The location was great. Most of the attractions are walkable. There are plenty of restaurants around. However, he entry to the apartment is next to a big hotel, and they keep their rubbish bins right outside the apartment door. It wasn't a pleasant sight.

The TV was very old and didn't work. Also, the sofa is not comfortable to sit. The shower over bath always spilt so much water... it took a towel to dry the floor..

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of great eateries just steps away, and the neighborhood felt safe throughout our visit. The grocery store was only a 10 minute walk uphill. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, and having a combo washer/dryer made things even easier. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room was much appreciated in the hot weather. We also valued the auto-lock system and the elevator - both made coming and going effortless. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful, and during our stay the owner checked in to offer additional housekeeping. We only needed an extra set of towels, toilet paper, the refill of the shampoo, and the removal of garbage, which was quickly taken care of. Also, the bag of cookies and wine were a nice welcoming treat when we first arrived.

The door code info was emailed the day before we arrived so it was a bit stressful. I had contacted Booking.Com and also tried to contact the owner also. I should have checked my email 2 weeks before and emailed the owner for the code when it didn't arrive. The bathroom shower/tub was bit tall for us to get in and out of, but having the extra bidet in the bathroom was convenient. The shower handle was recently replaced but doesn't fit the shower holder so we just held it with our hands. It would have been great to have instructions on how to use the AC and the combo washer/dryer but figured it out when searching the internet for the operation instructions.

Perfect location, just few mins of walk from Rua Augusta and Rossio Square. Spacious place, clean and the apartment has everything for a family of 4. Easy and smooth process for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Locatia este extraordinara, intr-un cartier linistit, cu multe restaurante foarte bune in apropiere. Apartamentul este foarte frumos, curat, confortabil, perfect pentru o familie.

Comunicarea defectuoasa cu gazda. Nu ne-a raspuns la telefon sau mesaje mult timp.

De locatie is perfect. Centrale ligging om de stad te bezoeken. Wij waren op de tweede verdieping en hoorden geen lawaai van de straat. Verduistering is ook prima. Badkamer en keuken waren ook in orde.

Bij aankomst bleek dat de eigenaar de code had gegeven van het verkeerde appartement Ze was 2u niet bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk kregen we toch nog de juiste code en gaf de eigenaar een refund voor de eerste nacht!👏

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell für einen Stadtrip nach Lissabon. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man überall von man hin will. Es gab keine Schlüssel. Alles Digital und Code wurde per Mail gesendet. Hat alles super geklappt. Bei Fragen/Probleme war der Vermieter binnen 20 Minuten per Mail erreichbar und hatte eine Lösung parat. Auch mitten in der Nacht.

L’emplacement idéal, le logement est super lumineux , confortable et bien équipé. Si je reviens sur Lisbonne , je ne trouverai pas mieux comme logement !

L’emplacement idéal, la grandeur du logement, les deux chambres avec une bonne literie, la proximité d’un parking, l’appartement très charmant, la sécurité du logement, tout est fonctionnel aucune mauvaise surprise et en prime des petites attentions à l’arrivée ( bouteille de vin et biscuits )

Bruit du parquet des voisins du dessus jusqu’à tard le soir, un peu de luminosité dans la deuxième chambre. Pas de rideaux dans la première chambre.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Cerca de muchos sitios interesantes y bien comunicado. Además, el apartamento es muy amplio y está bien equipado. Las camas son cómodas. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Es un poco ruidoso, se oye el tráfico por la mañana. Un punto mejorable sería la comunicación. Mandé un par de correos porque íbamos a llegar tarde y no respondieron. De todos modos, transmiten la información necesaria justo cuando la necesitas (es decir, el día anterior)

Gute Aufteilung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Gute Lage, fast alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Schön eingerichtet.

The apartment was absolutely LOVELY and the air conditioning worked really well (and was very much needed as Lisbon was really quite hot while we were there!) I LOVED that the main apartment door as well as the door to the lobby/street were both steel and bolted tightly; I felt like we were safe while IN the apartment but also that our things were safe when we were not there. The building is in the lively Baixa area quite near the Praça de Comércio. There are many restaurants, shops, and things to see/do nearby. We loved that this part of Lisbon felt very accessible and there was gorgeous tile work everywhere (even sidewalks!) The apartment is near the waterfront, too, and we saw musicians one night and even caught some of a World Cup match on a large screen another evening. The streets and buildings have SUCH beautiful tile work - even this apartment building salvaged some tile (probably from a renovation?) and framed it in the lobby; just GORGEOUS! This building had a small elevator (which was very helpful with luggage) but otherwise, even staying on the 3rd floor, we usually just enjoyed the nice stairs. The decor is top notch and you can tell that whomever owns the building (and/or the apartment we stayed in) cares a lot about having things be on the nicer end: appliances, decor, furnishings, etc. We would like to thank the host for the local wine and cookies (as well as the complimentary coffee); all of this was VERY much appreciated! We ate one day at of all places a local pizza joint nearby and honestly it was some of the best pizza (super fresh ingredients and lovely waitress) - that was so cool! I would advise that at the little tourist shops (the ones with all the souvenirs) you attempt to bargain; we bought a few things before realizing that (haha!) I'd also highly recommend Uber and Bolt to get to/from the airport.

I will say that this area felt VERY safe during the day but the first night, our son arrived before us and did go out after 8-9pm to go to get a couple of groceries from a nearby shop and he did unfortunately get mugged; he said that he was quite tired and obviously very alone in an unfamiliar area so he feels like this made him more of a target. He was not hurt but did get chased/cornered by a group of young men that yelled at him to hand over money so he threw his only cash (20 Euros) and ran in the other direction and safely got away. He felt that the area by the apartment that night was rather deserted though when we arrived the next day and were there for 2 more days, it didn't seem to him like the area got as deserted at night so maybe this is not common (??) I will say that we only went out after that in groups of 2 or 3 and made sure to be back at the apartment before it got fully dark - but looking out the window, it did seem like there were more people around that he saw that first night. I don't think the area is inherantly dangerous but using common sense and going out in groups, not carrying money obviously, staying where there are people, not being out after dark unless it's busy, etc. would be good in general tips for avoiding that situation. Also, the apartment is a *little* hard to find but the door is green and RIGHT next to an Italian Cafe/restaurant.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and provided all the necessities. The bed would shake when cars or trollies went by which would wake me up. Communication was minimal, I never heard back from the staff prior to our stay regarding our late arrival. Overall, it was a good place to stay with a great location.

Fabulous location in the city center of Lisboa! We had an elevator and travelling with kids was super comfort and easy! The place inside was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely come back!

Location was handy. It was great being able to leave cases after check out until our flight time. Beds were comfortable. Having a safe was very convenient. The flat felt very safe in terms of entry and exit and location. Air conditioning was a bonus in the hot weather.

Kitchen was very basic and not enough crockery and cutlery. Free wine was nice but no Cork screw to be able to enjoy it. Severe shortage of coat hangers (8 between 4 people).

Almost everything. The room was dirty. It smelled. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower was small and dirty and I burned myself a few times on the fixtures. The floors were dirty. The towels had stains on them. The location was not that great. Very loud.

Gostei muito do apartamento, ótimas roupas de cama, chuveiro, limpeza, tudo muito bom. O local é perto de tudo, excelente para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico sem depender de transporte.

A comunicação com a anfitriã poderia ser melhor, difícil demais receber repostas das perguntas, principalmente antes do check in. O local também não é adequado para quem quer silencio, pois a rua é muito movimentada e barulhenta, a acústica do apartamento é ruim, escuta-se tudo na rua e nos andares de cima.

The location of the apartment is great and it is easy to get to. Door codes will be provided on the day of the stay and it was working fine. Elevator in the house allows handling of heavy backages/suitcases easily.

The apartment is on the first floor and both bedrooms are facing the street. It can be loud throughout the night. Bathroom is a bit small but fine for a few days. Storage space for clothes is limited but sufficient if you only stay a few days (e.g. weekend).
