早餐跟工作人員都很棒～雖然房間較舊但是舒適乾淨讓人安心

旧軽通りに面した立地。行き交う人々を眺めていても飽きません。ホテルのエントランスはさりげなくて瀟洒な雰囲気。館内も華美過ぎず落ち着いた雰囲気、少しだけモダンな客室、スタッフのフレンドリーな接遇、私たちにはちょうど心地よかったです。さらに、意外にも大浴場、露天風呂があったたので驚きました。

一部に壁紙の剥がれがあるなど施設にやや古さを感じるところがありました。また、客室では荷物・旅行バックの置き場所に困りました。あとは、なんといってもダイニングがもう少し充実しているといいなあと感じました。朝食ビュッフェも、同じルグランの軽井沢ホテル＆リゾートに比べると少し寂しく感じました。

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was very good, although we would have appreciated a wider choice of coffee options. The rooftop open-air onsen was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well located, within walking distance of Karuizawa Station as well as many restaurants and cafés. The only thing we missed was the option to order a lighter à la carte dinner, as the only choice was a set menu and we do not usually eat such large meals in the evening. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if we visit Karuizawa again.

As mentioned above, we would have appreciated a wider choice of coffee at breakfast, as only black filter coffee was available. We also missed the option to order a lighter à la carte dinner, as the only dinner option available was a set menu.

部屋の広さ、雰囲気、スタッフの対応、全て満足できるホテルです。 何度もリピートさせていただいてます。 夜のコース料理も美味しくて好きなので、何度もいただいています。一点、一品ですが5月に伺った時に出たメニューと同じものが出たので、ちょっと残念。ですが、毎回何が出るのか楽しみにしてます。 お肉料理は、毎回とても柔らかく、最高です。 今回、2日目に出たデザート、チョコムースアイス？が本当に美味しくて、毎回出てほしい！と思っちゃいました笑 また行きたい、もはや我が家の常宿です。

立地がいいですね。ホテルの外観も内装も豪華で素敵でした。駐車場もホテルの1階にあって、お部屋も広くて内風呂もガラス張りでシャワールームもあって、海外みたいな作りでした。大浴場にはタオルが完備されてるので部屋から持っていかなくていいので便利でした。

洗面所に椅子がなくて、化粧する時に座ってしたかったので少し残念です。 大浴場の洗面所にメイク落としと洗顔フォームを置いてて欲しかったです。大浴場に鏡がないので、メイクが取れてるかわからなくて、気になりました。部屋にもメイク落としと洗顔フォームを置いてて欲しかったです。

Hotel dans son jus et assez vieillot. Personnel absolument pas à la hauteur de la qualité espérée. La chambre était cependant grande. Petit dej très décevant malgré les remarques que j'avais vu sur le site. Pour le restaurant, nous n'avons pas pu le tester, ayant été refusé de celui malgré le fait d'être client de l'hôtel et que le restaurant était vide !

J'ai été particulièrement déçu et agacé par l'hôtel et la manière dont ils gèrent leurs clients. de très loin l'hôtel le plus cher de notre trip à travers le japon pour un service absolument inadmissible. Alors que le restaurant est censé fermer à 22H, nous avons été refusé avec mes 2 enfants à 21H20... le restaurant était vide et le personnel nous a répondu qu'il fallait réserver !! Ce qui n'est ni écrit sur le papier de l'hôtel ni expliqué lors du check in. La réalité est que le chef avait fermé les cuisines à 21h et non 22H ... J'ai alors demandé quelque chose à manger... peu importe. Refus catégorique !! De très loin le plus mauvais service que j'ai rencontré dans un hôtel malgré tous mes voyages. Nous avons décidé de quitter l'hotel dès le lendemain devant si peu de considération alors que nous avions prévu d'y rester 3 jours. il serait bon de rappeler à cet hôtel que le Client est censé recevoir un minimum d'attention surtout au vu du tarif de la chambre.

２度目でしたが、 他のところに行きやすさがありよかった。

ソファの下に、 絆創膏使用済みがあったり トイレが子供の補助をするのでしゃがむときたなく 前回は気づかなかった点が残念ではあった。

清潔で高級感がありました。大浴場も綺麗で、露天もあり最高でした。

若い女性スタッフがアルバイトなのか、ミスインフォを伝えるなど、少し残念でした。

地點位置太棒了！走8分鐘就可到舊輕井澤銀座和雲場池,飯店歐式裝潢非常美麗、工作人員親切有禮,房間大、衛浴間又大又新,早餐豐盛好吃！

子どもがぬいぐるみの忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、差迅速に対応していただき助かりました。 雨が降っていたので、タクシーをつかいましたが、駅からの距離がとても近く便利だと思いました。

特にありません。 夕食も美味しかったのですが、我が家の孫が賑やかで、他のお客様にご迷惑をお掛けしないかとヒヤヒヤでした。 静かな休養を求めている方々の中で大変失礼しました。

There was 1 young tall thin guy at the reception which he smiled but his service was horrible . I always tried to avoid his service but he was there while sending the suitcases and charged me a lot more then all others time when sending. Felt he chited. And how come I had to pay cash and not credit card????

Staff very friendly. it was our anniversary and they prepared little surprises for us. location was within walking distance to the ginza and food was readily available. Dinner at the hotel was good.

酒店格调高雅，寒冷的冬季，温暖舒适，房间非常大，感觉不是在日本。晚餐非常好吃，屋顶有露天大浴场。没有摆渡车，但门口有多个巴士停靠，坐车方便。酒店没有洗衣服。

立地が良くどこに行くにも動きやすかった。 スタッフの方もとても丁寧で一緒に行った母もとても満足していた。

最初、地図アプリで分かり難く迷った。

OMG! The staff were incredible! In particular one receptionist (so wish I knew her name!) was extremely helpful with a difficult situation we were in. She went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of her calm and caring demeanour! Another staff member gave us an amazing recommendation for an authentic local dinner. We loved this hotel!

Nothing not to like.

Convenient location with excellent, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western offerings.

Had free parking. Decent room. Good, helpful reception staff.

The housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make our bed even once in the four nights we stayed.

西式晚餐真的很好吃，從麵包、前菜、到甜點。早餐是buffet但選擇也滿多的，食材都很新鮮。 相較市區，房間真的很大，走西式古典風格，舒服的氛圍。3樓有個大浴池，晚上開到0點，早上到10點，裡頭只有室內1池、室外一池。可以徒步走到舊輕井澤商店街，路上也有很多商店與餐廳。車站交通建議搭計程車，公車不是低底盤的提行李會很累。

Couldn’t take walk-ins for dinner. During low season, or weekdays, it can be hard to find restaurants nearby.

房间巨大，在日本从没住过这么大的房间，酒店服务档次高。除了贵没毛病。晚餐非常好吃，临时预定晚餐可能订不了。

落ち着いた雰囲気で、館内もとてもきれい。暖炉や大浴場もありとてもリラックスできました。 ホテルの方の対応もとても丁寧でまた行きたいと思いました。 食事は朝食付きとしました。お蕎麦もあったり牛乳もおいしくいただけました。夕食は外で食べてしましましたが、記念日などの際はぜひレストランを利用してみたいと思います。

Beautiful and great size bedroom and bathroom areas. Loved the cute little balcony too. Comfortable beds and the room itself felt cosy. The staff were helpful. Onsight onsen was incredible too and location suited as perfectly as it was close to everything we needed it to be. However the bicycle rental at hotel was also a useful option as it allowed us to venture further away without needing to walk so much.

一位老先生的服務不理想

This is our second time at LE Grand Kyu Karuizawa and it was exceptional! We appreciated that they allowed us to eat dinner even though our flight was delayed and arrived 3 hours after dinner reservation. I will always remember their kindness, exceptional service, delectable dinner and hospitality. Their outdoor Onsen was a morning gift for me as I enjoyed my time alone on our last day. Thank you, LGKK staff, for another amazing experience.

The rooms smells mouldy.

酒店附近環境清淨，工員人員很好，會主動幫你拿行李，房間空間很大，晚餐和早餐都很好吃，3樓有大浴場，想泡澡的可以去試試。整體感覺非常好，下次有機會再去。

Everything was great. The staff were all extremely nice, the room was huge and comfortable. The location is 3 minutes walk away from a bus station, about 15 minutes from the central station and 10ish minutes from the other side of town.

From start to finish, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was awesome...modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location was excellent also...could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit (old ginza street, Karuizawa Shopping Plaza, and other places. The standout though was as mentioned earlier, the staff. Top notch hotel and I will definitely be staying there the next time I am in that town!

露天風呂でゆっくりと身体も心も癒されました。 空気も水も凄く良かったです。まだ薪木の香りが漂う事でとても良い時間を過ごしました。

直近で予約したのにも関わらず、彼の誕生日のお祝いに向けての部屋の装飾や、バースデイカードなどホスピタリティに溢れてました。

コンセントが枕物にないのが不便でした、、 価格帯も安くは無いので、ウェルカムドリンクやフードなど朝食ももう少し品質の良いものをとも思いました。

シャワー室の排水のところが少し詰まっていたせいか水の流れが悪かったので繁忙期の時は毎回、整備してほしいです。

朝食、混雑するとなかなかとれない。分散できる動線になると良いと思いました。 お部屋のスイッチの場所が分かりにくかった。 朝食で目の前でオムレツ焼いてくれると最高！（わがままですが笑）

個人的に、コインランドリーがあれば良かったです。

ご飯が美味しかったです。 また子連れでしたが、柔軟にご対応いただき大変ありがたかったです。

It’s close to town making it very convenient. Exception service by the staff. My kid wasn’t feeling well and puked at the breakfast place. It was close to closing time but they stayed open for our sake until I could clean up my kid and went back to eat.

Not much except maybe the it’s pricey.

Location was fabulous, in easy walking distance of restaurants and activities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and high quality rooms.

저녁 식사가 요리도 훌륭했고 서비스도 좋았습니다

駅前の便利な立地の宿泊先と最後まで迷いましたが、子供たちも大きくなってきて少し静かな環境でゆっくり宿泊したいと思いこちらにお世話になりました。年末ということもあるのかタクシーが全く捕まらず、寒い夜に駅前から徒歩で移動しましたが、ギリギリの時間で滑り込んだにも関わらず、ウェルカムドリンクをいただきながら本物の暖炉のパチパチという音で癒され、暖かく非現実的な時間を過ごさせていただきました。お部屋も本当に素敵で大浴場もほぼ貸切で贅沢でした。朝食も過不足なく大変美味しく大満足でした。そして何より、タイトなスケジュールで早く駅前に移動したかったのにタクシーが捕まらなかったため、ホテルのスタッフの方がお忙しい中社用車で駅前まで送ってくださったことは感謝しかありませんでした。車内での会話でも大変お優しく素敵なお人柄が伝わってきて、最後の最後までこのホテルに宿泊できて良かったと思わせてくださいました。 心温まる1年の締めくくりの大切な時間をありがとうございました。
