעה ללב העניינים, החדר מבריק, חניה נוחה, המיטה בסדר, בריכות נסגרות בשש בערב וחבל, צוות שירותי במיוחד, סהכ' נהננו מאוד מהשהות שם.

המיטה הזוגיות היא 2 מיטות יחיד צמודות וזה הפריע, הבריכה נסגרת בשש בערב ורצוי שתפעל עד 19:00,

Een heerlijk rustig resort, met een luxe uitstraling en oprecht vriendelijk personeel.

Très belle belle piscine. Accueil particulièrement extraordinaire: gentillesse, sourires, bonne humeur, disponibilité, on peut difficilement faire mieux. Que ce soit au buffet, au restaurant , au bar et à l'accueil.... pour le ménage, les petites voiturettes, Et bien sur, le Spa ( merci à Anna et Nikos) On est dans une bulle paradisiaque.

Absolute gem! Surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect place to unwind. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was great, the coffee sanctuary area was a hidden gem for coffee lovers like myself. The man who served me was the perfect host, it felt like a private coffee ceremony. The breakfast also had a choice of freshly squeezed juices, not the concentrated nonsense. The massage was incredible. Nikos was the best. Perfect place to also travel solo, I met quite a few incredible women travelling solo - felt very safe.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war durchweg super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die Halbpension, die wirklich sehr gut war. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The food was exceptional in both the restaurants and the dining room. Everything was meticulously clean and pleasant. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm—the complete opposite of what usually characterizes all-inclusive hotels. But above all, the staff and the service are unlike anything we have experienced anywhere else. It is a genuine kindness that is simply present everywhere in the hotel. A dream vacation; we will definitely be back

The food and service is exceptional here, Rodies and Elia restaurants have great food, Kafeino is a cozy place to drink and chill. Room was quite nice and we enjoyed the facilities there, like tennis, mini golf, pool etc. The main plus point is that the crew makes it sure that you have best experience and I think it is valuable.

Internet connection - Wifi, could be better, it is not strong enough in our room to work on some stuff if you want to.

ICh fange mal beim Personal an, die durch die Bank weg ALLE mega nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das Essen - egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen - war mega lecker. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und zusätzlich einige Male im Resort Mittag und Abend gegessen. Die dazugehörigen Restaurants (Elia und Rodies) sind echt heftig lecker. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber mit einer extrem guten Ausstattung (Gym, Tennisplatz, Volleyballplatz, uvm) Der KidsClub war auch sehr gut und unser Kind hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Das ist kein Mangel: man muss nur beachten, dass das Resort weiter weg ist. Man ist also entweder auf ein Auto angewiesen, nimmt den Shuttlebus oder bleibt halt nur vor Ort. Was auch mehr also ok ist!

Lovely location up in the hills, the pools were all clean and not too crowded. The room was kept clean and it was very spacious with beautiful sea views. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Two very small things - 1. It could do with a second plug socket at each side of the bed as there is only 1 so if you want to charge anything by the bed you have to unplug the lamps. 2. The gym needs air conditioning as it was very warm.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for making our vacation so special. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die meist neben Englisch weitere Sprachen sprechen. Sehr guter Service. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Reperaturen werden sehr schnell erledigt. Sehr gutes Essen, auch bei besonderen Wünschen möglich (glutenfrei). Schöne Anlage mit Schwimmbädern und vielen landestypischen Pflanzen.

Leider war die Nutzungszeit der Bäder eingeschränkt (10:00 bis 18:00). Schwimmen morgens ab 8:00 bis abends 19:30 hat uns gefehlt. Das Meer ist über kostenlosen Shuttelbus erreichbar, Liegen sind kostenfrei reservierbar. Der Strand war recht voll, das Schwimmbad in der Anlage war entspannter und angenehmer.

The staff in the hotel was polite and courteous. We loved having dinners at ellia the food was exceptionally good.

Housekeeping can be a bit better. It was embarrassing to call at front desk to get small things done right. Also a suggestion to please put blackouts in the room the present curtains dont work well.

Beautiful resort - we had fantastic views from our very spacious suite. The swimming pools were excellent. The shuttle bus to the town is useful and we enjoyed the cat cafe.

Room service food was overpriced and unpleasant. €17 for what tasted like a doughy undercooked supermarket pizza.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff, especially the reception team, were some of the nicest people we met! always available, always smiling, and always patient. We always received quick and professional service. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We stayed in a family room that included a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a large balcony. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. We also tried the dinner, but personally enjoyed it less. A perfect place for families - highly recommended!

A few small things could be improved. The TV sometimes had issues, especially when trying to connect to YouTube or Netflix via screen sharing, although we did not contact the staff about it. The pool and kids club only opened at 10:00 AM, which felt a bit late for families with young children. The pool bar also started service at 11:30 AM, so we sometimes had to buy snacks and drinks elsewhere. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Wonderful staff, amazing location, felt secluded in the little houses but then part of the action as soon as you step out of it. As a solo traveller I was made so welcome.

Slightly challenging for vegetarians and I imagine vegans would find it really tricky. Though I have no doubt that the staff would be brilliant at accommodating on request (and tbf Greece generally is meat and cheese heavy!).

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and amazing views into the countryside. Staff were incredibly welcoming and lots of options to keep you busy if you're looking to stay within the resort. Very family friendly.

On-site restaurants can be expensive; however there are cheaper local options within 15 minutes drive. With that said the food was very good, so you won't go wrong either way.

Relaxing resort in the quiet hills with pools and access to a nearby beach club on a lovely beach, easily accessible by car or provided shuttle bus. The staff were exceptional and very helpful during stay.

The grounds were well kept and the staff make this a very special place to stay.

We had a few instances of things not being overly clean but the staff were very quick to respond and fix.

De ligging (prachtig uitzicht), mooie en ruime familiekamers, de dagelijkse schoonmaak, de fitness en yogalessen en de kwaliteit van het eten.

De bedden waren wat mij betreft te hard. En de zwembaden te koud.

Breakfast could be better

Wow! What can I say. Village Heights was amazing. It's in a beautiful location up in the hills with a clear view of the sea. We went to both main pools and they were very clean, sun beds very comfortable. We had a sea view room which was stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed! All the staff on site are a credit to Village Heights. Very helpful and friendly. The food in all the restaurants was of high quality - it was hard to choose where to go but we tried all of them. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

The quietness and garden environment throughout the whole resort. Our flat has a huge balcony with a nice view. Most of the staff at the restaurants are nice. Food are really great.

We found many ants in the kitchen and bedroom, despite the daily cleaning. Floor was really dirty, as if it has never been mopped or vacuumed (e.g., we found popcorns under the couch in the living room). Overly priced for the stuff and quality we get in general + room quality is really not up to standard, compared to other 5 star resorts (I would rate rooms as 3 stars really). Restaurant staff are genuinely nice; food were really great!!. Receptionists and bar staff are just doing their jobs, being professional but not warm (e.g., we asked for some water at the bar, and they immediately wanted to charge us with a bottle; it's a simple thing really and they could just give us a small glass...)
