Adimulia Hotel Medan

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it had a wide range of breakfast options, and various facilities such as pool, saunas and gym.

Beautiful and clean

I like it

Large building with good sized rooms. No hot water on the shower even though it was left to run for ages. Nearby shopping mall is nice. We didn't venture further as we didn't have time.

For the price i paid, it is cheaper and is equivalent to 5 hotels in major cities. Room is spacious and amenities were well provided. Buffet spread was generous.

The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast at coffeeshop has a wide selection of items and they are all nice.

Very Nice Interior Good Meals at a reasonable cost

Good

The property is well-maintained and the service is excellent.

Great hotel with good facilities. Need a car or taxi to get around. Short walk to local shopping mall.

It is well maintained

Always love to staying at this hotel.

clean, elegant, spacious room,

Very good

Beautifully decorated hotel. Nice pool, gym, and badminton. Breakfast buffet is well above average

very good

This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.

Room service too slow. Air in room needs cleansing.

This truly is an amazing hotel. The employees are incredibly professional, friendly, polite, and helpful. The property is beautiful - inside and out. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant is fairly priced and has delicious food. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Medan.

Nice and warm greeting from hotel staff. We got welcome gift (package of fruits). Thank you so much. Stay safe and healthy to all member of Adi Mulia Hotel. Thank you for welcoming me and my family.

food is good, room is good and clear. will come again next time.

Perfect Hotel. Clean, beautiful, great customer service. Near to Sun Plaza too.

Clean and great staff. Need better entertainment for the weekends.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and, staff are very friendly and helpful, this latest trip however was best yet as the room we were given was large and there was separate bath and shower. I will be requesting room 1050 again.

we love our stay at this hotel. The bedding is so comfortable. Definitely we will stay here everytime we visit medan.

Excellent value for money. Huge sized room with two large twin beds. Evening buffet was not great but was cheap enough. The inclusive breakfast was good. Very near to Sun Plaza for shopping.

Comfortable, clean Looks like a palace. Hotel staff were great and courteous. Could not ask for more.

Constantly clean tidy comfy since first year of building till now.

Very good hotel, very good location close to many restaurants and shops. Big thanks for the helpful staff.

Good location. Great choices of food. Very polite reciption staff. I diffenitly recommend it.

Very comfortable and beautiful. Staff were courteous and friendly.

This stay was an excellent one.. Everything is prepared beyond expectation. Great location, just walking distance to shopping mall, the ambiance was good too.. Very recommended place to stay, relax, and enjoy..

Nice lobby, helpful staff, spacious and beautiful room, and great breakfast. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The checkin was fast and smooth, room and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean inside out, rooms and whole hotel is tastefully decorated, room was spacious(including big bathroom) and very comfortable. The bed(King Koil brand) incl. pillows was delightful to sleep in and probably the best I've ever tried. Housekeeping and all the staff is doing perfect job and very polite and attentive. Breakfasts are very nice with good selection however for the longer stays more variety of day to day options would be nice. I have tried many hotels in Medan over the last 10 years and this one is definitely the best and will stick to it for the future. I do not understand why the star rating on hotels.com is only 3.5 stars because officially the hotel is 4 stars and beats the other 5 stars hotels in the city. Highly recommended!!!

The water drain in the shower room did not go down immediately make the shower uncomfortable with the water all over the ground , or else the stay will be 5 Star.

Ok. Clean and comfort

Overall the hotel is great except on the sauna service. Customer who exceed 2 pax per room has to pay 250K to enjoy the facilities. This is absurd. For the rest is very good.

The lobby has the luxurious feel. The rooms are huge and clean esp if you get rooms ending with 01.

All were very good.Only my freezer was lock. Why I do not know.I also do not ask the room service to unlock it as I felt it was not supposed to lock as it is a 5 dtars Hotel.

Good value hotel. Very grand and suitable for holding events. Beds were very comfortable. The location is also pretty central and we didn't have Any problem around as the hotel is centrally located.

Staff needs to improve on customer service The hotel should include more European menu..

It was a great stay for me. The price was totally worth of the wonderful service the staffs provided to me and my family and the location was great for me to go shopping and wondering around the city! Also, the rooms were clean, although one of the room I booked had its bathroom door knob broken and I wish the staffs could fix it as soon as possible for the next customers who saw interest in the hotel. Other than the door knob issue, the others were ok.

chandeliers unbelievably beautiful...and MANY too!!

Fantastic hotel, great value n just a block away from Sun Plaza shopping.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is good!

maybe its new hotel.. so still new

Good staff, luxurious inside(lobby, swimming pool, restaurant, bedroom, jacuzzi)

Dissatisfied with the service. I booked 10 rooms for out town business partners. they arrived before 2pm and waited hours for the room to be ready. they can finally entered the room almost at 4pm. very dissapointed considering this is one of the most beautiful hotel in town.

Nice hotel with big room , good breakfast selections, but slow wifi .

Confortable n the rooms is big & nice bed . Only the toilet having some problem with the flush function . Overall is good .

Good location and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very New and clean. spacious room size. Comfortable king size bed. Great location.
