The proprietors were very polite, helpful and accommodating. A nice touch was to be provided with home made scones cream and jam each day. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served in an efficient manner.

The furniture and decor is in need of an update and it appeared that some furniture had not been moved for months. The windows and blinds had not been cleaned for some while.

Bit dated, but on the whole very clean and tidy and the breakfast was great. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.

I had solo ground room floor very comfy, bathroom right next door! Really handy to have fridge and sink in room. Great breakfast, and location in walking distance of few beaches and food/shops. Plus parking on site

The brilliant hosts great vibe of the place nice quieter end of the town but 15 minutes walk into the busy part of town the owners cats and dog bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The only issue i had was an unhepful other guest who didnt park their car well and i spent over an hour waiting for the driver to come down from their room and move their car.

Our room was a unicorn theme which shocked us as adults, the entire place needs pulling down and rebuilding, the door to the bathroom you had to slam it closed and then pull it really hard to get open, the room and the entire place was untidy

The breakfast was every lovely and a lot to have from a small fry up to cereal, the location we lovely shops on the food step , beach just up the road .

Always a relaxing break at Jasmine house the hosts Cindy and her husband go above and beyond to ensure you have a stress free check in and a relaxing stay every small detail lacking in a few others I have stopped at has been thought about here when I come to Newquay Jasmine house is always my first choice

Very clean and comfortable, good size room, very comfortable bed. Good shower, lovely fluffy towels and well stocked tea tray.

There was some road noise, but it didn't interfere with our sleep. If you were a light sleeper it might disturb you.

Really friendly welcoming hosts , made me feel relaxed , , free parking spaces available , the room was nicely decorated with a bit of sparkle , The bed was very comfortable , a good selection of drinks and treats were provided in the room . The bathroom was just outside the room with a good powerful shower . Breakfast was amazing , I chose to have the full English .and Cindy gave me a cream tea each morning to take away . The guest house is in a quiet location just a short walk away from the beaches .

The room was excellent for a family of children. Included a pool tsble to entertain the boys. With very comfy beds. Amazing hosts who were extremely friendly and would happily please the guests best they could. Breakfast was gorgeous with a large variety. Access available to Internet and Netflix. Strongly recommended this place during the summer as it was cooler inside than others our family stayed in.

Host was super friendly and helpful. Decor was fun, light. Room was a cosy size with a very comfy, large bed. Great location, a short walk from the beach and amenities, but felt away from the busy tourist traps.

Only thing I'd mention is the toilet flush in the communal shower room was quite weak.

Cindy was super helpful from the moment I booked, to the moment I left. She was really friendly, relaxed and exactly what you need when you are a trip away. My room was a mixture of beautiful and quirky, with extra touches like a big glass bottle of chilled water in the fridge, a dish of sweets, a KitKat and more things you don't usually find in a room. Excellent value for money and very close to everything you could need.

The property is in a very good location in Newquay very well laid out bedrooms and spotlessly clean

Quirky decor. Excellent mattress & my back is a harsh critic. Lovely big room. Very friendly, our dogs were made welcome & they got sausages for breakfast. Cindy is a good cook, breakfast was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at jasmine house. Hosts were excellent. They made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make our stay superb. The daily homemade scones with clotted creams and jam were a definite highlight. The fridge in the room with a jug of fresh milk at the start of our stay was also very much appreciated. There was a good selection of options at breakfast. We enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast every morning which was wonderful and mine even came out with tinfoil on to keep it warm whilst I tended to the children first. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to Cindy and Ashley for a great stay.

Location is accesible to shops and few minutes walk to the beach. The owner Cindy is very accomodating and friendly.

The room was really comfortable and quiet, and I appreciated the snacks - it felt a bit like a home away from home. Cindy was a warm and welcoming host and I enjoyed my stay at the start of my coastal path walk.

Always a fantastic stay, as it's our 3rd time there and always made welcome, and the host Cindy couldn't do enough for us, it was great as always, and the breakfast kept us going all day.

If l had to mention something, the only thing would be how loud the extractor fan in the toilet/shower was... in other words nothing to complain about.

The property is welcoming inside, the host very friendly & helpful, the room was clean and of good size. The breakfast was very well presented and the choice large. Cooked portion as efficiently prepped and very nice.

Outside needed a little post winter TLC. Shower a little weak, but unsure on supplied water pressure.

Cosy place. Friendly hosts. Amenities as described. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. The room has a fridge, tea coffee, and snacks. The location is good with nearby beaches, plenty of food options and close to the centre. There is free on-site parking.

On arrival we met one of the home owners who was lovely and accommodating and they showed us to our room which was spacious and clean as we were travelling with a little one so this helped massively. The place of stay is within walking distance to a few beaches which was a bonus, we didn’t have the breakfast as we decided to eat locally but every time we left in the morning it smelt delightful. All in all a great place to stay even with children and a great location as well with great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay, we felt so welcome and at ease. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the homemade scones were amazing. The bed was very comfy and the room was light and spacious.

Location was lovely, car parking was a bonus! Bed was so lovely and comfortable. Was made to feel so warm and welcome and I didn’t book breakfast and lovely Cindy let me know we could book for the following morning. In which we did and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! So lovely and fresh and the fact you can help urself go cereal and bars and pastries was a lovely gesture. I’ve got to say the breakfast was on the cheaper side compared to most places but so fresh and cooked to perfection. Shower was so clean and the shower had the best power I’ve felt for most places! The bedroom was spacious and the little snacks was a bonus! We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you so much for having us.

Decor dated, but perhaps more quirky than a dislike.

The owner is super friendly and accommodating, I cannot speak more highly of her. The room was warm, comfortable and had an ensuite shower room. Free parking available and had no problems getting a parking spot, with location perfect for walking into Newquay and close to beaches and eating establishments. I would definitely return.

The toilet in the ensuite was hit and miss as to whether it flushed. The bedroom decor was unicorn heavy and quite busy.

Cindy and Ashley were great hosts, giving us good information of local attractions and restaurants. They were also kind enough to look after our dog when we had a late night out. Great breakfast and they even made us a packed lunch every day.

We originally hadn’t planned to stay in a B&B, but after our camping trip was cut short by bad weather and some damaged gear, we were lucky enough to find Jasmine House and what an absolute gem it turned out to be! Booking was incredibly easy and smooth, and to my surprise, a room was ready for us within just a couple of hours. The host, Cindy, messaged me straight away with all the details I needed. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and welcoming truly someone who goes above and beyond for her guests. She connected instantly with my 8-year-old daughter, and during their chat, discovered that she loves unicorns. To my daughter’s absolute delight, Cindy switched us to a unicorn-themed room a thoughtful and magical touch that she will never forget. It made her feel so special, and that alone made the stay worth it. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was perfect everything we needed for a restful and recharging stay. The house was peaceful and quiet, with the bonus of on-site parking, which is a huge plus in Newquay. I only wish we had more time to stay longer. Jasmine House turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area especially families. It’s rare to find somewhere so welcoming, thoughtful, and relaxing. Thank you, Cindy, for your kindness and for making our stay so special!

Room 7 stank of mould!!, had bugs in bed and behind, very diry. Owner declared that everything was fine and thay couldn't smell nothing. Ridiculous. Pople double check where you book as the 4.7 stars on the rating, seriously don't kow how?? Had to leave and look for alternative.

The location was ideal and the airport bus stopped right outside - a real bonus. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. You could tell she takes pride in her accommodation as the pathway to the annex where I stayed was lined with beautiful hanging baskets. There were lovely little touches like cold water and fresh milk in the fridge. I will stay here again next time I’m in Newquay. Thank you.

Very clean with personal touches, we stayed in the waterfall room so had the lovely picture on the wall. it made a good base for an overnight stay. The room was in the annex so peaceful and a key provided to come and go as you please, it was en suite, had good storage and beautiful lighting. Had a nice meal in Newquay town with a sea view even though we were late.

The only downside was there was no WiFi in the room. The owner said it was because they had just gone digital. WiFi could be accessed from the main house but I couldn’t get in because it was late I’m guessing the front door was locked. Quite a few buildings in the town were empty and some totally run down with broken windows which was sad to see.

Bed was comfortable and room was inviting.
