Hotel Boutique La Pau

A good experience at check-in with a complimentary drink and room upgrade which I (jokingly) declined. The decor is on the dark side, which is different from the usual dull neutral colours (or brown in most American chain hotels). The room had all the facilities needed. The hotel is relatively small and didn't appear to be too busy which may explain why it was very quiet. There is no restaurant but the hotel uses an outside caterer to deliver room service, which worked well. Quite innovative.

Nothing really. The smart TV appears to have a very low volume preset which I failed to overcome. If I'd called reception I'm sure it would have been fixed.

The hotel was truly exceptional, very ellegant and in great location. The staff was simply incredible: everyone was incredibly nice, kind and heloful. The room was spacious, modern, clean, the beds super comfortable. I have travelled a lot in my life and stayed at many hotels and this was one of the best experiences ever! Absolutelly recommended!

Really lovely boutique hotel with super helpful & friendly staff. Fabulous large room with lots of open closets & a big bathroom. Ours had a balcony too which was great. Bed was super comfortable. Excellent location

The property is newer, nicely appointed and has a small rooftop pool. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a waterfront view. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious and exactly what we wanted. The staff (Layla, Eddie, Valeria and Isabella) were friendly, accommodating and helpful. It is located near the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Rambla, La Boqueria and walking distance to many other sites.

The junior suite was perfect for our family of two adults, and then a 19 and 15 year old. Everyone was able to have their own part of the room.

Everything! This hotel is simply fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and will be going back. I can’t remember ever staying somewhere where they’ve absolutely nailed everything. I’ll give you an example of the attention to details. The coffee machine ran out of water at breakfast. I asked a server who helped immediately and removed the water tank. I thought, I’ll go and sit down while she fills that. There was a full tank stashed in a nearby cupboard. Coffee machine reinstated in less than 20 seconds. The rooftop pool and honesty bar is fantastic too.

Excellent run boutique Hotel. Right in the heart of Barcelona, just off Las Ramblas. Hotel is beautiful, staff go above & beyond. Really can say enough. If you like Mal Maison & Hotel du Vin type Hotels in UK, you wont go far wrong staying here. Loved it for a night before our cruise. 10min Taxi to Ship in morning. Hotel was more than happy sorting that out for us. Totally hassle free & we were well looked after. We Loved it here. Thanks All Darrell & Debra (mid 50's Couple)

la localisation dans un quartier très vivant, l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner, très frais et diversifié, celle de la literie, la propreté des chambres. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

la piscine est en réalité un pédiluve 😝. la salle de bain est très petite et sa porte aurait dû être coulissante car on a du mal à circuler. Mais tout ceci n’affecte pas notre évaluation qui est excellente

The intimate space. We were immediately greeted with personal care. Walked through the room and property amenities. We loved the care the staff showed as well as the rooms themselves. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices.

the room was outstanding and we can even see from the roof top the Sagrada Familia newly installed big cross. one more floor and we could see the three crosses

Helpful staff, great location to Rambla, beach (5 mins bus ride!) and metro. Lovely decor and terrace with pool. Delicious and plentiful choice for breakfast. Lovely touch with the honesty bar and help yourself to free baked goods during the day!

This hotel was so beautiful and well taken care of. It smelled wonderful and everything was well thought out. The staff was so accommodating, respectful and helpful throughout the entire trip. It is also conveniently located close to everything in the Gòtic quarter and have direct access to La Rambla

Excellent hotel and wonderful service! The hotel has an amazing staff - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their hospitality truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the complimentary refreshments available 24 hours a day: coffee, soft drinks, light pastries, and cava. It is a very nice touch, allowing guests to relax, take a break, and enjoy a snack at any time of the day. The location is excellent as well. Everything you may need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, major attractions, and the famous La Rambla. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Barcelona - whether you are traveling with your family or enjoying a trip as a couple. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wish I could give an even higher score. Hotel la Pau is one of those gems that stick with you. Our check in experience kicked off our stay in the most fabulous manor- a cold glass of Cava. From there, we were given a comprehensive tour of what the hotel had to offer - Fantastic breakfast in the morning, coffee available all day, an honesty bar on the main floor as well as the roof top. The rooms are well thought out. Great amenities throughout. And possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in in quite sometime. Finally, and most importantly, the hospitality from all of the staff at the hotel was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful all along the way. Special shout out to Tomasz. He is a true master as his profession. I felt like I was being welcomed by a family member! Hotel la Pau will forever be our top choice when staying in Barcelona good forward.

Absolutely everything! I wouldn’t know where to begin with tbh. The warm welcome, with glass of cava was lovely…design of the hotel, every detail was carefully designed and has a charm and gives the feeling of cozy luxury… the lounge area was inviting and pleasant to wait for my room to be ready. The room was better and cozier than expected. The amenities and toiletries, the detox tea they would leave every night in the room… Honestly one of the best boutique hotels i have stayed in.

El cuarto tiene unos pequeños detalles de diseño raros: por ejemplo no tiene por porta papel higiénico o la puerta del baño toca abrirla hacia afuera o no puedes salir de la ducha

All the staff were amazing. We stayed the night at the end of trip. We were away celebrating our recent wedding and staff were so accommodating and went the extra mile to make our stay very special. What a wonderful hotel, we would highly recommend Hotel La Pau. It’s in a great location not far from the port, the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfy. We had a delicious breakfast and the honesty bar and complimentary pastries were a great touch. The products in the rooms were really lovely and we loved the overall feel of the hotel.

zuwenig Kaffeekapsel und Zucker auf dem Zimmer. Die Grösse war mit 33m2 angegeben, aber das ist incl. Terrasse. Das Zimmer selber ist höchstens 20m2 und dafür sind 360 Euro definitiv zu viel.😩
