Great location. Proximity to lake and close to two super restaurants & venue. Bed was well made up and extremely comfortable as was the room.

Room was clean but would benefit from even a small upgrade.

It’s right across from Okanagan Lake and walking distance to restaurants and parks. The pool was clean and warm.

We have stayed there years ago and thought it needed some updating but that hasn’t been done. Very worn looking. Cracked floor tiles, missing a blow dryer in one of our rooms.

J'ai été très déçue du condo. L'endroit était très petit. Ce n'était pas du tout représentatif des photos montrées sur leur site. Les poubelles des clients avant nous n'avaient pas été ramassées et le bain était sale.

Excellent location

It was a smoke free room and I signed a waiver at the front desk that no smoking allowed and it turns out my room smelled smoke. It was really bad , the entire time you are sleeping you can still smell the smoke. They tried to use some chemicals and it was even worse The sofa and floor was full of dust ! Sofa color was blue but it turns to light brown due to dust !

Really liked the location , and the guy who checked us in!

The cleanliness, the bar at our door all weekend and the girl that works there with a bad attitude! Canceled our reservation after we had checked into our room , really poor communication and customer service!

The staff are always friendly and accommodating.I have been staying here for years.

I didn’t get the room I booked at first but the staff was really great and fixed that right away. I love staying here, it’s clean, comfortable and close to the beach. I like that all the rooms have kitchenette’s. I do wish they would fix the vending machine however

Vending machine is always broken, and you can’t get water from the front desk in its absence.

Perfect location! The view of the water from the room was incredible. Big patio was great for morning coffee. The room was quiet & well equipped. Staff was great.

The motel is very dated. Shower head extremely low for taller person. Units had silver fish they were in the bed.

The location is amazing right on the beach and close to everything. There were chairs outside to sit and enjoy outside of the room. Hotel is a little out dated, but can over look that for the location. Staff were great. I had arrived very early for check in and was just seeing if I could park in the lot and to my surprise they let me fully check in. Was a very nice gesture! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Let them know about a room concern for future and they adamantly wrote down concerns for item to be followed up with. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

This place has a wonderful old-school charm while still feeling clean, fresh, and well maintained. It has such a nostalgic atmosphere, and the location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and in the heart of everything. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were absolutely amazing: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They also gave us fantastic local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

Waited 35 minutes after check in time to have access to room. We arrived 1 hour early & then waited 35 minutes to check in. A long wait with children. In the meantime a washroom was necessary & there was no where to use one. The pool was not heated & therefore only used a short while. Parking spots very tight & difficult to get in & out.

They were late with cleaning our room when we got there which pushed our check-in back by 2 hours. Not ideal after driving 10+ hours to get there. The cleaning was rushed because of that. they need to hire more cleaning staff to keep up with the volume of customers for what we're paying to stay there

Great location, great little kitchen and the pool was a nice surprise

No accessible outlets in the bedroom for cpap or phone charger. Perhaps my room was close to laundry cuz there was a nonstop rumbling that kept me awake all night.

We did not like that they allow smoking by the pool and the rooms 5 feet away.( which was our family’s)

It’s an old run down motel

When we arrived , the unit described in Booking.com was not available !! We were stunned but to the credit of the hotel they gave us another room and did not charge us!!! Thank god for this staff , they were sooo helpful!

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location was good. Staff helpful but could not overcome property deficiencies. Pool was ok.

No air conditioning, fans or ventilation in bedrooms. Faucets were set up backwards (hot on right). Very dated furnishings. Curtains were not light tight. Needs to be torn down and built new.

The location is the best feature

We had a great water view room this time but not all the rooms are nice. Last time our room was dark and dingy

Great location. Excellent value for the money. Rooms aren't fancy or updated but that didn't negatively affect our stay at all. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was not present at check in at 5:30pm, Ring doorbell wasn't answered for about half an hour, emergency phone number wasn'tanswered either. Had to contact Booking.com to get someone there to check in, despite staff being present on the premises (came out of an apartment). In the room was an opened bottle of Gatorade from the last occupant still stitting on the window sill.

The room was great only complaint I had was there was a squeaky floor board in the room I tried to avoid as I was upstairs and didn’t want to disturb the downstairs people.

The doors where dirty. The bathroom had black mold. I took photos. There was no fire alarm detector in. The room. There were bugs in the tub. It smelled bad in the room. Stale smoky musty smell. My clothes smelled like it after leaving. Not the management fault, but we were kept awake all night long by very noisy people above us. Should have called the police. There were called in the morning.

Offered an early check in which was gratefully accepted, this came via a texting app. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean and comfy, each right across the road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend

Best location, just infront of the beach. Everything is walkable- to restaruants, kids activities and attractions. Staff is so friendly. Room is clean and quiet place,even our room is close to the pool area. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends.

It was dirty. I was in the second floor and I don’t think they ever washed the outside floor. The bathroom walls and register was dirty. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Interior and exterior need a good deep thorough cleaning.

Staff was great but room needs a serious upgrade and deep clean! The floor was so dirty we had to wash our feet before getting into bed every night. Location was great but the lack of cleanliness really turned us off.

Right beside the lake and safe area

The location was excellent but the motel was looking tired and in need of an up date. There was not enough cutlery and the chopping board was beyond disgusting. needed to be thrown out as dirt gets into surfaces and this was dirty. The staff were lovely and helpful in helping us at all times. Suggestions… there needs to be a guide on how to work tv particularly for people not familiar to Canadian system, eg us from NZ. Another suggestion would be, to have a bath mat where the shower is as it can get quite slippery for older people. Also a jug or a kettle would be great for making cup of tea

Very old kitchenettes. everything in the unit was worn out and never ever clean properly. Bed was just ridiculous. Never seen a bed like that before in a motel …horrible.

Fantastic location, but dated rooms. Killed a handful of silverfish in the bathroom over a 3 day period.

Place was great, but was travelling with a child and it was loud on a Saturday night with the bar next door, and then intoxicated people walking past the door while we were trying to sleep.

With some diff ties with late check in due to delayed flights we got into our room. The staff were very accommodating.
