スタッフの方々がとても丁寧に現地の情報を説明してくださいました。お陰様で曇った日ではありましたが、早起きして富士山を見ることができました。湖まで歩いて２分！シャインマスカットやキッチンカーの朝食も最高においしかったです。とても良い思い出旅行となりました。また別の季節に訪れたいです。

Close to the lake but very quiet, very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, super friendly and knowledgeable staff who speak English very well. We came for the fireworks festival, and were provided a detailed map with the best viewing spots. Breakfast food truck was very convenient. Shuttle service to the train station was also very convenient. Gelateria Angela, a short walk from the property, serves surprisingly good real gelato. We were secretly hoping the cats will come to visit. Alas, that didn't happen, but we still got to pet a few of them.

If you have mobility issues or tend to get up at night to use the bathroom a lot, this may be difficult, as both the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs are pretty steep.

L'accueil était particulièrement personnalisé. Une aide précieuse pour préparer visites et découvertes. L'endroit bien situé, la navette très appréciable. L’onsen était propre et assez grand.

Very friendly and nice place . Lovely view. Did not use the hot bath since it was so varm.

The location was great…far enough from the hustle and bustle of the central train station area of Lake Kawaguchiko, with a great view of Mt Fuji from our room/house. It’s a quieter area, and only a block or two from the lake. The property to so well kept, with beautiful gardens and chalet style townhouse type rentals. Ours was 2 stories, where the upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one where you sleep on mattresses on the tatami floor or if you prefer, the other room has regular single beds. The grounds are spotless, the staff are wonderful and very accommodating! This is a family run business. We were greeted by Hiro, who checked us in, gave us all the info we’d need and gave us a tour of the house and how to operate everything. Their office on sight is open til 10 pm daily, and they are always available to help with recommendations ( Hiro gave us the best guidance on restaurants and activities…) and can call taxis for you, store luggage and even pick you up or drop you off at the bus terminal when you arrive/depart. A great little coffee and breakfast truck comes every morning at 7am! Perfect for us early risers. Cafes don’t open til mid to late am!

My one and only dislike was that the bathroom and shower were on the first main floor, right by the kitchen/dining area. That made it challenging to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night, navigating wood steps while groggy. Plus the toilet so close to the kitchen and dining area was a bit off putting. It was just a bit hard to manage having to keep some toiletries downstairs, clothes upstairs, and trying to find places to hang bath towels. Hooks on bathroom door/ walls would have helped. Very easy fix.

Such a lovely place. the guest houses are large, clean and well-equipped. Hiro and his team go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. great surroundings, all in walking or biking distance. recommended is a walk to the Kubota Itchiku Art Museum, a true gem.

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig, direkter Blick auf den Fuji, super nettes Personal, Top Ausstattung und Service. Shabu Shabu und BBQ sind sehr zu empfehlen, Achtung die Portionen sind sehr reichlich.

Very nice and large cabin. The view of Mt.Fuji right outside the door on a clear day was amazing! Breakfast truck that's parked just outside has great food options. Very friendly and helpful owners.

An absolutely wonderful place! Located close to the lake, with charming, cozy, and exceptionally clean cottages. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and completely fell in love with this place. The stuff was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and full of excellent local recommendations. Without a doubt, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return in the future.

Very cosy, Mount Fuji view, good location, onsen, and very friendly staffs. There is also a foodtruck outside the villa in the morning so getting breakfast is convenient. Recommended especially for family.

I couldn’t explain how much I and my family loved this place, it’s absolutely stunning. Everyone was extremely kind, it’s peaceful, clean, out of all the places we have stayed in Japan this was my favorite. You guys are amazing.

Our stay at Kawaguchiko Lake Villa was absolutely incredible. Hiro made the entire experience exceptional, he was amazingly attentive, incredibly informative, and always available whenever we needed anything. His courtesy and warmth genuinely elevated our trip. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the most breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right from the villa. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided the best service throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place, especially with hosts like Hiro who truly care about their guests.

獨棟小木屋，結構穩固，晚上上下樓梯不會發出聲音。臥室空間寬敞，可以總共可以睡6-7人。房間外即可看到富士山。步行到河口只需3分鐘。剛好可以走到逆富士最佳的拍攝地點。早上停車場有餐車提供漢堡及咖啡；晚餐可以幫忙叫外賣(外賣有三家店家，包括壽司店、日式簡餐及炸雞店)。有湯屋，在泡湯池裡站立時，可以看到富士山山頂白色區域。服務人員都很熱心、英文也講的很好、會幫忙預測拍攝逆富士及櫻花盛開最好的時間。

晚餐如果要外食，或要到便利商店採買，需要步行12-15分鐘。

上げたらキリがないぐらいなのですが、まずなんと言っても施設の方の対応がとても丁寧で滞在中の問題も直ぐに対応して頂けた為、こちらとしても安心して休暇を過ごせました！ それに加えてお部屋の雰囲気やロケーションもとても良かったです！ 大浴場を利用させて頂いたのですが、夜は星がとても綺麗に見えて朝は富士山が真正面に見えるという最高のロケーションでお風呂に入ることができました！ 仕事や家庭でのストレスを忘れられる程最高の環境でした！ また山梨に行く際はこちらを利用させて頂きます！

Un accueil très chaleureux, de bons conseils, une villa avec tous les équipements et le confort nécessaire, un point de vue exceptionnel sur le Mont Fuji au bord du lac Kawaguchiko à 2 mn à pieds. Un endroit paisible où vous pourrez câliner aussi nos amis félins qui sont soignés et choyés par des hôtes au grand cœur.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko! The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving excellent recommendations. We had an incredible view of mount fuji, the villa was so comfortable and to top it off the onsen was so relaxing!

Nada....bueno, si se alquila para pocas lo considero un poco caro, pero para 4-6 personas es una muy buena opción de calidad-precio.

Great villa near the lake with cute cats and amazing views. Breakfast and dinner options through food trucks were really convenient - we loved the veggie/bacon buns and ramen. Lots of space and a nice onsen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Its a bit out of the main town but easy to get the bus around the lake

The guy at the front dest was the nicest guy in the world. He gave us the best tips on where to eat and how to get the perfect photo of mt. fuji. The villa was wonderful.

Everything !! Truely wonderfull place. Perfect location, clean, comfortable, beautifully presented. Could not fault it in any way. Hosts had thought it through to cover all needs. They are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

Absolutely nothing

The villa is located on the north side of the lake, farther away from the more “touristy” area and big hotels. The view of Mt. Fuji is amazing, and just a short 2 minute walk to the beach you can see the reflections of Fuji on the lake. The cottage was large and comfortable with everything we needed and then some. The staff, Hiro and Koki, were extremely friendly and accommodating, and spoke excellent English, making it very easy to communicate. They recommended perfect places for photos, and a nice side trip to Oshino Hakkai to catch the last of full blossom trees with Fuji for great photos. They had a wonderful food truck for breakfast and dinner that served amazing food. We just wish we had stayed there longer!

The location is perfect, a short walk from the lakeside where you have completely unrestricted views of Mount Fuji. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean & has everything needed for the perfect stay.

We arrived during peak cherry blossom season, and the property faces the trees with stunning views, just a few minutes’ walk to the lakeshore. The host provided very detailed instructions, and the room’s traditional Japanese style was a highlight—especially for my parents. The heated floors were also a wonderful touch and made the stay extra comfortable.

Unfortunately we had a villa with no view on Mt. Fuji, but this didn't affect our mood.

Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful view! The cabin we stayed in was beautiful - so clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owner of the property, Hiro, was so helpful and kind. He gave us so many suggestions of what we should see and do and restaurant suggestions. He answered so many of our questions and always with a smile. Really appreciated the food truck in the morning for coffee and breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hiro and his brother and family were so incredibly nice. Hiro even came back on the morning we were leaving from something he was doing to say good bye. I would recommend this place 100 percent!

The peaceful and beautiful scenery location

Location! Perfect views of Fujisan. You could spend the entire day on the bench at the entrance. The Sakura street was a short walk from the villas and the most beautiful that you’ll see in kawaguchi. Staff! Extremely helpful and kind staff who went out and beyond to help us in a very busy season. Villas! Very spacious villas with all amenities. Washing machine was under repair so that was missing. Cats! Lots of lovely in house cats.

Location - is a bit remote. Geared for Long term family stays. No breakfast was available when we were there. Can’t even make a cup of tea or coffee unless you bring your own. If you don’t bring your own snacks your only option is the vending machine. So Just be prepared.

The property staff were very friendly. Gave us a tour of the facility and gave us information about the area. They gave us a ride to the bus stop as well.

El lugar estuvo increíble!. Salías del apartamento y tenías la vista del monte Fuji. Y a 200 metros el lago para contemplarlo. El personal muy servicial y amistoso. Nos explicaron todo con detalle y entusiasmo. El apartamento estuvo muy cómodo, espacioso y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario y más. También contaba con Una habitación tradicional japonesa y otra habitación occidental. También tenían baño público muy bien. Nos buscaron a la Estación y también nos llevaron de vuelta a la salida. Y además nos tomaron unas fotos preciosas! Muchas gracias Lake Villa Kawaguchiko por hacer de este hospedaje maravilloso! Nadia, Pablo y Piero
