It was during the heatwave, and the air conditioning was not working. As a result, we were struggling with the heat despite having one small fan and one large fan provided in the room.

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Easy check-in/out. Situated in a nice neighborhood, close to bus and train station. Would come back!

The shower was too hot even on the coldest setting (i don‘t know if i just didn‘t figure out how to make it colder, or if it was just my shower specifically). And guests walking the floor above can be a bit loud. No problem if you bring earplugs tho!

High Street Kensington駅やHolland Park駅から結構(15分強)歩くことを覚悟していましたが、実のところ①最寄りのバス停まで15秒、②それ以外の４つのバス停までも1〜4分とバス便が極めて充実しており、出先によっては便利な③Kensington/Olympia駅まで2分と、交通の便は最高でした。 また、部屋のエアコンにはファンはあるが冷房機能が無いとの事前情報が専らでしたが、実際は冷房機能万全で快適でした。 さらには、交通量の多いHolland Roadに面しているのに、自動車の騒音は全く気になりませんでした。

私がauの「海外放題」を利用したためホテルのWi-Fiを利用することができず、携帯電話用電波頼みでしたが、部屋がbasement（半地下）だったためか電波が弱くネット検索の都度Ground Floorか建物外に出る必要がありました。 日々のベッドメイキング・タオル交換・バストイレ清掃はされますが、担当スタッフによっては掃除機がかけられていないケースがありました。 なお、当地の宿泊施設同様に、パジャマ・ハミガキセット・ティッシュボックスなどは備え付けられていません。

Crossing the road from reception to where our room was was a little challenging with suitcases but doable as only one way traffic

The room was small, but very cozy. It had a little kitchen with everything that you could need. On the first night we went to a Lidl very close and we could buy and store enough things for the whole trip. The bathroom very clear, and equiped, the shower in particular, rain shower, amazing. Very big TV for the size of the room, haha.

Maybe the room was a bit dark. We had to turn the lights off in the middle of the day. But because it was a room underground level, with only one window towards the stairs that get you to the actual room door. But in reality if you use that day to enjoy London, which is really the intention, this is not an issue at all.

Neat, air-conditioned accommodation with a small kitchenette, close to several bus stops and the underground. All of London is within easy reach—just a few stops away. Highly recommended!

A bit on the small side for a longer stay ( we stayed 11 nights) but fine for shorter stay. The shower door kept opening on its own. Bed was a bit firm.

The hotel was easy to find , just walking distance of Tube, and Train station on the bus rout and walking distance of the Olympia conference centre.

Most importantly of all the room was clean. And it was cleaned regularly during our stay. We liked having the little kitchenette too! Items such as an ironing board are always a godsend particularly when travelling on business.

I didn't like the large brown patches on the ceiling where water had clearly leaked from the room above, and it was in more that one spot. The paint work could have done with a freshen up and there was a chunk missing from the bathroom door too!

I felt that the hotel looked quite different in person compared with the pictures online, which was disappointing. It could benefit from refurbishment and updating.

It was a great location. 5 minutes walk to the station and to the Olympia Arc. The room was compact but was designed perfectly to make it feel more spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although no breakfast facilities, the room had a kitchenette and we bought things from the local shop (2 minutes walk) We also enjoyed the coffee and pastries from the local cafe.

Naymun was very helpful with all our questions. We needed help with how to get places. I also appreciated putting our luggage in the office before we could check in.

Excellent stay at NOX Kensington! Location is perfect, just 2 minutes from Queensway station and Hyde Park. Rooms are clean, modern and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money in central London. Will definitely come back

Great location for Olympia. Nice kitchenette (didn't need to use it but would be useful for a longer trip). Staff were nice.

Book light next to the bed didn't work. Frosted glass wall let us see into the bathroom and didn't offer privacy, from the bed we could see each other using the toilet! Bathroom was a bit grim overall.

Very clean, on the main road and easy to get to the station and Westfield.

Air con needs to be better and I didn’t think I opted in for no windows room. Which I didn’t like.

Nearest tube is weekends only. Basement room smelt of damp. Fridge didn't work. Room quite tired. Much better a few years ago in a different room.

L hygiene de la cuisine etait tres moyenne avec de mauvaises odeurs remontant de la tuyauterie, une bouilloire non nettoyée et un four micro onde qu on ne peut pas brancher a moins de le sortir du meuble et de l installer sur la table. L une des lampes de chevet etait grillée.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient, and getting around was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the front desk staff — they were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Their service made the whole experience feel welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Location worked for me

I was placed in a room outside the building in the basement. The rooms are not sound proof. They are extremely small not as shown on the picture.

Le service de ménage était super, les équipements proposés dans la kitchenette était suffisant, peut être proposer du sel pour ne pas à en acheter mais sinon tout était parfait. La salle de bain était impeccable et la douche très confortable, avec un pommeau à la main et un plafonnier.

La poubelle pas assez grande, sinon tout était parfait

J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, c’était très calme. Également le fait qu’il y ait une kitchenette cela a beaucoup aidé. Climatisé, lumineux. Le métro est à 10min à pieds ou 4min en fonction de la ligne. II y a des bus aussi.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivées dans la chambre, elle n’avait clairement pas été nettoyée, il y avait de la poussière partout, sur tous les meubles. Pire encore, des papiers de chips, une FRAISE ÉCRASÉE, des emballages de nourriture, des mouchoirs usagés etc… on été retrouvés sous notre lit et entre les meubles prêt du lit. Après avoir remonté cela au personnel, ils ont fait le nécessaire pour nettoyer la chambre mais cela était inadmissible (d’ailleurs même après leur passage il restait des saletés). Le chauffage de la salle de bain est brûlant en continu, donc il y fait très très chaud ! Et impossible pour nous de le baisser ce qui est dommage, donc il fallait trouver le juste milieu entre la climatisation et le chauffage automatique. La télécommande de la télévision était introuvable, elle était bloquée sous le lit, elle était recouverte de poussière. Pas de passoire, dommage. Je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas dans cet hôtel qui pourtant était très pratique.

Great location, very close to Kensington Olympia, with lots of nice places to walk around.

The TV had no remote, and the staff could not solve the problem, so we had no TV for a week—maybe that was for the best!

I did not like anything about the hotel.

The rooms where very worm out. Broken toilet seats, broken shower heads. Dirty walls. Marks all over fall and walls. Very tiny shower room. Just Awful!

The staff was so kind and helpful. But they could not make miracles, so it helped some but the hotel should make big changes.

The sink in the bathroom was problematic. Although they were cleaning it was not efficient .The water was not going down. It was accumulating and we could not use it to wash our hands or to brush our teeth. I had to tell twice that problem than I gave up saying and started to use kitchen sink for that necessities. For 9 days stay it was really annoying The AC was not working. They sent messages to us after I paid the reservation, to inform us about the AC problem. So they said they will put a fan. But during our stay the fan was so noisy that we could not sleep during the night and it was full of dust and it was throwing the dust out when it was running. I told the fan problem they cleaned a little bit but it was still not effective and it was full of dust anyway.

hotel nadszarpnięty zębem czasu, raczej stanowiący opcję budżetową. nieco na uboczu, bez dobrego połączenia komunikacyjnego, ale za to zaraz obok willowej części notting hill oraz pięknego parku, także zależy kto czego potrzebuje. na plus wkomponowana kuchnia w pokoju, dzięki której mozna przygotować proste posiłki. dziękujemy również za wcześniejsze zameldowanie - bardzo ułatwiło nam to podróż.

nie jest to nowy hotel, raczej ma już swoje lata i wymaga odświeżenia. czystość oceniłabym na 70-80%. na minus brak jakichkolwiek części wspólnych.

No air conditioning, but we were warned about that.

L’accueil de Naymur était exceptionnel ! Très gentil et aidant pour notre check-in, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement, chose qui est très rare de nos jours. La propreté des lieux est incroyable. C’est l’une des premières fois que je vois un hôtel aussi propre, comme si la chambre était fraîchement décorée.

Caro para lo que es, las fotos no se condicen con la realidad, las camas duras. Me mostraban dos camas dobles y me encontre con 1 doble y un sofa cama chico. El espacio en la habitacion chico. El aire acondicionado estaba malo, no funcionaba

Room was moldy I had to leave at 1am after a long flight in and had to move hotels. The room was disgusting and I have images and videos but the management of the property refuses to refund me. It’s not only the expense of a new hotel, but the time spent, the transport, booking last minute is also quite expensive.

Very loud street and very hot apartment. They did give me a fan but it made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. Also wasn’t very good at cooling. Very loud noise from the street cars constantly and honking even at 4 am. So there is one metro station close by Kensinghton Olyimpia, around 5 minutes but often trains are delayed there and other station are about 18-20 minutes by walking.

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were presented in a very professional and courteous manner. The staff were incredibly friendly and were more than willing to help when I had any issue

The Room it is excellent for a short stay and provide all you need. Location is super easy and smooth near Olympia London. For the breakfast you can find some spots in the area.

The room was unbearably warm, to the extent that I left the hotel a few days early and cut my trip short. I would not recommend staying here in the summer.

Told by staff ac was not working anywhere in the hotel. It was boiling hot and our room was boiling hot, once checked in we changed rooms fortunately but even then it was too hot. The only facility I asked for and it wasn’t working. Room was slightly dusty too. Thank you the the staff member.

What I liked most about the property was how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained it was. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was convenient, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would happily stay there again.

The room was very spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The AC worked very well and is very quiet. The bathroom is spacious and the provided shampoo and showergel was great. The little kitchen is perfect and has everything one needs. Maria, the cleaner was super polite and so very helpful!

Perfect location, very friendly staff, the second room we had was fine.

When we arrived, we were put in a very small room with a broken AC, it was 36 degrees outside. The next day we were moved to a room with working AC, but the room was in the lower GF with only a tiny window. It was much better than the one without an AC but still felt like living in a cave.
