Metro Cipro raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti di cammino • colazione ricca e staff disponibile durante la colazione. Nella sala della colazione, sita praticamente di fianco alla reception, ci sono anche due macchinette, un frigo, un microonde • presenza di molti asciugamani, sapone per le mani, bagnoschiuma, phon • tassa di soggiorno pagabile con POS
Migliorerei • gli infissi (sono molto vecchi) • la pulizia nella stanza • le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, sebbene puliti, non erano smacchiati bene • il bagno (la vasca, molto piccola, la convertirei in doccia, sarebbe più comoda). Inoltre, bidet e wc erano posizionati in modo un po’ scomodo. Non c’è nulla che non si possa migliorare e questa struttura ha delle ottime potenzialità!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Traditional Italian Pastries for Breakfast with Cappuchino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airconditioning worked. No issues with other guests and it felt safe and peaceful. Great location right next to the Vatican and a walk away from the main bus lines taking you into the city for only 1.50 euro.
Nothing worth mentioning at the current price point.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The property was located within walking distance of the Vatican which was ideal for me. The room was clean and large for one person and the air conditioning served well. No house keeping nor towel change was available during my 3-day stay but I was happy with this no disturbance. The the breakfast was not a great buffet but good enough. The staff made me a cappuccino and I had a few kinds of pastry and some fruits every morning, there were also yogurts and juices in a small fridge that I didn't taste.
My room had no window only in the bathroom. I could hear quite anything what the neighbour was doing, although I had them only one night. The reception was closed before 14:00 which was earlier than the official opening hours so I had to use the codes to open the gate and the entrance door when I arrived. I didn't mind those things very much but some people may not like such conditions.

I did not stay as it was not safe for a woman traveling alone. They refused to credit back any of the money whatsoever. There was no one else staying there so that tells you what the place is like

O quarto estava limpo quando cheguei, mas não foi limpo durante a estadia,e é cobrado 7 euros para trocar as toalhas,achei um absurdo,hotel tem que fornecer toalhas limpas todos os dias,o café da manhã também não tem variedade, não podemos nos servir o café,tem que ser o proprietário a fazer isso,assim não temos liberdade de tomar café tranquilamente

Booked double room 1 year ago and ended up with room 1 with a double bed and 2 bunk beds and no window. Seems to be a converted garage tried to get room changed at reception and I was told I had booked that room and they could do nothing about it. Suffice to say I did not book 4 beds there are only 2 of us and it was not stipulated no window. No change of towels or sheets. Paying service costs 7 euro for towels and 7 euro for sheets… Temperatures late June were 30 + every day! Never experienced this before anywhere. No coffee/tea/ facilities in room and no fridge. Vending machine selling drinks available in dining room. Old fashioned wall sockets and badly placed so extremely difficult to charge appliances etc. Appliances had to stay on the floor during charging. Breakfast… humm more like afternoon tea. Cakes and pastries available very sweet and sugary. No cereals no cold meats, cheese nothing. 4 little yoghurts in a small fridge on the table with a jug of water. Saw a lady pass through fill up her water bottles emptying the jug and no more water was given. Paper plates and cups and plastic utensils. No kitchen or sink in this hotel, they wash the utensils in the sink which is in the WC… YES see photo. 2 guys manning the reception, one fairly nice the other totally obnoxious. Pysically prevented an senior gentleman from leaving the car park to take his wife to the airport because he had not paid his bill. The gentleman was in our group and hotel well aware that we were all there for 5 nights, disgraceful behaviour. Then he charged him for an extra room instead of a parking place for an extra night. Receptionist shouting and swearing too much. Both of them constantly on their phones whilst people waiting for their morning coffee as guests were not allowed to use the coffee machine.

Location is prefect: walking distance to the Vatican (Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter´s Square and Basilica are all close by) and there is a Subway / Metro station (Cipro station) also within a 5 minutes walk, and the subway takes you to the main attractions / monuments (Fontana di Trevi, Coliseum, Circus Maximus, Pantheon...) and to the main station (Roma Termini), where high speed trains connect you to Florence or Naples, for example, and there is also a very convenient train every 15 minutes to Fiumicino Airport (Ticket is14 Euros).

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Skvělá lokalita, dostupnost metra, autobusů, procházkou se dalo dostat i do centra. Příjemný personál, chutná snídaně. Do Vatikánu se dostanete pohodlně pěšky.
Za nás to nebylo mínus, ale ubytování je v kopci a od metra k němu vede poměrně hodně schodů. Pro méně mobilní osoby je pak lepší využít autobusové spojení, které je kousek od ubytování.

During our stay, the room was not cleaned, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we kept it tidy ourselves and didn’t feel it was necessary. The accommodation is conveniently located close to several restaurants, the Vatican, and about a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.
The only aspect we found a bit disappointing was the breakfast, as there wasn’t much variety. However, one of the staff members makes an excellent cappuccino!

The shower was literally in the bedroom right next to the bed, water got on the floor easily. First time I've ever seen that, wasn't the worst thing but room layout could be better. There was this lingering sewage smell, as soon as I walked in I got a big whiff of it. The room is very small, the same as the bed. Again not the worst just not the most comfortable either.

Les couverts destinés au petits déjeuner étaient étaient dans le petit éviers des toilettes !!!! Je ne comprends que Booking.com cet hôtel ! Le prix de l’hôtel est encore trop élevé pour ce qu’il offre ! En résumé cet hôtel ne vaut, c’est taudis !

I was in the single room, it felt spacious and I loved how it’s an old convent, I can feel the history. There were buses that took you into central pretty quickly just down the road. It felt really good value for money.
In the morning it was a little loud, got woken up by people in the corridor, walls are a little thin. Didn’t mind that much as it encouraged me to get up and see Rome in the morning.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Posizione strategica: La struttura vanta un'ottima posizione logistica, situata su Viale Vaticano a pochissimi metri dalle Mura Vaticane. Prezzo economico: Il costo del soggiorno è assolutamente concorrenziale per la zona in cui si trova.
Inquinamento acustico: La posizione è una croce e delizia. Avendo la camera affacciata direttamente sulla strada, il rumore del traffico è incessante. A causa di un isolamento acustico inadeguato, è possibile contare macchine e moto a qualsiasi ora della notte (anche alle 2:00, alle 3:00 o alle 5:00 del mattino). Mancanza di pulizia e insetti: Livello di igiene decisamente insufficiente. In stanza c'erano sporcizia diffusa, ragnatele, piccoli ragni, formiche e un evidente strato di polvere sulla lampada dello specchio in bagno. Struttura fatiscente: La camera è pochissimo attrezzata, vecchia e totalmente priva di cura. L'intonaco delle pareti è scrostato in più punti (mancanze documentate con foto). Problema a colazione: Nota molto negativa anche sulla colazione: la mattina mi è stato servito del latte guasto. Dopo averlo segnalato allo staff, è stato fortunatamente sostituito con del latte buono e consumabile, ma si tratta di una disattenzione che non dovrebbe capitare. Conclusioni: Il prezzo basso non giustifica queste condizioni. Preferirei spendere 20, 30 o 40 euro in più a notte pur di alloggiare in un ambiente più curato, pulito e dignitoso. Valutazione complessiva assolutamente negativa.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026L'endroit est idéalement situé. Il est extrêmement calme, notamment pour les chambres situées de l'autre côté de la route. C'est un quartier résiduel au pied du Vatican. La basilique Saint Pierre est à dix minutes de marche.
Une odeur désagréable persiste dans la salle de bain de la chambre 11 où nous étions.

I cassonetti pieni sul marciapiede lungo il percorso per raggiungere il portone di ingresso non sono un granché, ma questo è al di fuori del controllo di chi gestisce la struttura. Mentre sì dipende da loro l'impostazione delle tariffe, a mio avviso lievemente eccessive se raffronto con l'aspetto generale e la gestione piuttosto spartana della struttura. Dettagli che costerebbe pochissimo migliorare, come i secchi vecchi quasi straripanti in bella vista per la raccolta dell'acqua di scolo dei condizionatori...

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Già soggiornato altre volte. Struttura a pochi minuti dalla metro A (Cipro) in zona tranquillissima di fronte le mura Vaticane. Musei omonimi raggiungibili in pochi min a piedi. Addetto alla reception chiaro e gentilissimo (tutte le volte offerto anche caffè espresso, non è da tutti). Colazione varia e ottima. Istruzioni chiare per check in ed entrata/uscita in autonomia con codici d'accesso.
Unica nota (solo per la camera singola che ho avuto stavolta): la doccia non ha una cabina con piatto rialzato ma solo una pedana in legno sopra la griglia di scolo nel pavimento. C'è la tenda però bisogna non far fuoriuscire acqua e allagare pavimento. Comunque facendo attenzione nulla di irrisolvibile.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026It was clean and the breakfast was welcome. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was simple and tidy and the position amazing for visits to the Vatican.
It was dark in upstairs foyer even in daytime.

Reviewed May 27, 2026La atención fue bastante buena, estuvieron atentos a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y me permitieron permanecer en la estancia después de la hora de check out. Es una casa sencilla pero acogedora, la habitación era amplia y con baño privado, el desayuno sencillo pero completo. Definitivamente volvería a Domus Getsemani cuando visite Roma nuevamente.
El ruido de otras habitaciones se oye fácilmente, no apto si hay vecinos molestos. Estuve dos noches y no hicieron aseo después de la primera noche.

Reviewed May 26, 2026È a 10 minuti a piedi dai musei vaticani. La colazione era ben fornita e sembrava molto buona anche se non ho potuto consumarla per decisione mia. Staff accogliente.
La posizione, vero che è vicino ai musei vaticani ma la strada è tutta in salita. La camera singola con la doccia in camera da letto, non si puó vedere. Inoltre si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalle stanze vicine, si sentiva anche russare.

Chýbala nejaká polička v kúpeľni, trošku hlučnejšie ale to bolo kvôli hosťom, ktorí nevedeli trafiť kľúčik do dverí o 2 ráno, na raňajky by bolo super doplniť viac slaného ale to je len osobná preferencia

Nella camera si sentiva sempre umido e ne ho sofferto molto ammalandomi, e nel bagno la doccia è praticamente impossibile da fare e oltretutto l'acqua finisce per tutto il bagno
