Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, close to the lake, with a supermarket within walking distance and only a short walk from the Zurich Opera House. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels for everyone, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and both liquid and bar soap. Communication was excellent, every time we contacted the team, they responded quickly and very kindly. We also really appreciated the chocolates they left for us as a welcome gift. It was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.
The only thing missing for us was a washing machine. For a family staying several days, having one would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

It was never answered, nor the messages on Booking.com were answered on time with proper addressing of issue rather rationalisation of issue was being done.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Sehr gut Lage. 1 min zur Tram/Bus-Station Höschgasse, ebenso Migros/Coop, zum Bäcker unwesentlich länger. Das Appartement, war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß . Der pre Check in und der tatsächliche lief komplett modern und digital ab.
Wir sind Nichtraucher, aber zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon wären die Kirsche auf der Sahne gewesen

Nothing was an issue. A small quibble would be the large serving spoons and tea/yoghurt spoons with nothing in between. There was nothing to complain about.

Keine Klimaanlage im Apartment, dass in heißen Tagen im Apartment sehr heißt werden kann. Aber dank der hilfsbereiten Hotline, hatten wir einen zusätzlichen Ventilator bekommen, sodass in jedem Zimmer einer für Kühlung sorgen könnte.

Meer van Zürich met mogelijkheid om te zwemmen en leuke terassen ook om de hoek. Fijne communicatie en heel soepel inchecken. Absolute aanrader wanneer je Zürich gaat bezoeken.

Totalmente equipada la cocina, tenes una cama muy cómoda y nosotros también usamos el sofá cama para estar con la niña. El supermercado está en la esquina Tiene ascensor lo cual nos facilitó movernos con cochecito.
Que no tenga aire acondicionado Pero aún así abriendo las ventanas por la Noche aún siendo verano se mueve mucho y con el ventilador se piloteaba el calor

Met 32 graden buiten werd het binnen ook erg warm. Gelukkig waren er ventilatoren!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at City Stay Lindenstrasse. The location is excellent, in the beautiful Seefeld neighborhood, which is one of the nicest areas in Zurich. It's perfect for walking around, with plenty of charming cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby, while still being within easy walking distance of the city center and the lake. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also modern, clean, and well maintained. Overall, the apartment had everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The automatic check-in process can be a little confusing, especially if it's your first time staying at the property. Also, there is no air conditioning, which could make the room uncomfortable during hot summer days.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Clean, quiet at night (daytime construction nearby), excellent location with easy access to the tram, the lake, and supermarket. Major attractions are within walking distance or 4-5 tram stations away. Efficient self-service check in and check out. Was able to check in early and request a late check out.
No air conditioning, which is the biggest minus. It was 35-degree during our stay and the sun did not set until 9pm. The room did not cool off till early morning. A fan was provided but did not help much. Staff was responsive for reservation related questions, but not helpful or no response for local information such as transportation. The room was listed at booking.com as an accommodation for up to 2 people. However, after the reservation was made, I was requested to pay an additional charge for the second person.

L'information avant l'arrivée pourrait être un peu plus détaillée concernant le check-in en dehors des horaires de la journée. L'utilisation de la borne, etc. Par exemple une photo du lieu et du desk jointe à un email permet de réduire l'inconnue pour les voyageurs.. Détailler ce qui sera demandé aussi. Pareil pour le check-out où l'emplacement pour rendre les cartes magnétiques n'est pas intuitif à trouver quand on part pressé à 5h du matin par exemple.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026המיקום היה מצויין, באיזור שקט, נקי וטוב. מרחק הליכה מבתי קפה, תחנת מטרו/אוטובוס, סניף מרכזי של קופ, אגם ציריך ומהעיר העתיקה. עשינו צ'ק אין עצמאי שהיה מאוד פשוט בזכות הנחיות טובות של מקום האירוח. הדירה מרווחת, מעוצבת טוב ומאובזרת בכל הציוד שצריך: כלי מטבח ובישול, מקרר, מדיח, פינת אוכל, סלון, האזנה למוזיקה, מגהץ כספת וכו'. בלובי יש 2/3 חדרי כביסה ומייבש + חדר לשמירת חפצים שנעול עם קוד. לדעתינו התמורה למחיר הייתה הוגנת ונשמח להתארח שוב בביקור הבא בציריך.
בחלונות אין רשתות נגד יתושים כך שבערב לא מומלץ לפתוח חלונות. בדירה אין מיזוג אוויר, יש רק מאוורר. לנו זה התאים כי באנו בתקופה נעימה, מי שמגיע בשיא הקיץ הייתי חושב פעמיים. המיטה לא הכי נוחה..

As it was my first time staying here, plus in a city I am not familiar and I was arriving very late at night (midnight), I would have preferred to receive the arrival info earlier than on the day of arriving. (eg 2 or 3 days in advance) to reduce a little of my worries - that timing made be nervous but equally the instructions were super clear and arrival/check-in was all very smooth.

Right next two supermarkets, nice restaurants, shops, the river, beautiful garden to catch some sun right at the end of the street. The apartment it’s big and comfortable. Has all the commodities needed for a medium term stay even. Smart tv in the living room, dining table, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine..
The apartment is not pretty or well decorated but has everything you may need. The self check in is not something I love but it worked well I have to admit. The only thing I didn’t like is that the way to leave your luggage before and after checkout is not super safe (it is a room With a code but anyone from staff or costumers can go inside).
