Quartos grandes e espaçosos. Piscina muito boa. Pequeno almoço razoável.

Aparentemente é prática comum o hotel realizar casamentos aos sábados. Cheguei precisamente nesse dia e a música vibrava no meu quarto. Reclamei algumas vezes mas a festa prolongou-se até às 4:00 da manhã. Não existe room service por isso descemos para jantar. A ementa não é adequada para crianças. Foi-me proposto excepcionalmente pizza (que não eram para ser servidas a essa hora) porque era só descongelar. Perante a minha insistência em se cozinhar algo para as crianças (visto que o hotel é isolado e não há restaurantes assim tão perto), a empregada revirou algumas vezes os olhos e mostrou-se claramente impaciente. Não tinha quase ninguém no restaurante, pelo que não seria certamente por lhe roubar tempo. Fomos à piscina ao final da tarde e, apesar desta ser maravilhosa, as espreguiçadeiras estavam todas manchadas e sujas não havia toalhas disponíveis (nem no quarto tão pouco). Para concluir as camas do quarto eram duras, pessoalmente não aprecio.

The set up is nice! The swimming pool is clean and big! Water is so refreshing! The golf course is decent but not super! Good enough for holidays makers for one or two days of golf. Restaurant has descent food but not super! But good enough and a little above average.

Cats are a little annoying in the restaurant as they are naughty to steal the food😂

ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה, גודל החדר מושלם. המלון נקי יחסית, יש שם שקט וזה די פסטורלי.

הצוות היה ממש ממש לא נעים ולא מסביר פנים. לא החליפו לנו מגבות, סידרו את החדר ופשוט השאירו אותן על הרצפה רטובות. כשניגשתי לקבלה פיזית, כי לא ענו, היה שם רק שומר לילה, אז נאלצנו להתנגב במגבת מהרצפה, כי הוא לא מצא בכל המלון מגבות נקיות ושאל אותי מה אני רוצה שאעשה? המלון רחוק מהעיר ודי משעמם, אז רק אם אתם חובבי גולף מושבעים תלכו.

Le sourire , la gentillesse de tous , cela fait 3 fois que je viens c’est tout le temps un moment de calme et de bonheur 😇🙏 Sans oublier les petits chats dont ils prennent bien soins. Les cours de golf sont toujours encourageants 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♀️🥰

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout s’est super bien passé du début à la fin. Les employés sont vraiment très agréables, accueillants et disponibles. L’hôtel est calme, il n’y avait pas de bruit, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. La piscine était très bien entretenue et agréable, et les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien équipées. Franchement, tout était au top, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Etablissement à 10-15min de la côte, au calme au milieu de son terrain de golf. Très bon équipement de la chambre. Piscine agréable et peu occupée. Restaurant qualitatif ; je recommande la demi-pension, rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Malgré mon arrivée tardive après la fermeture du restaurant, un plateau repas avait été préparé avec un starter et un plat principal.

De la chambre jusqu’au personnel rien à dire j’ai passé un excellent moment, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable.

Not so many facilities, also the breakfast was good, but there are not so many options some different receipes of eggs, toasts, yogurt and mostly that’s it. Moreover for a second coffee at the breakfast you have to pay (only first coffee per person is free) which I don’t think that for a 5 star hotel it is normal.

Отличное местоположение. Отель находится в горах,далеко от шума и пляжных вечеринок. Спорт зал открыт и доступен 24/7. Вкусная кухня. Вежливый и ответственный персонал. Большие и комфортные номера с балконом. Очень чисто! Ну и конечно же гольф ⛳️ От учебных занятий до профессионалов мирового класса.

lo staff per niente cortese se non giochi a golf, non ti salutano nemmeno la mattina o quando ti incontrano, l’unica signora gentile è stata quella che serviva al tavolo e alla colazione, colazione scarsa e per la qualità che dovrebbe offrire l’hotel era molto scadente. è andata via la corrente lampeggiando durante la notte come un film horror e non hanno fatto nulla, molto noiosa puoi solo giocare a golf e oltretutto se vuoi provare a giocare e non sei esperto e non hai la “green card” ti fanno pagare il triplo del tuo soggiorno solo per delle lezioni e non puoi provare in autonomia. ci aspettavamo molto di più da una struttura che a come la mostrano e la vendono dovrebbe offrirti molto di più o almeno uno staff gentile e cortese

Grosse geräumige Zimmer, komfortabel, schönes Bad, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Essen, Golfhotel mit 18 Lochplatz. Gym, großer Pool, alles was man braucht!

Auto ist vorteilhaft, wenn man mal rauswill.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Wirklich eine Oase. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine junior suite gehabt. Die war gross, sauber mit schönem Badezimmer, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Essen in Restaurant sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir würden das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen und selber gerne noch mal dort übernachten.

Magnifique terrasse en chambre avec vue sur le golf, idem côté restaurant. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Accueil très amical. Chambres très spacieuses. Grande piscine.

Séjour parfait au Crete Golf Hotel ! Les chambres étaient superbes, spacieuses et très confortables, avec un lit immense où nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avions réservé deux chambres communicantes, ce qui était vraiment pratique. Mon mari et mon fils ont adoré pouvoir jouer au golf, une belle expérience pour eux. Tout était impeccable : l’accueil chaleureux, les chambres, le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux sans oublier la magnifique piscine surplombant le golf. Une très belle opportunité pour nous de découvrir ce magnifique hôtel, que je recommande sans hésiter !

Positives, beautiful golf course, very clean hotel. Staff helpful but more sun beds are needed around the pool - the pool area needs expanding. No facilities for kids like games room. The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children were all sat on one lounger! The pool area is not manned in any way so once the towels are gone they are not replaced! A few more chair/loungers are definitely required as there was space for them. Apart from this little niggle, the hotel was excellent and we would definitely return.

We found spiderweb at the corner of the window and 2 ants on the hardwood floors. The hotel all in all is very clean but not perfectly clean.

Ruime kamers met een goed bed en prima badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt, lunch en diner.

Twee dagen waren er geen handdoeken beschikbaar. De wasserij had niet geleverd. Geen service bij het zwembad ook onvoldoende handdoeken. Geen compensatie ontvangen. Ondanks dat wij een week geboekt hadden moesten we voor een 18-holes incl buggy en clubs 290 euro betalen. In het restaurant te weinig personeel. Eén persoon moest het allemaal alleen doen. Was overigens een heel vriendelijke vrouw met veel geduld ondanks de drukte.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view during breakfast was breathtaking, like something out of a painting. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Theonimfi, who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local spots that were off the beaten path, just as we had requested. Her suggestions made our experience truly special. I absolutely loved the hotel, and if you're seeking a peaceful, charming, and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect choice.

the pool was freezing, they didn't clean the room well the trip road from the hotel to the center was too difficult with no roads lights at all!!

One of the best all round hotels I’ve ever stayed in for relaxation. Staff were amazingly friendly and tentative. Requested late check out because of later flight and was duly approved. Food and drinks amazing value. Will be coming back.

Great place. Very nice property. If you are golfing perfect place to stay. If not, it’s a little far away from everything so you will have to have a car. Place was comfortable and nice. Can’t complain at all. Like I said if you holding. Perfect.

The rooms were very spacious, minimal and extra clean. A serene place with very good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. We visited this place with a large group of friends in order to attend a baptism on the actual hotel. Therefore we had company and we had a great time. If that wasn't the case, the hotel is extremely quiet and mainly oriented for people who play Golf. The interiors are also very American Golf Style.

A bit further from the main city of Heraklion. Very isolated I must admit, in the middle of nowhere. I guess it makes sense, since it is a Golf Club and the property is surrounded by the Golf Fields. If you need some quiet time and play Golf on a day to day basis, then that's your place!

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms with nice furnishings and a pretty restaurant overlooking the 18th green. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance on the local area and day trips. The food in the restaurant was good, if you stayed for a long time it would get a little repetitive. There were lots of cats/kittens around the restaurant which were fun to watch. The golf was good, quite a long course to walk so a buggy would be recommended! The course was very quiet when we visited.

There was a lot of construction work happening across the valley. It went from around 8am-5pm, if you were sitting at the pool it was very noisy and you would need earphones to try to drown it out. I’m not sure when this is finishing.

Beautiful hotel -- spacious rooms with views onto hills and sea, with superb marbled bathrooms. Pleasant and smiling staff. Great golf course with excellent and friendly pro. Some inconsistencies in housekeeping : we were amazed and happy to find sets of face cloths in bathrooms on arrival but these were taken and never replaced. Similarly the coffee machine was superb but the pods were not automatically replaced. So we had to ask for face cloths and coffee pods at reception which complied readily. Water bottles, however, were replaced every day. A great place to base a week of exploring Crete-- plenty of parking for our rental car. The east and south coasts were within easy reach. To the west Rethymno was within an easy day's drive but Haina was a bit too far. All in all a great base for exploring Crete without suffering from too many (other) tourists 😉

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

Hotel muito bom. Para quem joga golfe é muito conveniente. Para quem não joga não indicaria. Se você é jogador. Traga bastante bolas. Campo estreito e num vale rochoso. Saiu do fairway grande chance de perder a bola.
