Leider entspricht das Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, und auch das WLAN war nicht verfügbar. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich und nichts Besonderes. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns kein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, obwohl wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten, dass wir mit einem Kind reisen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt leider nicht so angenehm, wie man es von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Für mich entspricht das Hotel daher eher nicht der angegebenen Kategorie.

Really nice hotel in a very good location. Our room was fabulous, one of the best we had stayed in during our month long trip. Breakfast was excellent. Valet parking. The roof top terrace and pool were lovely. (A word of advice when booking, check that there isn’t a private event on as we weren’t able to use on the day we arrived which was a shame)

Dit is een fantastisch hotel. Je kunt hier heerlijk relaxen, op de kamer, in de wellness of op het dakterras. Het is mooi gelegen in Baden-Baden, op een kwartiertje wandelen van het centrum. Het ligt weliswaar aan een drukke weg, maar daar merk je niets van. Het biedt ook een heel fijn ontbijt met mooie, verse, lekkere producten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

La décoration et le confort de l'hôtel sont très appréciables. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, l'hôtel est luxueux et les chambres spacieuses et confortable,..

La baignoire dans la salle de bain n'est pas certainement pas accessible facilement pour les personnes d'un certain âge ! Le roftop et sa piscine sont très agréables et très beaux mais très (Trop) fréquentés en période de week-end !

Tolles Hotel und wir kommen schon viele Jahre für ein paar Tage hierher. Der Standard ist immer nicht super und das Hotel ist gepflegt. Personal top bis auf wenige Ausnahmen

Der Empfang war dieses Mal nicht gut. Wir hatten eine sehr unemotionale Dame am Empfang. Sie bat uns ein Getränk an. Ich fragte was es gibt und die trockene und ernste Antwort war „alles“. Ich fragte ob ich meine Kreditkarte nehmen kann auch hier nur ein „Nein“. Puh da dachten wir das geht ja gut los. Aber ansonsten waren dann wieder alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück finden wir mit 49 Euro schon sehr teuer und haben wir daher nicht genutzt. Bitte mehr Matten zum Training in den Fitnessraum. Aktuell eine Matte ist zu wenig

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Tolles Frühstück!

Not worth it. Far from center. In room stuff were minimal ..no toiletries, hair dryer, bathroom slippers..then the reception charged 500 euros for me to get a car from the hotel to Frankfurt airport. They didn’t even tell me it was 500. A normal uber was around 260

Terrible experience there, and trying to get anything resolved was impossible. I felt I needed to leave an honest review and move on, however they are removing reviews. I was contacted by google that they had accused me of libel to remove my review. I petitioned to google and my review was reinstated. If you are choosing between Roomers and another 4 or 5 star hotel in Baden-Baden, Look elsewhere. The top line: I cannot recommend Roomers Baden-Baden to anyone based on customer service and poor management. It is a beautifully designed property with comfortable beds, delicious food and drinks (when available), but the execution was horrible. We couldn’t sleep because the rooftop bar was open until 4:00 am with music so loud our room shook

Look no further if deciding where to stay in Baden Baden! We stayed for 5 nights. From check in to check out, the entire team at this hotel are excellent at their jobs! All are welcoming, friendly and really want people to enjoy their holiday. Jana in particular was brilliant - she was lovely to each guest every morning and she made us feel very looked after at breakfast each morning. She is a real star! The wider team at breakfast were all excellent also, as were the staff on the rooftop/ pool area. There was a small mix up with our cycling booking and the manager stepped in to resolve it in a very nice way, with minimal fuss. Lucy on the check out was also excellent. The cleaning service of the rooms is remarkably efficient also, credit to that team behind the scenes who keep the hotel looking great.

Just overall great

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist jedoch recht mager und bietet wenig Auswahl, insbesondere bei Obst. Auch das Servicepersonal in der Gastronomie wirkt ungeschult und unerfahren.

Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist: Am Pool wird nicht zwischen Hotelgästen und externen Gästen getrennt. Während Hotelgäste gerne im Bikini am Pool sitzen und den Abend genießen möchten, saßen am Nebentisch Gäste in Abendgarderobe, die nicht zum Hotel gehören. Hier sollte eine klare Trennung erfolgen. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten solche Mängel nicht vorkommen. Für eine bessere Kooperation, wie zum Beispiel mit dem Casino Baden-Baden, sollte dringend am Service gearbeitet werden. Dies ist als konstruktive Kritik gemeint.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to escape the oppressive heatwave in Germany. Our priorities were air conditioning, a pool, walk in shower( me) and restaurant. The pool on the 5 th floor had a stunning view of the surrounding area.The hotel was spacious, rooms were comfortable and well equipped, fantastic restaurant with Japanese food. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Personeel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeker bij het ontbijt, alleen de bediening s'avonds om op het terras nog iets te drinken was benden niveau - lang wachten, dikwijls moeten teken doen en niet echt vriendelijk (misschien omdat zij ook het restaurant erbij namen en het was 35°C...? Ontbijt, niets op aan te merken alles rijkelijk aanwezig, bediening top. Zeer goede bedden, alleen de hoofdkussens zijn zoals op veel plaatsen voor verbetering vatbaar. Zeer goede airco. Badkamer perfect.

Niet echt iets, misschien de prijs van de parking 35,- maar daar kies je zelf voor.

Außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung. Tolles Erlebnis. Sushi im Moriki zwar sehr gut - aber nicht so gut wie das Original Kuchi in Berlin.

Überdurchschnittlich junges (Party-)Publikum, Drinks am Rooftop-Pool. Macht Spaß, für einen entspannten längeren Aufenthalt aber eher anstrengend.

It feels like home , centrally located just opposite the famous concert house and a 10 minute stroll to the heart of the city and the famous casino. A warm welcome at check in with a glass of sparking wine and a very friendly explanation of the facilities of the hotel and also the city attractions. Got upgraded to a beautiful suite with a huge bathtub right in the center of the room surrounded by mirrors, making the room super cozy and comfy for our four nights stay . The buffet breakfast is really a feast of senses, with a wide variety of local and international delights . The crew is super friendly and professional. The highlight of the stay was the rooftop bar with a nice heated swimming pool and the sunset view of the Black Forest . The drinks and food are super delicious at a very reasonable price . Do not miss the spa which is a great place to relax with sauna, hamam , jacuzzi, outdoor and indoor relaxation area. Try the spa treatment is a must . The design of the property is really unique and instagramable. My verdict : Cleanliness 10/10 Location : 10/10 Facilities: 10/10 Food :10/10 Staff :10/10 For sure I will come back and I will recommend it to my friends without hesitation. This hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The reception staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean with full amenities and the location was 10 minutes away from the Centrum. The breakfast staff (especially Jasmine) were service oriented although the buffet was limited in its selection. The Rooftop bar staff (especially Barkand) were very nice and attentive. You have to try their special rooftop cocktail Blueberry Yumyum! The best service we got however was at the Mariki restaurant with Jannik. He made excellent suggestions with both the menu and the drinks and was very polite and attentive. The guest relations manager Yoel was helpful with his recommendations and assistance. The only issue we had was the weak WiFi service which kept getting interrupted.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Konzerthalle

- Keine Ablageflächen für persönliche Utensilien im Bad - Sehr langsamer Service in der Rooftop Bar (zu wenige Servicekräfte im Einsatz) - Ein Tablett mit schmutzigem Geschirr war sowohl spät abends als auch am nächsten Morgen um 08:30 im Gang vor den Zimmern nicht abgeräumt.

Wir waren noch nie in einem Hotel von so einer Kategorie. Von daher fühlten wir uns zu Beginn unsicher. Diese Unsicherheit wurde uns aber rasch vom Personal genommen.

Het hotel is echt onze favoriet, komen er graag terug. Ligging is top, zalige grote kamers, super wellness en rooftopbar.

Het ontbijt is wat aan d dure kant. De sauna mag wat vernieuwd worden.
