Als ich gebucht hatte, gab es nur 4 Bewertungen und die Bilder waren noch Platzhalter und AI generiert. Also war ich bei der Buchung etwas besorgt, habe es aber riskiert und es hat sich total gelohnt! Das Hotel ist nach Renovierungen ganz neu eröffnet worden. Es ist sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Das Bett ist riesig, das Bad modern. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und der See 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse aus ist er auch sichtbar. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und ist täglich bisschen anders. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Beim Einchecken haben wir unsere Nummern ausgetauscht und Kate war wie eine persönliche Assistentin. Als meine Tour abgesagt wurde, hat sie mir kurzfristig einen ähnlichen Ausflug organisiert. Ich musste früh auschecken, da haben sie mir Frühstück zum Mitnehmen eingepackt.

The hotel has just been renovated beautifully recently and we were some of the first guests to stay since they reopened. The staff are outstanding, I’ve never been so looked after anywhere I have stayed. Extremely attentive and helpful. We travelled with my in-laws and the respect and support for them was incredible. A special mention to Kate, our contact person who was expectionally helpful and lovely. Thanks to Mina, Justin, Mark, Severus, Vance and Danny who were all excellent, and many other staff I didn’t catch the names of that made our stay memorable and special. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop bar has a stunning view and is very comfortable (inside and outside options) We were very happy with our room, comfortable bed. We had a bath and shower in our room (905, Junior Double) which was luxurious, especially the shower which was the most hi-tech shower I have ever used. My in-laws were in 901, Le Joyau De Chambre, it was a large and spacious room with a well equipped shower room, a large bath in the bedroom by the doors leading to a balcony overlooking the street. Whilst I was there I had a massage at the in house spa, the treatment rooms are cosy and comfortable and smell amazing. The massage therapists were skilled and professional, I would highly recommend. I will remember this hotel and the staff as one of the most of the luxurious and cared for experiences I have ever had.

조식이 진짜 너무 맛있고 메뉴도 바뀌면서 나와서 이 호텔에서 머무는 내내 맛있게 식사했습니다! 방도 깨끗하고 쾌적하며, 좋은 냄새가 나서 좋았습니다. 특히 욕실이 깨끗하고 넓었으며 샤워시설이 잘 되어 있었어요. 마지막으로 호텔 위치가 정말 좋아요. 구시가지 한가운데 있어서 이동이 편리하고 호텔 직원들도 정말 친절합니다.

Una estancia agradable en Hôtel Le Joyau Bleu Hanoï. El hotel está bien cuidado, las instalaciones son agradables y el personal fue super atento y amable durante nuestra visita (mejor imposible). En general, todo resultó cómodo y correcto. Sin embargo, creo que todavía le falta un punto para estar realmente a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Hay detalles en las instalaciones y la sensación general de la estancia (tamaño y comodidad del baño y la habitación) que podrían estar más cuidados para justificar plenamente esa categoría. Es una opción recomendable para alojarse en Hanoi y tuvimos una experiencia positiva, pero teniendo en cuenta su precio y su clasificación como 5 estrellas, esperaba un nivel algo superior. Una buena estancia, aunque con margen de mejora.

Tutto. La gentilezza di Vince e Kate meritano un plauso, ma tutti sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. La struttura è nuova e pulita. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottima e varia la colazione. Anche se solo per una notte, siamo stati benissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Posizione ottima per visitare l'old quarter (molto caotico).

Sehr freundliches Personal, welches mir direkt bei meiner Ankunft eine Karte von Hanoi gegeben hat mit Foodspots und Attraktionen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Frühstück ist etwas klein aber dann auch passend zum Hotel und trotzdem lecker. Für meinen deutschen Geschmack ist das Personal ein bisschen zu überfreundlich aber das mag auch nur meine Meinung sein. Das einzige was genervt hat war die Dusche, für welche ich entweder zu blöd war oder die einfach zu schnell zu heiß wird. Der Manager meinte man hätte sie verstellen können aber ich habe beim besten Willen nicht geschnallt wie. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel.

We loved absolutely everything...the staff,room,pool,cleanliness,kindness and friendliness! The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable! The breakfast buffet had everything and more and a huge selection to suit anyones taste. It was all a 20/10! Couldn't fault a thing. Location was just perfect walking distance to everything without being right in the hustle and bustle! Laundromat around the corner and food,bank,spa places and minimarts outside the front door. Crazy to not stay here!!

The room, the staff, the location, the breakfast and the price. For what you get this is a fantastic value and a good quality hotel. It was my first time to Vietnam and Hanoi so I was very grateful for the welcoming vibes. The old quarter can be quite overwhelming for a newcomer so I really appreciated having a safe, clean and comfortable place to call home and return to when the hussle of the city and heat became too much to handle. Will for sure stay here next time I come back.

Only thing that comes to mind is the gym is smaller than I expected, its basically just two treadmills and a bike at the top of the building. It's so hot that the last thing you want to do is exercise. Pictures felt a bit misleading as I thought the gym was going to be bigger.

Exceptional hospitality and customer service! The hotel is brand new since August 2026, all the rooms and facilities are in excellent and comfortable condition, especially the bedding. Due to a typhoon, the rooftop bar and swimming pool renovation was slightly delayed, and we experienced construction noise. Vincent listened to our concerns and showing exemplary client service, not hesitating to upgrade our room. We also had a chance to experience the Skybar in private just after the renovations, it looks amazing now! They helped advise us on a boat cruise excursion for 2 nights in Lan Ha bay, looking after all communications and sharing our concerns to the crew. They also looked after the transportation at a fair cost. You can experience the harmony and peace at Hotel Joyau Bleu, with Vincent and the staff, especially to the attention in details, like fresh flowers, refreshing drinks and fruit, and most importantly availability for questions at anytime of the day. All simple things, but brought joy and smiles to our day. Under his management I am sure the hotel will continue to thrive and we wish his team all the best, and success. Well done, we will DEFINITELY be staying here next time in Hanoi. Shame there is not an extra star for 11/10 rating !

Останавливался в отеле до поездки в круиз на одну ночь, после возвращения забронировал еще на две ночи. Прекрасный новый отель с великолепной командой и красивой девушкой на ресепшене. Ребята бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера и предоставили более просторный номер. Поскольку вылет был у меня с семьей в 18-45, любезно пошли на встречу и сделали поздний чек аут в 15-00 без доплат. Как уже ранее отмечали в отзывах, в отели прекрасные завтраки, это были лучшие завтраки за 2 недели моего пребывания во Вьетнаме. Хотелось бы, чтобы уровень сервиса остался прежний и по возможности вернуться в отель еще раз.

Estuvimos en este hotel la última noche antes de volver a españa y fueron super amables, nos dejaron una habitación superior a la q habíamos reservado y encima como el vuelo salia a las 8 de la tarde nos dejaron la habitación hasta las 4 sin costo alguno. Ни где не встречал таких добрых, позитивных и готовых всегда придти на помощь ребят. Vincent помог нам с частной машиной до Халонга, цена была намного приятнее чем в агентстве, где покупал тур. Очень замечательный водитель был Tho, который скрасил наше путешествие до Халонга и назад в Ханой.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Hanoi. The hotel is brand new and is perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its beautiful and unique design. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices. I even found myself spending extra time every morning just to enjoy the breakfast. What truly made this stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank everyone for making my visit so memorable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Me tocó una habitación cuyo sistema de ventilación era deficiente. Daba la impresión que los ductos de aire estaban llenos de humedad, moho y ácaros, tan es así que mi esposa y yo nos resfriamos pues se sentía muy fuerte la humedad. No me gustó tampoco que en toda mi estancia de 3 días tenia las sabanas y toallas de otros cuartos apiladas frente a mi habitación y la television se quedaba congelada, sin buena señal. Por el precio que pagué hubiera encontrado un mucho mejor hotel fuera del Old Quarter.

早餐豐富，地點位於市中心老街，很方便逛街，員工態度熱情且專業，房間乾淨整潔，而且我訂的是連通房，二間的空間都很大，其中一間還有浴缸，很適合全家人一起入住的好飯店。離開時，員工還親切的問候離開的方式，詢問是否協助叫車，最後還幫我們把行李放上車，全體和我們說再見。真是訓練良好，親切體貼的一家好飯店。值得推薦

Desayuno es variado y suficiente para empezar tu dia es buffet, fruta guisados omelets y mas si merece la pena lo compres con tu reserva La ubicacion es buena en pleno centro de la ciudad, pero como en la mayoria de todas las ciudades del mundo o la gran mayoria, en el centro encontras a los lados todos los olores, areas descuidadas y sucias. Pero queda muy bien por que te puedes mover a todos lados. El personal en recepcion bellboy muy amables cuando llegas.

Con la sorpresa de que si tu tarjeta es internacional como es mi caso, hay un cargo extra a tu reserva situacion que no dice por ningun lado la reserva solo menciona los impuestos normales. Asi que ya sabes o llevas efectivo para pagar la tarifa que acordaron aqui en booking y pagas con tarjeta como la mayoria lo hacemos y es la tarifa acordada mas un porcentaje extra por tu tarjeta adicional, que el hotel hara el gasto deducible pero lo pagas el extra tu. Timado. La habitacion es grande y amplia, pero su papel tapiz se ve que tiene años pero años que lo pusieron esta salpicado de no se que se le escurre la mugre en varias zonas, a diferencia de las fotos que se ven impecables, asi que tantita manera de ser francos con las cosas por favor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean with fresh linens and a comfortable bed and peaceful quiet ambience, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great spread with plenty of options, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout. Check-in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and helpful, clearly explaining everything about the stay and even recommending local attractions. A special mention to Daisy, who proactively reached out two weeks before my arrival to ensure everything was arranged smoothly—such a thoughtful touch. The location is amazing, with most main attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

This boutique hotel has everything that one can ask for in a boutique hotel, including central old quarter location, spacious lobby area, comfortable and well-decorated rooms, buffet breakfast included, and full services, including on-site spa services, driver service and tour bookings. We were there for 5 days and breakfast buffet items did vary from day to day. The best thing for us was the cook-to-order beef or chicken pho, and egg/omelette items - we enjoyed these every morning. While the spa area is not fancy, it is so convenient to have spa services on-site, and they have been great to accommodate bookings even at short notice. There is discount for hotel guests, and further discount if you book a tour through them. Prices for massages become very reasonable with the discount and so convenient to not need to step out of the hotel to get massages. With all that, the most amazing thing at this location is undoubtedly the staff - there is such a consistent 5-star service mindset and attitude from everyone at the front desk and door. All the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful with good command of English, including Lucas, Tracy, Claire and Vincent. Danny at the door was also thoughtful and kind. Special mention definitely needs to go to Eddie! We won’t go into big details, but we had important personal affairs outside of Hanoi with some non-English speaking people. We explained about the need during pre-booking and became distressed when the driver spoke next to no English. When I explained our situation to Eddie who was about to wrap up his hotel shift, he went completely above and beyond to help us once he knew how important it was for us. We were speechless that he offered such massive help to us personally at short notice. His personal time, assistance and kindness allowed us to manage the special day smoothly - which was the major reason of our Hanoi trip.

For awareness, there are 3 Emerald Water hotels in town, so remember to provide full hotel name and address to tour guides etc to minimize potential confusion.

場所はホアンキエム湖の近くで大変便利だった。 子どもの体調が悪く、朝のおかゆを買いに行く際には、ドアボーイが店まで案内してくれ、注文を手伝ってくれた。 第一印象が送迎で最悪だったが、スタッフ一人一人はとても感じがいい。 最後にチェックアウト後、奥のソファーで休ませてもらった。スパのシャワーも使って構わないと声をかけてもらった。 帰国後の謝罪と、対応策を検討されたことは評価する。

送迎をホテルにお願いしていたが…。 ・なかなかドライバーと会えず1時間待った。また、ホテルの書いた看板を持っているとのことだったが、私のフルネームの名前を手書きで書いただけの紙を持っていた。 ・6人グループだったので事前に「７seater　20ドル」でお願いしていたのに、スーツケースが乗らないからと、また15分待たされて、もう一台を用意してもらいホテルへ。 ・ホテルに着くと、「あなたたちは荷物が多かったから、用意した車では十分ではなかった。もう一台分追加で16ドルを」と言われ、事前の話と違うので訴えたが、らちが明かず、子どもも疲れていたのであきらめて支払ったが、帰国後カスタマーケアマネージャーから丁寧な謝罪と、追加した１６ドルと帰りの400000ドンの返還を提案されたので評価を５から７へ上げたが、到着時に提案されていれば、もっとよかった。 ・ドライバーは長く待たされて、イライラしていたようで、ハノイの旧市街までの運転が荒く、スピードを出しているのに、携帯で電話したり、ＳＮＳでやり取りをしたりしていて、生きた心地がしなかった。（このドライバーは業務停止ののち、厳重指導されたとのこと） 建物は全体的に古い感じ。 朝ごはんはバイキングの他に、バーカウンターにフォーや卵料理などのメニューが置いてあるのだが、気づかない人が多かったので、各席にメニューを置くと、みなさんが理解できていいと思われる。 また、朝食で机の上にあるナフキンに包まれたカラトリーが前の客が利用したそのままになっていた。声をかけても、ナフキンはそのままでカラトリーだけ渡された。

とにかくスタッフが最高でした！毎日困った事がなかったか聞いてくれて、アドバイスをしてくれました。朝食もとても美味しく。ローカルフードも食べられた。卵料理とフォーは注文形式でした。 ホテルを通じてハロン湾のアクティビティをお願いしたので、送迎もホテルでとても楽でした。しかもホテルのスパが割引になりとてもお得にスパ体験できました。 最終日早朝出発だったのですが、朝食を用意してくれて本当に助かりました。

ホテルの悪いところではないのですが、やはり時期的に大気汚染でくしゃみ鼻水はホテル内でも止まりませんでした。

Nous avons eue un accueil incroyable nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Kim et Tracey( j espère de pas me tromper avec son nom ) ainsi que tout les autres personnes y travaillant pour tout tout tout ce sont des personnes chaleureuses et authentique faites leurs confiance pour vous aidez que ce soit pour excursions transport s occuper de faire laver votre linge ect. Kim est rester en contact avec nous via whatsapp lors de nos séjours à l extérieurs de l établissement ce qui dénote un professionnalisme extraordinaire merci mille fois . Rien tout était parfait

This is a great hotel in Hanoi for location and especially service. Hats off to Claire and Danny for always having a friendly smile and top notch service!

아침식사는 아메리칸 스타일의 조식으로 간단합니다. 하지만 그걸로도 충분하게 느낄만큼 맛있었습니다. 다만, 식탁을 분무기 세정제로 뿌려 청소를 하여서 옆 테이블에서 식사할 때 신경이 쓰였습니다. 하노이 야시장과 매우 근접하지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않아 숙면을 취할 수 있었구요. 걸어서 모든 곳을 둘러볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

The room was spacious, clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure. Counter top was good size. Staff was really helpful and provide excellent service. Breakfast selection was good. Even the breakfast box prepared for us due to our early flight was good.

A bit dated and tired. That said, I understand the hotel is to be renovated this year.

I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Waters Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Jenny, who went above and beyond to assist me with all the tour arrangements and travel organization. She handled everything smoothly and made sure my trips were perfectly planned, which made my stay completely stress-free. On top of that, when my night bus from the north arrived late and caused a delay, Jenny kindly refunded me for the last night’s payment. This level of honesty, care, and customer service truly impressed me. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and greatly appreciated the outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!thank you. Zion.

Personnel aux petits soins, extrêmement gentil, serviable et arrangeant. Petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Localisation parfaite dans le centre de Hanoï à deux pas du lac mais à l'écart du bruit et de l'agitation.

Nous étions dans des chambres communicantes et une des deux chambres était aveugle. J'aurais aimé le savoir lors de la réservation.

Although the hotel is located next to a main road, the soundproofing is excellent. The windows are double-glazed, so there is no traffic noise at night. The location is very good, with Hoan Kiem Lake just a short walk away. We stayed in a family room, which was very new, spacious, clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The bellboy was very enthusiastic, efficient, and always greeted guests with a big smile.

The only drawback was the service from one daytime front desk staff member. She was quite talkative but often went off topic, and unfortunately was unable to provide clear or useful assistance. Some of the information given was inaccurate, which affected the overall service experience.

Excellent location in Hanoi Old Quarter

We stayed a total of four nights. We were there for two, went to Ninh Binh, and returned for two more nights. I loved the hotel’s location, the size of our room, the hot water, the breakfast, the bed and THE STAFF! I want to specifically mention Tracy and Claire. Both were very helpful, friendly and professional. Tracy even realized it was my husband’s birthday when we were leaving for Ninh Binh. She quickly arranged some cake and candles and surprised my husband in the lobby before we left.

I know not all rooms can have a great view and our room looked into blank walls. With that said, we opted to keep the room as it was very large - so there was a trade off.

Breakfast selection was very good and the room was a good size. Our room had a balcony too. Very wonderful. The staff were the best.

The bathrooms could use an update or a really, really good scrubbing.
