Kitchen floor water dirty and the locked metal dirt at times was very difficult to open and the upstairs neighbors maddening very difficult to sleep. Also you hadn’t walk an half a mile to store your luggage. Normal checkin times are 2pm but there’s is 3pm Then instead of the standard check out of 11 am That want you out at 11:00

C'est très bien placé et confortable. Tout est fait pour qu'on soit bien. De la petite attention à notre arrivée jusqu'au dernier jour. C'est sécurisé. Nous étions au 3ème étage... avec un ascenseur!

La table basse, impossible à bouger et à utiliser. Sinon rien à ajouter.

Exceptional location! Close to everything (shops, restaurants, supermarket and major attractions). The apartment was very clean and I loved the attention to details. Stayed with my husband and 2 young kids and they left little snacks etc for the kids. A big plus that there is a washer/dryer as well!

L’accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée avec des petites surprises et aussi pour notre départ. L’emplacement idéal proche de restaurant, gare, épicerie, tramway.. Coin animé mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Appartement tout équipé qui nous a permis de cuisiner et aussi laver notre linge. Nous nous sentions comme chez nous!

La ubicación es inmejorable, la decoración, y no le falta detalle para hacer tu estancia perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión era muy ágil.

Al ser un bajo no hay casi luz natural y una noche había gente en nuestra puerta comiendo y bebiendo.

Camas muy cómodas, cocina bien equipada, la decoración. En general estuvimos muy agusto.

Se podría mejorar el ruido exterior, pues si deja abierta la puerta del baño, se escucha el ruido de la calle. El número de toallas, en proporción a días de estancia, revisión de habitación durante estancia.

Прекрасные апартаменты! Огромные окна на три стороны света. Близость море и соответственно приятный бриз. Было очень приятно получить угощение и набор еды , чая и кофе на первое время! Прекрасная сервировка стола. Быстрый въезд и отличная локация! В следующий раз хотим остановиться на длительное время!

Шумно за окном по вечерам. Но при закрытых окнах и включенном кондиционере было комфортно.

It was a beautiful property! The staff was readily available to help with any needs. The special touches of the amenities and other small gifts were wonderful. We are a family of 4 and the apartment was very spacious. The property was also close to most things. It was a fun stay!

Leider gab es keine Kühlung in irgendeiner Form im Zimmer. Im Sommer wirklich zu heiß,um entspannt zu schlafen. Bei Nachfrage,kam nur Achselzucken…. Preis Leistung insgesammt nicht in Ordnung. 400 Euro die Nacht würde ich mehr erwarten.

Location was great and we had everything we needed including a nice welcome pack.

The patio is not quite as open as it appears in the pics. It’s a double door entrance and is an ordeal to open up to just sit out for a coffee as you have to put the table out and back in. Felt like too much effort for my morning coffee. And we were gone the rest of the day. Also the dehumidifier was very loud. We had to turn it off but that made the room very humid. We reported it so hopefully it gets fixed.

Communication was excellent. Attention to detail. Location is close to restaurants etc. place was clean and comfortable. Would recommend it.

The very important aspect was the care and attention from the Host. Before our stay they have contacted us and made sure that we are clear on the checking in procedures. They made sure everything is done up and in order. To our surprise, we were greeted with a welcome snack and pack plus they knew that there was a hot front in Lisobon, so they turned on the AC for us. We were so grateful for the thoughtfulness as we welcomed the very confortable and cool apartment when we walked in. Our apartment was on the ground floor so we didn't need to climb any stairs. There is a lift but not sure of its working. The location cannot be any better and we were very happy to have chosen this apartment in Chiado. We were near all the major highlights of Lisbon and were within a comfortable walking distance to Baixa, Praca do Comercio and Rua Agusta which is also very happening. This part of Chiado is full of live and energy. There were 2 very charming and cozy restaurants just across the road and there were many pubs and Mini Marts nearby. We also enjoyed our cool evening walks aong the riverfront which is just 5 mins away. Another great treat is the Time Out market is only 3 mins walk away from the apartment. Great food and variety. Another good aspect of the apartment is that it is only about 20m away from the flat ground so we didnt have to walk a long steep slope to get to the apartment. We planned our walks so that we always walk downhill to the apartment from Praca do Rossio or Alfama.

Witht the abundant night life we could hear people merry making quite late into the night but its very faint and didnt not disturb us that much. Even though this apartment has day curtain, we still need to make sure that we close the wooden shutters when we needed privacy. There are no place for privacy in the apartment except the bathroom. But that is just a very minor issue.

Tuvimos una estadia agradable. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Tiene una panaderia justo en la esquina. Esta a solo unos minutos del metro y del tren tradicional. El apartamento es bastante amplio, las camas muy comodas y le ponen mucha atencion a pequeños detalles como: algunas cosas para niños, tenian frutas, café y de bienvenida un postresito. La comunicación con el.Host es super raapida y efectiva. Tuvimos unos inconvenientes en el apartamento y fueron muy atentos en tratar de resolverlos.

El aparatmento es demasiado oscuro. Tiene solo una ventada que no se puede abrir es como en un garaje asi que no tienes nunca luz del dia y tampoco puedes dejar entrar aire fresco ppr la puerta porque se entran loa zancudos.

Красивое местечко! будто хранит в себе историю, очень чисто, свежо. По приезду наш ждал велком безе, чай, кофе, орешки и печенье- невероятно мило! Красивая винтажная мебель задает атмосферу этому месту. Очень просторные номера. Хотелось бы сюда вернуться 🩷

Персонал не встретишь, но они очень быстро приходят на помощь в случае чего, быстро отвечают в поддержке. Самый очевидный минус- невероятно шумные улицы из-за большого количества баров и ночной жизни. Попросила поселить нас в номер с розовым комодом и террасой во двор,- проигнорировали просьбу

Todo es perfecto y funciona bien. Vajilla, amenities, ropa cama, electrodomésticos. Tuvimos un inconveniente para acceder con la cerradura electrónica y el personal estaba on line para ayudarnos a resolverlo. Perfecto 🙏🏽

Great location and beautiful, updated apartment. Lots of restaurants and a lively scene. Studio was nice and bed was comfortable. Couch beds were comfortable. Kitchen space and table were good. Would stay again.

Best location and super clean

We loved the apartment! It is beautifully and stylishly furnished and it was spotlessly clean. It is equipped with everything one could possibly need, including a great range of pots, pans and kitchenware. The high vaulted ceilings are a special feature and add to the feeling of spaciousness. The apartment is very well situated and within easy walking distance of the promenade and plaza.

The staff, communication about check-in, amenities in the apartment, close location to many of Lisbon's famous sights.

Nothing really. Other than some construction work outside property bit we were aware of it and did not cause any disruption. Though luggage storage was at another property - access was easy and staff were helpful. O would say that was an overall positive in the end.

The damp smell was terrible and masked by 4 plug in air fresheners which was cloying. There was a dehumidifier switched on and I emptied it each morning and night. Also there is huge building work on an adjacent building in the square. I was told the noise would be minimal so kept the booking. But it was terrible from 8am till 8pm, you could not keep the door open or sit in the courtyard during this time. And builders constantly passing your terrace. I complained and was told it was not their fault about the building work BUT I was assured it would be minimal. Absolutely not true AND I asked for a reduction in price due to this and they said no. They said staff were not onsite till 9am but how can staff fix damp and building work! Eventually at 9.48am the morning we had to leave at 10am they offered a free extension checkout till 12pm BUT we had already left! Very disappointed in the customer service. Don’t stay here is my feedback.

The apartment is so well designed with its bold colours and artworks, spacious and comfortable. All details are so well thought through. Comfortable bed, good quality bed linen, wooden floors, good water pressure in the shower. Location is perfect.

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this apartment in Lisbon. The location is excellent, very central, which made it easy for us to reach the main attractions and restaurants in the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely attentive and always ready to help whenever we had questions or small issues. Communication was fast and efficient, and their support made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

A acomodação é super ampla, arejada, dispõe de tudo completo, cozinha com lava louças, máquina de lavar e secar roupas, chuveiro super agradável e cama e roupa de cama de hotel. Tudo limpinho e organizado. Deixaram vários mimos pra nós e para minha neném inclusive o bercinho ao lado da cama com roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa. A localização é perfeita, ao lado do time out e consegue fazer tudo a pé. Janelas anti ruído não tivemos problemas com barulho. Tudo muito bom, super recomendo.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Stylish and clean. Great location. 2 amazing restaurants right over the road were an excellent choice for dinner for the 2 nights we were there....easy walking distance to waterfront, shops, bars etc....we will come back for sure

Everything was perfect for us

Lokatie is perfect. Vlakbij station en metro en tientallen cafés en restaurants vlakbij. Bedden comfortabel. Ondanks lokatie was het ‘s nachts stil in de hotelkamer.

Geen raam in appartement. Niks dat open kon, benauwde ruimte. Geen mail gekregen met info over het inchecken. Ik had na 3 nachten gevraagd om extra handdoeken, geen reactie gekregen.

Definitely a wonderful place to stay if you are a couple and not a family(way too noisy). Nice staff that forgot to sent the key password for the main door but was nice to help when we phone them. Lovely little start box in the apartment when we arrived and fresh fruit. Great location if you just want to party and be in the city center. Close to many good restaurants.

Not for families with children. So much noise from the streets all night and you can hear every word from the people outside through the ventilation in the bathroom. We did not get much sleep.

À l’entre dans le studio, l’odeur de moisi et de reflux d’égouts à peine (ou trop couverte) par un parfum de melon rance nous a d’abord dégoutée. Cela semble être dû au fait que ce n’est pas véritablement un studio mais plutôt une cave aménagée sans aération. L’humidité est très présente malgré un déshumidificateur que nous n’avons pas utilisé car bruyant. Pour preuve, les serviette restent humides et ne sèchent pas, et c’est sans doute cette humidité qui entretient l’odeur de moisi. Apres quelques minutes dans l’appartement, l’odeur néanmoins devient plus supportable, mais se sont alors les bruits de canalisation (et les remugles associés qui prennent le relais) qui gâchent l’expérience. En somme, nous avons été déçu par cette expérience. Je n’ai pas signalé les travaux à l’extérieur dans la cour qui donne directement accès à la rue car le propriétaire des lieux a fait un geste commercial en nous prévenant des désagréments à l’avance.

Magnifique appartement tout confort avec des hôtes très à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

El departamento esta excelentemente ubicado, la decoración es linda y puedes caminar a muchos lugares de interés en Lisboa. La cama super cómoda y todas las instalaciones en general muy bien. La atención y comunicación con el coordinador excelente asi como la resolución de situaciones como de pronto una desactivación de código para abrir la puerta. En todo momento estuvieron atentos a nuestros requerimientos.

Notamos que había un olor a caño en el área de la cocina, sobre todo al abrir la puerta debajo del fregadero.

Schönes Haus, nettes Appartement

Noch nicht sauber beim Check in, unangekündigte Baustelle in DIREKTER Umgebung. Beschwerde wurde auf uns abgewälzt. Wir waren 7 min vor 16 h (vereinbarter und frühester Check in). Das Personal hatte gerade erst mit der Reinigung angefangen und war erst um 16.15 h fertig. Es war dann noch immer nicht ganz sauber und ohne Anmerkungen hätte es noch schlimmer ausgesehen. Dies in Kombi mit dem extremen Baulärm war kein schöner Empfang.

Location, value, high ceiling and a lot of natural light. The central location made public transport easy, and we could walk to many sights.

On day 1 the elevator broke, but it was fixed by day 3. My wife did not like the shampoo provided.

L’emplacement est idéal car situé non loin à pied du cœur historique de la ville. La deco est sympa avec de belles voûtes en pierre. La literie est très confortable. Le studio est bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, frigo, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, etc.

La plomberie aurait dû être vérifiée avant notre arrivée : l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée dès la première utilisation. L’évacuation des toilettes n’est pas séparée du réseau douche/lavabo, ce qui provoque des “glouglous” dans la douche quand la chasse d’eau est tirée (celle du studio, ou du studio du dessus) et parfois avec des mauvaises odeurs. Un autre point qui aurait dû être vérifié avant notre arrivée, est le grand volet de la porte d’entrée qui ne pouvait être manipulé correctement, ce qui garde l’endroit sombre continuellement. L’absence de ventilation entretien l’humidité dans le studio avec une forte odeur de moisi, que les multiples prises odorantes et le déshumidificateur bruyant n’arrivent pas à gérer.

prachtig ruim appartement op een hele mooie top lokatie in Lissabon. Allemaal leuke restaurants op loopafstand en supermarkt om de hoek. Ook heel dichtbij een treinstation.

Het appartement is erg gehorig. Iedere nacht liepen er luid zingende en pratende mensen langs die een kroeg kwamen uitrollen. De eigenaar van het appartement gaf aan ons wel oordoppen te kunnen geven. Ook intern is het appartement heel gehorig.

There isn't any window.

The only reason for the 9/10 is that there were constructions in front of our appartment but the place is so well isolated from extranal sounds that we were barely earing anything. Wish we were advised of the construction before arriving at the place.

Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, spacious and the living room was full of light from the massive windows. It really feels like a fancy home, rather than a rented space. Service was great too, very attentive and flexible.

Great location, well appointed, spacious and clean. Once inside the apartment we had a great starter package of coffee, tea, butter, jam, crackers salt and pepper, oil and pasta and rice. Good shower, great bed and a nice quiet heater for the cooler temperatures. The hosts were very responsive to any needs, clean towels and bedding every two days. We travel 3-6 months every year, this is the first 10 we’ve ever given a place. Awesome restaurants and pubs a plenty within a 2 minute walk and a grocery store within a 5 min walk.

No complaints we enjoyed our 10 day stay immensely!

The location, close to lots of attractions. The apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable.

We had a hard time seeing the keypad to enter the apartment during the day as there wasn't a light. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses, but cooking equipment was a bit sparse, no chopping board or foil etc.

Great flat, comfy, cosy and clean. There was building work next door, which could be a little noisy, but that was not anyones fault. There was some noise from revellers around Pink Street (very close by), but that was to be expected. The flat was in a very central location, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Also close to public transport and the river. Recommended.

Оригинальное помещение на первом этаже в уровень с землей, ранее, видимо, использовалось как коммерческое. Большие окна-ворота-вход в помещение - перекрываются на ночь деревянными створками, что очень атмосферно, но и лишает жилье света. Летом при ярком освещении - наверное, хорошо). Зимой - темновато. Очень атмосферно, идеально чисто, очень удобная кровать, большой выбор разных типов подушек. Полноценная кухня - с посудомойкой, стиралкой, холодильником. Идеальное место - рядом улица с барами, рынок, вокзал, Ашан, и всё достопримечательности.

Не хватает замка с ключом на вторых стеклянных дверях при входе, таким образом на ночь приходится закрывать ворота в помещение), и перекрывать почти весь свет.

The only positive aspect of this property is its convenient location, with easy access to buses, trams, and trains. However, the property is located very close to Pink Street, and if you are staying from Thursday through Sunday, the noise levels are extremely high. It was virtually impossible to get any sleep due to loud music and crowds late into the night. I also felt the area was unsafe. On one occasion, someone shouted a warning about bag snatching in the vicinity. Additionally, intoxicated patrons from nearby bars urinated directly outside our room door. The property is not a gated or secured facility, and the room doors are accessible to anyone passing by. I reported these incidents to the property management and shared photographic evidence, but no action was taken to address the situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid staying at this property, especially if safety, comfort, and rest are important to them. I have attached some pics that I took from the window of the room. its a completely unsafe...

Honestly, there was nothing I particularly liked about this property. In my view, it is not worth the price charged. I paid €180 per night, which was significantly higher than the value delivered. The property even requested an additional €45 for early check-in, which set a negative tone from the beginning. While the room and bed were spacious, that was the only acceptable aspect. Everything else fell short—service quality, guest support, and overall management responsiveness. There was no on-site staff or point of contact who showed empathy or willingness to assist when issues arose. As a frequent and experienced traveler, this stands out as one of my worst accommodation experiences. Based on the cost and overall experience, I cannot recommend this property.
