Nice view, high level 19, spacious room.

The metro was right under the building so getting anywhere was so easy. There was a supermarket also right under the building so were able to get anything we needed. The space was good. Dining area, we had a balcony, big floor to ceiling windows, two bathrooms- all in all a fabulous place to stay.

Perhaps needed extra crockery and cutlery as there is no dishwasher. The couch wasn’t that comfortable but it was ok.

It was a good location.

It was a bit far from where we wanted to go. The room was nice but can be cleaner. The bathroom was especially dirty with mold on the shower curtain.

Room was excellent Location excellent but difficult to find and even the taxi driver not familiar with where the apartments were actually located inside a shopping mall. Did not help when the afternoon staff on did not answer the phone to clarify where to go. she told us she did not answer as she was serving another customer (called four times). I was thinking at that time that the booking must have been a fraud. Staff members not very helpful but the morning person was very good.

When I request to be transferred to Fusionopolis Science Centre as I may an error in booking (both called Fusionopolis, the manager should have been consulted to allow flexibility as I am not from Singapore and was genuinely attending a conference at NUS. This was not considered and I am very disappointed as I had to take the taxi when I could have walked to and from the conference venue.

Great location. Everything you need is in the building or nearby. Transport right next door. Dining and supermartket in the building. Amazing views and quiet suroundings. Great bed, great batchroom, all was excellent.

The room had an unblocked view and at the same time gave us a feeling of a "home away from home"!

Some of the facilities within the unit viz. The bathroom were dated. We found a few cockroaches and on one occasion a small lizard inside the bathroom. We had to then request the staff to remove them. Also, the shower cubicle would leak often till it was rectified by the staff. For some reason the water pressure in the bathroom was very low leading to difficulties in the uagd of that toilet..but...surprisingly the bathroom in room upstairs (it was a loft/ duplex unit) the water pressure was good.

Comfortable appartment. Free water (dispenser in corridor and jar in the room). Washing machine and drying rack. Terrace, opened on demand (maybe some people are afraid due to height?), I was very happy with terrace. All needed was available in appartment. Metro is in the same building, there is also a small mall with few resto's in the building and with great department store (lower floor) where you can find everything. When coming out of the metro, there is also a 7/11. 2 bathrooms in appartment. Not cheap but worthed the money, highly recommend and would defenitely come back.

The appartment is a bit outside of the centre. However with the convenience of metro in the same building we got everywhere easily by metro. Quick, in 25 mins we were in the centre, needed 1-2 changes (easy metro and very good coverage).

As indicated above, the location was convenient and the associated facilities within the building housing this hotel was also useful.and convenient.

The unit could have been more cleaner ( there were two instances when cockroaches and lizards were found in one of the bathrooms), the unit was old and very worn out ( the shower cubicle was leaking out the shower water), the kitchen utensils were limited, there was no dishwasher ( this in my views should be provided especially since I was with family and this unit was my temporary home where we did the usual.household chores just as we did in our own house here in Singapore). There are other things related to the general cleanliness of thd unit which could have been better but what's written above is relatively more relevant.

The housekeepers are not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful!

On the morning of October 11th, the concierge male staff member on duty attempted to deflect responsibility for his errors, only to come to the uncomfortable realization that he was indeed at fault. It was truly one of the most disappointing experiences one could endure. Please refer to the summary of my stay outlined below for more details.

If they had dustpan and sweeper it would have been easier to clean up ourselves and the bath tub couldn’t hole the water for a long time as the cover for the bath tub hole wasn’t the exact item to make sure the filled up water doesn’t drain out

We could not work out how to use the microwave. Great location, above the one north MRT station. Very handy to get about Singapore by public transport.

Location, lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the university and the hospital and the park. However, far away from shopping and downtown. Accessable to Subway station.

Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there.

The staff were excellent and attentive to our needs at all times of day. The place is quiet and convenient. There was also a lot of space in the room, which was helpful while travelling with my partner.

Whew, Singapore is expensive. And the location is a little hard to find.

We stayed 4 nights. This is amazing place. Lobby staffs were very polite and helpful. The room is double story with the duty view. Excellent experience to stay here. We will back to here again.

The team was easy to connect with regarding to arrival change and made staying there relaxing. The blinds in the bedroom area did not go all the way down, so I reported it to the front desk. Someone was promptly sent to check it, so just said that 'it's broken'. As someone who was traveling from the other side of the world, I got sleepy during the day and it was challenging to nap with the light in my face.

I was very much disappointed as my expectation had been set on the 4-rated hotel with good reputation. First of all, the real place was far older than the photos in the expedia. You may expect a very nice and renovated brand new hotel with the photos, yet you will meet a very old-felling hotel on-site. Second, the air-condioner smelled very bad so I was not able to turn them on. I faced the humidity as well as high temperature by myself. Lastly, but not least, I met a cockroach in the middle of room near at its last breath, upside down. This indicates that the maintanece working hard to kill bugs, but its not pleasure to meet cockroach in the room. This will be my last stay in the brand of CITADINE in my life.

Fantastic place to stay and the room view was incredible. Very nice layout in the room I was in and the staff were helpful/prompt. Note that in the summer, the hotel is open and the hallways are very warm. Although there was a bit of wear and tear in the room, it didn't take away from the function. Highly would recommend.

We had a great stay and really liked the amount of space that we had. The property looks rather tired compared to our last stay there almost 10 years ago.

I like the metro station is inside the same building as the hotel, which made me feel I can reach to many places in Singapore without going out of the building. The room is very spacious with a lot of ground to top windows, very nice city view and very quiet. There are food court and supermarkets downstairs which are very convenient. I love this hotel, maybe I will live here again if I come back.

Cleanliness can further improve and gym can do better

- the room was very comfortable - nice and modern decor - housekeeping was exceptional - the outdoor gym concept is good - lots of good food around the area with some until late night - supermarket directly downstairs - usually quiet with the exception that there were some construction going on during my stay so there was the occasional hacking

Fairly expensive since there is no breakfast included. Service apartments so no restaurant. Not daily housekeeping. Great location - subway station beneath the building. Also lots of restaurants and supermarket but they open quite late in the morning. Easy to get Grab or taxi. Near National University of Singapore.

I like the location. Entrance to the metro from hotel, but same time you can’t hear noise of metro at all.

The carpentry work on the 4th day of our stay!

We were upgraded to a one-bedroom executive loft with two bathrooms. Although some distance from the centre of Singapore it was close to public transport, groceries and eateries

Rude staff at check in Mis communication at booking about having rollaway bed for our child. Then to be told we had to pay $90 per night for this! We refused and she ended having to sleep on something barely passable as a couch. Two dead cockroaches found in the apartment
