Being up the hill away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag was nice. If you didnt feel like walking it getting a Bluebird Taxi was no problem. The host was fabulous - fun to talk to and helpful. Breakfast was nice - served rooftop with views. The property sits behind a closed and locked gate but staff was always there to open it upon our arrival without hesitation or wait. They helped us arranged a scooter rental. We had the coldest air con of the entire trip here which was very welcome after some troubles at other places. Overall a lovely stay.

The laundry detergent used on the bed linens is sooo strong it gave me a headache. I appreciate knowing the room is clean and that the bed sheets are fresh...but I wish the fragrance wasn't so toxic - it was actually disrupptive to our sleep.

Die Größe der Villa war beeindruckend. Die Ausstattung war super. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge war wunderschön. Von der oberen Terrasse hatten wir zum Frühstück den traumhaftesten Blick. Das Frühstück selbst war aussergewöhnlich gut und lecker. Kaffee, sowie Tee gab es zu jeder Zeit kostenlos, was nicht, aus unserer Erfahrung, üblich ist. Ein guter zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir sind zu den Wasserfällen und den Wild Life Park gefahren, es war ganz Besonders.

Amazing host and property/accomodation. Location in the centre of sengiggi yet just enough removed to be peaceful and compare for price this amzing accomodation is spacious and unique in all the right ways.... absolute win compare to most beachfront rooms/bungalows especially for price.

One off few places where you enjoy tranquility with an amazing view over the bay with Angung in its background and potentially gorgeous sunsets. From start to finish very detailed and beautifully decored villa. Loved the breakfast. The staff are warm and welcome. The owner is one off a kind.

Was gorgeous! Felt like a palace for our family of 4 for 4 nights. Peaceful location. Friendly staff. Included breakfast was great. Gorgeous swimming pool and views. Could refill water bottles in the kitchen near reception. Room serviced if you requested it.

Nothing. Wouldn’t be great for those with less mobility - fair few stairs. But not a problem for us, we enjoyed the views and compulsory exercise haha.

The property is in the most idyllic setting, surrounded by lush hillsides & looking over beautiful area beaches with direct views of Mt Agung on Bali. Great facilities, with a beautiful pool & the most fantastic breakfasts! The owners & all of their staff are extremely friendly & couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend Villa Buah for your stay in Lombok!

Beautiful villa with fabulous pool and lounging area. Room was huge, beautifully furnished with large outside patio with the most amazing views over Senggigi. Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.

A short walk up a steep hill but without that you wouldn’t have the gorgeous sunset views.

We had some issue with the AC in the room the first 2 nights but they fixed it.

Spacious room and bathroom. Like a suite. Great and quiet location with a stunning view and gorgeous pool. Delicious breakfast and a very hands on and hospitable staff. Guests were even invited for a great homemade traditional lunch.

Amazing views, huge well decorated room, comfortable bed. Staff were so helpful, giving us lots of local information, arranging a guy to sort a trip, sorting laundry and providing details for the local warung who do free delivery of food and drinks very reasonably priced. The Main Street was a 10 minute walk down a very steep hill and a 20000 IDR (£1/$2 aus) taxi home. Breakfast served on our terrace at prearranged time each morning. Good WiFi. Amazing hosts and staff. Room cleaned on request.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have made it even better but in fairness we were provided with free coffee on request.

Amazing 360-degree sunset views & sounds from the terrace, super spacious and comfy apartment - haven't slept better in any place in Indonesia :) Helpful and friendly hosts.

Only little thing: stairs to the main entrance hadn't a rail on one side. No problem for grown ups but with little kids you need to be a bit cautious.

The breakfast was amazing, I would give it a 9,5! The 10 for breakfast could be achieved when serving better coffee. The view was also amazing. The room was spacious. The guard and breakfast ladies were very friendly and accommodating.

We arrived at night and this first night the air-conditioning in the room did not work, which left us to sleep in the heat. We almost did not sleep that night because of it. The next day they had the air-conditioning fixed, so the second night it was working and we slept better. However, not how we expected to spend our first night when paying this amount for accommodation.

That was maybe one of the best rooms of our trip, the staff is more than kind, thank you Neal for your welcome! They make everything very simple, as simple as you feel at home. They provide you every service you need as laundry, food and they have a very nice pool with views to the see and the forest around. We loved it too much!!!

This villa is run by a lovely couple and a very helpful guardian that helps you with anything you need! The room was big, clean and had a lovely beach view. They provide you pool towels and the breakfast was nice.

The property itself especially around the infinity pool needs some tlc. Also it would have been more hospitable if the hosts were around a little bit more to ensure comfort. It seems everything was left down to the guard who is always visible. We didn’t meet the lady who is host until the morning we checked out. Note also there is no service of food or drinks at the property but they do have a delivery option but please note it is of available on a Sunday. Maybe with this they ephod benefit from having some water or drinks in the minibar as a service which other accommodations have in Indonesia if there is no restaurant or bar area on site.

I really feel like i am visiting my uncle’s villa on the top of a cliff with a great ocean view! Swimming in the pool and seeing the sunset was amazing! Staff was so respectful. We wanted to rent a motorbike, and there was no available bike in renting company. The owner offered us to give her own motorbike; which is very precious 🙏Once again thank you very much for making our stay perfect!

The property has lovely views and our room was large and private. The swimming pool was a highlight.

We stayed 5 nights and the rooms were not cleaned, rubbish was not removed, and water was not replenished. It would be easier if you had your own transport as it was a hilly walk to access the property. Hostess met us on arrival and we did not see her again. She did not lift her eyes from her mobile phone on our departure.

The room was fantastic/clean and big. The breakfast was enough and good. Cute dog. Amazing view.

Nothing bad can be said about Villa Buah, from the helpful staff to the lovely owners, the amazing sunset view and luxurious rooms. This place is a true gem 💎. Food can easily be delivered by the local Warung at very reasonable prices when you factor in delivery. Good breakfast made fresh every morning and delivered to your room or balcony to enjoy the view.

We only stayed one night but the room was very nice and comfortable. Everyone there was friendly. The views from our room were amazing with a beautiful sunset. We also got a nice breakfast in the morning

Amazing villa in a quiet place with excelent view. Spacious room, nicely decorated. Perfect quiet place if you just want to relax. If you planning stay longer there is plenty of space in a wardrobe. Just bare in mind its located on the hill so if you dont use the car the short walk can be a little form of excersie. Super friendly staff. Would definietly come back.

If you are an early bird and like to have a breakfast around 6am you need to rely on yourself :)

The villa and the staff are absolutly great! We extended our stay because we liked it so much there. The room and the pool are spotless clean and the internet is fast and stabel. The bed is big and very confortable, so are the towels. The owners and the staff take good care of the place. To fully enjoy the terrace, especially the perfect view of the sunsets, we always ordered dinner at „home“. The staff opened the front door and braught us immediatly the food and everything we needed. All of them are so attentive! During the day they also served us several times coffee and water. For breakfast we could choose between different things which was nice and the fruit every day was extremly fresh and tasty. They also took charge of our laundry to get done. Villa Buah is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.

This was the best place we stayed during our trip to Indonesia. Beautiful and peaceful property, huge rooms and the nicest staff ever. The breakfast was beautiful everyday and eaten in the most stunning surroundings. A real hidden gem in Senggigi, not to be missed.

Very kind owners & staff. The scenery and views are beautifull. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is also very nice and offers great views and helps cool you down on the warmer days. We stayed 4 nights and could easily have stayed another month.

Tough walking up and down the hill, but worth it for the views. They take security so seriously (not that it ever felt unsafe around there) that a couple of times I was shouting at the outside gate for a while before being let in. Could empty the outside bin a bit more often.

Went to Lombok for some good rest and Villa Buah really felt like Coming home to a luxurious and peaceful place. The people and people are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stunning location, up a hillside overlooking Senggigi. Rooms were very large with plenty of space. Hosts super accommodating - moving sunbeds to the roof terrace for us, offering transport to drop us off in the town every time we went out (but we are walkers so happy to walk) and also nipping out to grab a few beers for us. Breakfast was lovely - OJ was brilliant, and even the welcome drink was super refreshing and delicious (mango smoothie). Thanks to Rina and team.

Would have been great to have a kettle in the room to make our own brews. It is on a hillside, so might not be accessible for all, but taxis or scooters can go up and down - we chose to walk every day as we're keen walkers and it's about a 2-3mins walk to the main road.

bed was amazing and so soft! room was elegant, clean, modern and had a cozy feel to it. staff was super friendly! even gave my wife medicine for coral rash (itchy skin from touching coral) such wonderful people! location was lovely atop the hill. beautiful breakfast scenery. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved it here, so much so that we extended our stay for longer. Neil, Rina and the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, or made us feel more at home. The accommodation is beautiful, as are the breathtaking views of the bay, the resort and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was amazing and was brought to us at the exact times we requested each morning, in a most cheerful and gracious manner. We do hope we can stay again before too long. Thank you so much!! Absolutely nothing not to like

We traveled a lot, and Villa Buah has to be at the top of our list. The villa is breathtaking, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you Zani for taking such good care of us. On our last night there, it rained, instead of going out to a restaurant, the owner, Rina made us a wonderful meal and wouldn't let us pay for it. Thank you Neal and Rina for being such wonderful hosts.

My family had a fabulous stay at Villa Buah. The location may be slightly hard to find but once you are there you may never leave. Beautiful ocean and sunset views from room and pool. Quiet, tranquil setting. Staff are amazing and will do anything for you. We had an amazing time. (Family of 2 adults and 2 kids).

The hotel is very class, very clean and the staff is so kind. You can choose your breakfast and decide having it in your room balcony, a nice salon or the terrasse with the view on Senggigi. We choose to go on a trip during the day and come back to sleep one night more. You have to walk a little bit from the center (5 minutes) but it s worth it. Perfect stay! Bravo!

Fantastisk hotel, ikke meget at sætte en finger på. Den smukkeste udsigt over havet og landskabet, dog findes dette ikke uden en lille rejse op af bjerget. Morgenmaden super god og meget at vælge imellem. Værelserne store og rummelige, når man boede flere. Personalet var helt vildt søde og imødekommende. Poolen helt fantastisk med den smukke udsigt. Mulighed for at se solnedgang herfra hver aften.

Je garde une très bonne impression le personnel était aux petits soins avec ma femme et moi, la literie et remarquable et le panorama sur la mer est juste parfait que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans la piscine. Je recommande vivement pour toutes personnes qui cherchent la tranquillité, le service et la beauté.

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden da es in einer schlecht befestigten Nebenstraße liegt. Die Lage auf dem Hügel hat uns ansonsten gefallen, der Blick in Richtung Senggigi und Meer ist atemberaubend. Es empfielt sich allerdings die Miete eines Mopeds. Auf dem ersten Blick macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Leider war unser Zimmer bei Bezug nicht gründlich gereinigt worden und wir fanden im Bad und auch im Wohnzimmer Haare der Vorbewohner auf dem Boden. Außerdem war die Balkontür defekt, so dass wir den eigenen Balkon des Zimmers nicht nutzen konnten. Alternativ konnten wir jedoch auf der daneben liegenden Terasse frühstücken. Zudem ist die Einrichtung bzw. technische Installation etwas merkwürdig. Bei uns fehlte bspw. ein Lichtschalter am Türeingang. Man muss dann halt erstmal durch das Zimmer laufen um irgendwo Licht anzumachen. Gerade wenn es dunkel ist ist das nicht optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft wenn man zu was auch immer Anfragen hat. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich.
