Loved the location, loved the terrace overviewing kathmandu and the staffs were lovely - customer serive was great!

Rooms are very nice for family specially my kids liked the the room with outer space so we stayed twice in the same room of this hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We felt like a home

Good Location in the heart of Thamal, with very good option near by bar resturants cafe. room size is very good and other room facilities. is good.

Receiption staff need to be improve the attitude. must be helpfull with tourists.

It’s hard to get out of thamel through taxi.

I had a great stay at Hotel Address. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of options. Its in the center of Thamel so good location as well. I would happily return on my next visit.

スタッフがとても親切 タメルの中心にあるので　夜遅くても安全にホテルに戻ることができます ガードマンがタクシードライバーとの交渉など手伝ってくれました

部屋の掃除を頼んでもトイレットペーパー・タオルなどが補充されていない時もあります 部屋の電気がいくつか点かないところ・テレビのリモコンが使えなかったりもしました

The location is amazing right in the middle of Thamel. The staff is amazing and very helpful

The room and walls could have been cleaner. Breakfast has limited options. It is in the open area so it gets cold in the morning

The place is very clean and room having lots of space, even a sofa spot. All the staff (reception, kitchen, security) were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Mr Badri Bhujel and Miss Tina.

Good location right in the center of Thamel. Many restaurants, cafes, shops all around. You literally just need to step out of the hotel and are faced with many options. There's a cafe on site but I didn't try it so can't really comment on the food.

The door into the room and that of the en-suite bathroom didn't have locks. Instead, there is a deadbolt at the top of the door which wasn't the easiest to use as you need to push on the door for the bolt to align.

Breakfast was fine, location is at central place but bit noisy at night. Shops adn restaurants are near. Staff was very helpful

I had a wonderful stay at The Address Kathmandu Hotel. The location is excellent—quiet yet close to everything in Thamel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money, I would happily stay here again!

部屋の掃除を頼んでもベッドメイキングとタオルを新しくしただけで、床は汚いまま、シャワールームの髪の毛もそのままでした。 ベッドの上のライトや部屋のライトもいくつか壊れたままでした。 お湯は出るがシャワーに帰ると出が悪いのでバケツを買いました。

Best location for tourists. The property is situated on a street of restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir stores and bars were you can easily go around. Most of all, I highly commend Badri, the Hotel Manager for being so nice, friendly and helpful on assisting us on our tours.

Its probably the guests smoking at the room lobby inspite of having “no smoking” sign.

The location was great. Close to cafes restaurants and shops. Getting transport was easy.. The room were big with ample space. Balcony room was worthwhile. Breakfast was good. Freshly cooked eggs. The manager Mr B Bhujel made our stay a more personal experience. He introduced himself and greeted us from the first day. He made us feel welcomed and was generous with his time. He assisted us with whatever we wanted to do. He gave us directions and good advice. We were never hurried. Mr Bhujel couldn’t have made us feel more at home. Have to recommend this hotel because of the manager and staff . Can’t get any better.

Hotel is in the middle of the old city and close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to a lot of touristical attractions. The manager was very kindly and helpfull with all our questions. It is a little bit noisy as it is very close to a night bar. The hotel kitchen was very clean and the breakfast was good for the price we paid. I can only recommend this hotel..

Everything was fine

The friendly and helpful staff really made my stay in Kathmandu exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the security guard who helped with my luggage, and at the desk, Badri - who is the manager, as well as the entire staff were all so welcoming and throughout my stay, everyone seemed genuinely happy and quite competent in their service. Badri's English is practically perfect - he was extra helpful as he arranged a city tour with a private driver at a reasonable price and also made sure I had an affordable taxi when it was time to go. I highly recommend The Address Kathmandu ... it's REALLY nice and honestly the best.

I wasn't sure where to stay in Kathmandu so I booked one night at The Address Kathmandu, and as soon as I saw the incredible neighborhood, the friendly and competent staff, as well as the really nice facilities and lovely room, I extended my stay! Everything is really great: the location is right in the middle of the best part of the city, the room is clean and comfortable, bed is cozy, A/C and wifi are strong, breakfasts are *very good* with an excellent buffet and options to have an omelet prepared to your individual taste ...overall it's a first rate hotel which I highly recommend.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. With free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle service, and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers visiting Kathmandu!

At arrival, staff were friendly. They offered a packed breakfast for my day trip, included juice, an old pastry and a mouldy banana.

I was shocked by how filthy this hotel was. No one had cleaned the room, there were bugs everywhere, including in the bathroom. Dust covered every surface, and it was so bad I had to sleep in my own sleeping bag the first night. I couldn’t even bring myself to shower. I left for another hotel on the second day. When I reported the condition of the room to the front desk, I received zero apology or concern. No remorse, no offer to fix it, just complete indifference. Perhaps location was the only decent point I can mention. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

This Hotel is perfect the rooms are big. The location is near to everything, The Breakfast. Is super. But most of all the staff are superb, Mr Bhudel, and all his staff Are amazing. What ever you need the Are there I would always stay at this Hotel if in Kathmandu. Thank you.

The room was great and the hotel was in arguably the best location of this area.

The room was not made up between days and there was a general lack of toilet paper. The breakfast was basic, fruit was good, but I would not consider it a buffet.

Great location nice room neat and clean excellent staff Mina front desk lady help me to arrange taxi buffet breakfast with seasonal fruits overall satisfied and will back next season recommend and regarding the hotel.

It was big, with balcony, the bed is soft and I like that there were so many pillows. The bathroom is clean with a hot shower. The hotel is located in a quiet street so there is no loud music and you can get a good sleep.

The breakfast menu could be improved. There was not much options.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. You can easily store you luggage while going to trekking or any other trip. Good buffet breakfast, also there is a rooftop terrace with city view. Lots of options to eat around. Our room was clean and well maintained, AC worked fine without any smell.

Interior looks a bit old, and sometimes it's noisy at night because of nearby night club

There is nothing to like about it.

It is old and poor. Right in front there is a building in renovation so it is impossible to stay during the day time. But most important that the is a disco right next to the hotel so the noise level is unbearable during the night time. I’ve given some clothes for laundry but they returned it even in worse condition then before.

The hotel has the basic facilities at the heart of Thamel. Shops, restaurants and facilities are nearby.

There is some club nearby. Sound may be annoying at night after a tiring day. Beds can be a bit wider.

Great value hotel, very helpful staff, great help with everything. Also a great location in the centre of Thamel next to loads to food spots and lovely local shops. Would highly recommend staying here as it's a great value for money and didn't have a single problem with it.

the place is noisy because of the shops and bars but I dont mind,, had good night sleep, dont stay if you need extra quiet place

Though located in the heart of Thamel which is always hustling and bustling with life, you can still be able to get your peace here. Very conveniently located with walking distance to anything you want to get.

There were some mosquitoes but subsequent days were fine. Hotel is in the heart of Thamel which has narrow streets and sometimes has traffick.

An exceptional customer service of the manager Mr. Badri first time we have experienced that kind of customer service.

The hotel location and amenities are great and clean. Service and hospitality from all the staff members were exceptional, always with smiles and calmness. I’m especially grateful for Manager Badri on sending a staff to pick me up from the airport and upgraded my room. He also gracefully secured my transportation to the airport.
