Loved location and heated swimming pool

Very easy to get into. Very spacious and really comfy beds. Right on the lake was wonderful

Spacious, warm apartment and the hot pool, gym, carparking and location were great.

More cleaning required in kitchen. Oven/oven trays had caked-on grease and hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the pan for the egg poacher had food remnant burnt on, the left-hand sink was blocked/slow flowing so we bought a plunger and unblocked it, the basins had big hole into the drain where the pop-up fitted plug used to be and some of the bedroom wardrobes had limited space as spare bedding was stored there.

Great accommodation. Great location. Very easy to deal with.

Beautiful complex, grest location

My family and I loved the view and the location, the front patio taking us right onto the lake where the water was warm, we loved the spa, the pool and the internal garage access (especially for the rainy weekend we had) we also appreciated the extra towels, blankets, pillows, and bathroom accessories such as body wash, shampoo & conditioner, the fans, and clothes airing rack. We also liked the easy access with the lift to and from the garage as we had a lot of luggage to carry back and forth.

It’s not that we disliked this, but would be helpful for next time: The washing machine and dryer was too small to keep up with 6 people who had activities planned all weekend and needed clothes to be washed and dried daily. The dish washer wasn’t working, which is okay generally, but given that the clean up policy meant u had to wash, dry and put away dishes meant you needed to make sure you have time to do that before check out. The third bedroom should be advertised clearer as an added room by way of dividers and pull down bed. The master bedroom was to warm over night so we had to pull out the fan to keep cool, although the 2nd bedroom had a heat pump which would have been convenient to also have one in the master bedroom.

One of the kitchen cupboard handles wasn’t attached to the door properly so we had to be careful when opening the door - thought we would let you know so that it can be repaired

Hot water beach, geothermal heated pool and spa, beautiful viewing

Master bed is a little soft, 2 additional bedrooms have artificial windows but lovely and kids happy, we would absolutely stay again

The main bed was a little too soft for me.

Awesome apartment and heated pool a must with children . The apartment is warm and safe . Bug garaging under the apartment is idea with all the rain . Everything clean and nice .

Probably people with little kids swimming in the pool at 8am isn’t idea when you have older kids and we want a peaceful sleep in .

Nice place, facilities in great location.

Super comfortable beds and lots of living space. Great for a family with two bathrooms and several bedding options. Beautiful view of the lake from our room and easy access to the heated pool.

The self checkin was onerous and frustrating when we forgot to take our car park fob with us on our walk and no key is provided for outside sliding door. A few issues with the home appliances not working properly such as the split system, washing machine and dishwasher. Also I would recommend bringing your own portable cot as the one provided was very small for our 7 month old.

The view was awesome. House was big, clean and tidy. The host was just 1 text away.

The location is great the apartment was comfortable & clean .

The Roman blinds are touch too small and let in light from the hallway, waking us up when someone activated the sensor light in the hall

The apartment was clean, great location, great facilities.

The lockbox code didn’t work which was a little stressful as we checked in after hours. And I don’t think we realised one of the rooms was in the main living/kitchen area but is just partitioned off and has a pull down bed.
