It was well situated for our needs in a nice neighbourhood with decent amenities nearby. The hotel was perfect for getting the Shinkansen to Osaka with a very short walk to the station.The hotel staff were very helpful.

I have no complaints to be honest.

病院の近くで、手術後の宿泊が静かに安静に出来た事が良かった。部屋も期待通り清潔で落ち着けて静かで良かった。また、ウェルカムドリンクなどの対応もホットできて良かった。フロントの対応も悪くは無かったが、日本人にはもう少しだけ温かいモノが欲しかった。しかしながら、手術後の辛い身体の為１５時より前に無料でチックインを許して頂けた事には大変感謝しています。 本当にありがとうございました。今後も利用させて頂きたいと思います。

簡易チエックアウトが、結局、機械を通さないとダメだった事が残念でした。アパホテルのような、カードをboxに入れるだけのチエックアウトができると良いですね。

Das Hotel hat eine Top-Lage von wo aus alle Hotspots problemlos erreichbar sind. Mehrere Metrolinien inkl. Tokio-Station sind in ein paar Minutel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad hatten eine gute Größe für zwei Personen.

2nd time staying here. Still great location, near Kyobashi station (Ginza line) and Tokyo station. Area’s not too crowded also. Their wifi also improved compared to my previous stay. Also great breakfast. The staff are kind and welcoming.

The hotel has a really good location. Just a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station.

The room has a humid smell; however, the hotel does not provide a dehumidifier. The staff at the reception was not very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped to find suitable locations for food and provided directions. The staff were also on duty during wee hours of the day and were calm and orderly even during sudden occurrences, such as the earthquake I experienced on my last day. It is also very close to Yaechika, the underground mall that leads to Tokyo Station.

Older folks may not like the bed or pillows, as they are very soft and may not be suitable. The room I booked was also rather small and cramped, even as a room for two. Other than that, if you're a solo traveler, I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also very useful. They let us check-in early and check our was very quick. The team were also very sweet as to greet us a happy wedding and lovely honeymoon. Overall, amazing service!

Die Lage war perfekt! Wir waren mit dem Zimmerkomfort und Sauberkeit der Betten sehr zufrieden. Das Badezimmer war nicht so gemütlich, zu wenig Ablagefläche, das Bad hat beim rein- und aussteigen geknatscht, zu wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer, die Couch hatte hinten unschöne ungereinigte Flächen, und ich hatte den Eindruck dass die Schlappen aus dem Zimmer bereits vorher von einem anderen Gast benutzt wurden und für uns einfach gereinigt wurden. Das Rezeprionspwrsonal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage war super, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Hotel is met een 10-15 minuten lopen vanaf Tokyo station goed bereikbaar en centraal. De Ginza lijn (metrostation) is minder dan 5 minuten lopen. Tussen 15:00 en 22:00 kan je gratis koffie, thee en water halen eventueel met een voorverpakte snack. Verder is het hotel schoon en op rustige locatie. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam.

会員登録がなかなかできずに苦戦しました。 もう少し簡素化してほしいと感じています。

El tamaño de la habitación, grande para ser Tokyo. La ubicación perfecta, con una estación de la línea Ginza a 2 minutos y la estación de Tokyo a menos de 10 minutos. Personal muy amable y habitaciones muy limpias.

Por poner alguna pega, 1 ascensor más sería ideal, considerando las 15 plantas que tiene, ya que en horas punta podía haber un poco de tiempo de espera

I came in summer and found that after a shower the room can get quite damp and clammy.

Room was spacious. Liked the foyer area and wall unit to hang clothes, luggage, etc. Nice that it was separate from the sleepting area. Nice having the desk space to put things on. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant location just near Tokyo station. The property is clean and well designed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi was a solid hotel to stay at while in the Kyobashi/Ginza area. It is located conveniently next to the train station to be able to get around Tokyo and the staff were so friendly and nice and made everything super convenient to enjoy our stay. They also had a great luggage delivery service we used to have our luggage shipped to Osaka to our next hotel. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

Things that could have been better is maybe the quality of the bathrooms. Although the hotel was incredibly affordable and exceeded quality standards in comparison to other spots, the bathrooms did feel sort of cheap. The bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor at times and the flooring did seem a bit cheap, but this was not a make or break for our stay here. Also, you can ask for more water at the front lobby, but I wish there was a water station to conveniently fill up our bottles to make our lives easier like our next hotel did.

Excellent location to be based from, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was great size for Tokyo and had everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable beds.

The bed was the one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a 4-star hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance from Tokyo Station especially to the airport bus stop outside the station which makes it so easy if you have many luggages. Breakfast was excellent to my taste and I keep looking forward to it to start off my day.

The WiFi is extremely disappointing for a hotel of this rating and for the price paid. My room was at the top floor right at the end of the corridor and I am not sure why the WiFi was so so bad. Need to keep disconnecting and reconnect every 10 mins.

The location, easy to move around from (close to the main train station and 2 underground lines). The hotel is super clean and convenient. There is a laundry room for self service and vending machine in each floor (hidden in a special room).

The rooms are very very small. The breakfast (for non Japanese) is very basic. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

我很久没在日本住到没有干湿分离的酒店了，卫生间设计不太合理，有点惊讶。另外也是第一次遇到浴巾品质这么粗糙、掉毛掉得这么厉害的，家人皮肤敏感，觉得很不舒服。

The location and room were excellent. However, it's worth noting that the lounge access is quite limited. Outside of the designated meal service times, you can only use the small dining area, where complimentary tea and coffee are available along with a limited selection of snacks. There were no gluten-free snack options available.

The lounge access did not meet our expectations and offered far less value than anticipated. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection of options, and the hot food was often only lukewarm rather than properly hot.

Very nice hotel in a very nice location! We loved staying in the Ginza area because of how clean it was. The staff was very kind, they helped us forward our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto.

The room was small but most hotel rooms in Japan are on the smaller size. We had enough space for two people and three suitcases.

I have never experience a hotel that is refusing to issue an invoice for business travel. The behavior is absolutely unexceptable. There are plenty hotels in this area where I have been many times without any issues. And pricing is also better. Really not a recommendation

Check-in & check-out went well. Arrived early so hotel easily accommodated holding luggage.

The hotel is located perfectly. 3 minutes walk from Tokyo train station. Minutes from ginza. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Rooms are a bit small, restaurant rather simple

location is central to Ginza and Tokyo Station, 5 min walk to Tokyo Station is a plus. Room condition and bathtub are excellent, with a good management of space at the working table area. Breakfast is good.

lighting in the working area is too bright and not flexible. Maybe a better lighting design can be introduced. I also prefer single use slippers, it's more of hygiene issue.

Lovely facilities. Well maintained. Enjoyed the included happy hour and snacks in the guest lounge.
