Hotel Cypress Karuizawa

部屋が適度の広さで落ち着けた。お風呂もよかった。

ベランダ付きだったが外に出る気持ちが湧かなかった。狭く落ち着けない広さ。中2階の階段は大きな荷物には不便。 夕食は価格の面で敬遠しました。外食で満足できた。

階段が多かった 売店営業時間が午前中短かった 駅送迎が欲しかった

食事が美味しかった。静かで軽井沢に泊まっている感じがとてもした。お風呂も良い。

デラックスルーム２部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にスタッフに、とても大事に事なので、部屋は同じですか？と尋ねたら同じですと応えたので安心しておりましたが、連れの部屋が角部屋でした。部屋の広さも・内容が全然違い とても残念でした。こちらが費用負担していただけに、連れは怒っていました。チェックイン時に確認出来ないし、フロントの人を信用するしかないので。残念でした。

昨年に続き２回目の利用でしたが、3人で宿泊した部屋が広くて快適でした。 次回、軽井沢に行くときもサイプレスを候補にします。

朝食が美味しかった

施設自体は少し古いが、掃除はきちんとされていました。

員工熱心友善，巷口有超市、麥當勞、網紅麵包店。房間大，設施偏老舊但可開伙，有大浴場加分。地下室若停滿，對面有大露天停車場可停。

建議一次附齊完整鍋碗廚具，不用分好幾次跟櫃台要。

4人での宿泊でしたが部屋も広くゆっくりできました。 朝食バイキングがとても美味しく品数も多すぎ少なすぎずでちょうどよい加減でした。

露天風呂の天井の汚れが少し気になりました 炭酸泉もあったならあと…

エレベーターが少なく部屋に行くのがとても遠い。 エレベーターを乗るのに階段を登らなくてはいけないのは 重い荷物を持つと不便である。 大浴場の洗い場が少なすぎる。

Excellent staff

性價比高，雖然是內園景，但房間翻新後，完全煥然一新，浴室四正，洗手間正，空間大，兩張單床也不錯（雖然不太大張），連續住兩晚價錢都是HKD1750(沒有早餐，晚餐)，另外大浴場也相當不錯，內裏有兩個大池，亦有乾蒸房間，而室外更有大中小三個泡池，而停車場有室外及室內，落雨時泊室內就比較方便，總括來說，今次體驗相當不俗，下次再到訪輕井澤我都會考慮入住（如果價錢合理的話）。😊😊😊

這點我相信沒有解決的方法，就是於1/F Front Desk or B1 停車場位置，行李喼係必須，必須，必須都要搬7至8級樓梯才可以乘搭 “升降機” 至各樓層，但這個對我來說，暫時還可應付。😄😄😄

部屋の広さ

エレベーターから部屋まで遠く 廊下か狭く感じた。

Mooi maar beetje verouderd. De (grote!) kamers waren netjes en proper en de bedden waren goed. Er was een heel goed ontbijt en 's morgens en 's avonds is er ook een onsen ter beschikking. Deze is vrij klein ten opzichte van het aantal kamers waardoor je soms moest staan wachten om je te kunnen wassen.

部屋が広く冷蔵庫等もあり過ごし易くお風呂も大きく種類もあり良かったです。

１階にフロントがあり中２階からの移動となりますが、そこへの通路が階段しかない為キャスター付きの移動が大変

お部屋の冷蔵庫が大きくなりましたのと、冷凍庫も大きくて とても便利で良かったです。 3回目の宿泊ですたが、機会が ありましたらまた是非、 お泊まりさせて頂きますね。

思っていたより、だいぶ古くそれは我慢出来ても バス、トイレが臭く清掃もきちんとされていない 大浴場も不衛生な印象で残念でした また、利用するかと言うとしません 価格が安くても、あれでは泊まりたくないです

We stayed at Cypress Karuizawa and overall had a comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and felt quite luxurious, although the design and atmosphere were somewhat reminiscent of the 1980s. The bed was enormous, almost too large. The location was convenient and worked well for exploring the area. Communication in English with the staff was somewhat limited, but everyone was polite and we managed without any major issues. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with large rooms and a classic hotel atmosphere.

朝食が美味しかった

ベッド以外に、ミニキッチンやカウンター、リビングスペースなどもありお部屋が広くて快適でした。 大浴場、ウェルカムドリンクやコインランドリーがあるのも良かったです。

チェックアウトが10時なので、11時だとゆっくり出来る。 3人で宿泊しましたが，窓側のエキストラベッドの場所が寒かったようでした。

It’s a bit of a walk to the town centre for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast seemed pricey, but then we learned Karuizawa is generally expensive! No crockery, cutlery or pans supplied for using in the kitchenette.

L'emplacement était bien.Espace spacieux. Lits confortables.

L'hôtel offre une petite cuisine avec aucune vaisselle, coutellerie,casseroles. Trés décevant. Nous sommes arrivés vers 7/8 hres un jeudi soir et l'employé à la réception nous à dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place dans le lounge pour prendre une bouchée et un verre.Le lounge était à moitié vide!!! Nous avons du ressortir pour aller à l'épicerie.Donc l'accueil n'était pas des plus aimables

看得出來建築物很有年紀了，飯店里有一段沒有電梯的路要扛行李，租腳踏車太貴

The property is in a peaceful wooded area. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The public bath was huge with cedar tubs as well as cold plunges.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is not very close to the town or the train station.

Great location near supermarket, bakery & walking distance to train station. really spacious room and comfortable, bikes available for hire & good staff.

No room keeping service, coffee splatted wall when we arrived. Weird there is nothing in the kitchenette and you have to go downstairs to ask for a fork, wine glass or sponge...

The location is excellent. It’s next to the supermarket. It includes free parking.

It has a small kitchen but the stove doesn’t work and no utensils or eating ware included in the room.

The room was nice, and the staff was really sweet and helpful. The location was good, walking distance from the outlet shops and a short drive away from the shopping street.

The Onsen was a bit rough looking and poorly maintained.

20数年来通っており、過去何度も部屋にUSB充電用のOUTLETを設けてほしい、Wi-Fiが弱いので強くしてほしいとリクエストしていたが、今回いずれも改善されており満足でした😊

地下の浴場は素晴らしいのだが、湯船の一つは変わり湯かジャグジーにしてほしいかな。あとレストランのメニューと価格はもう少し積極的にPRしてほしかった。HPで見た情報よりフロントで見た内容と値段は良いものだったので、事前に知っていたらと残念に思った。😞

I was a bit worried before arrival because there were few pictures of the room on booking.com app. But it was a very good surprise: the staff was very welcoming and fluent in English, the room was very spacious with ample storage space, lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV,a desk area (on top of 4 single beds). The kitchenette was a separate kitchen area with counter top (and 3 bar stools), storage, kitchen sink and 1 burner electric stove (plus other equipment mentioned on booking.com). Reception also lent us plates and pan when asked. The room also had a very efficient air purifier/humidifier (a big Sharp plasmacluster) which was very welcome since rooms are often very dry in winter in cold areas. There is a free underground parking space, useful for snowy days, and an outside parking area. It is a 5 minutes drive from Karuizawa ski center. 10~15 minutes on foot from train station and city center. Large supermarket is less than 5mins on foot. McDonald is also 2 minutes away on foot.

Just very minor points: there is flight of stairs before you can reach the elevator, to keep in mind with heavy luggage or limited mobility. The electric stove is of the resistive type so you will need to leverage the electric kettle to speed up boiling water in large pots.

The room size is huge which equipped with a pantry. You can ask for kitchenette from the reception. We loved the wooden bathtub provided in the onsen which with good cypress scent.

連住2晚，垃圾與浴巾放門口會收走，也會放新的在門口。因人員不用進房打掃，我就不用稍微整理一下我的東西，感覺不錯！

房間寬敞舒適，早餐豐盛好吃。下午有迎賓飲料，讓人放鬆聊天的好地方。離超市很近，可以借鍋子煮東西。

離車站步行有12分鐘的距離，天氣好時可步行，但下雪時就得靠計程車代步了
