Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke english which was a major plus for someone who definitely needed that. The hotel was very clean. The location was great as there are several train stations and convenience stores just a few minutes walk away. Tokyo station is about a 20 minute walk.
The room was pretty compact. This is only an issue if you think you'll be spending a bit of time on site, as there isn't room to move around without walking on the bed.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Emplacement parfait proche du quartier Ginza mais assez éloigné pour être au calme avec quelques restaurants sympas autour. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. La salle de bain était spacieuse.
La chambre double pour 2 personnes est assez petite, surtout avec les valises. Il faut aussi marcher pour faire les lessives à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, ce qui peut être compliqué.

Reception staff hardly spoke any english. Couldnt help with onsen nearby or in house massage booking, no reception area to sit in. Room was tiny, if someone sitting at desk at end of bed, other person could not pass. which would have been ok, except its $160 AU per night.

There is not enough space for 2 person. They are literally renting 1 person room for 2 person, I mean we couldn't stand at the room at the same time. There is literally no space to move.

フロントでの香りが、好き嫌いはあると思いますが、 鼻にとても違和感あって胸が気持ち悪かった アジア、インドネシア系の独特の香りなので、 かえってない方が心地よいと思います。 アレルギーの方も多いですよ。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The shower was very spacious, compared to other hotels we saw online. We like the bed layout as well (we got the king bed room). Overall our floor (6th floor) was pretty quiet. Even with some construction going on outside, we were not bothered by it. The AC worked great but you can also open the window slightly for a fresh breeze. Location was great too, a lot of bars, food and shopping in walking distance! There is also a metro line right outside the hotel.

There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is kind, and pajamas and toiletries are available free of charge. The room was very clean and functional.

All amenities were of quality and staff were very attentive upon arrival for check-in. Plus that there are quite a few nice parks nearby to the hotel! Quiet neighborhood as well.
There is a restaurant downstairs that has some great smelling food. Unfortunately, depending on which floor and which room you are assigned, its possible for sound from the restaurant to leak into your room at night.

Les photos correspondent uniquement lorsque l’on met les lumières tamisées, ce qui cache l’état des murs. L’odeur d’humidité/moisi + du restaurant d’en dessous (malgré le 8eme Etage) Menage tous les deux jours (classique) MAIS pas de changement de serviette ni de vidage de la poubelle tous les jours. Ou alors il faut les mettre en dehors de la chambre : peu hygiénique, surtout comparé aux autres hôtels du Japon Douche avec une évacuation ne fonctionnant pas correctement.
