朝食をいただきました。和食、洋食いろいろ食べましたが、皆おいしい。この朝食があるだけでまた行きたくなります。

La habitación era bastante pequeña, no podía poner mi maleta abierta en ningún lugar.

Esta é a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel. A estadia foi excelente. O café da manhã foi muito bom. O quarto compartilhado é excelente para uma viagem em família. A equipe da recepção do hotel é muito eficiente e gentil. Localização excelente, próxima às estações de metrô.

整潔乾淨，遇見清掃人員時常會主動詢問需求

冰箱完全不冷，買了超市的現切哈密瓜，結果隔天就臭酸。 牛奶、優格更不用說了。 櫃檯服務人員不熟悉辦理入住流程，會等待非常長的時間，連房間的感應鑰匙都找不到，連通房只會有其中一間房間的鑰匙，不能走各自的房間進房。 冷氣的部分，半夜因為中央空調控制的緣故，溫度會調高因而熱醒，造成睡眠品質不佳。 鄰近消防隊，時常會聽到消防車出勤的聲音。 早餐內容十分簡陋，價格又偏高，CP值低。

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Tokyo dans un quartier constamment animé et sécurisé. Personnel très serviable et attentionné. La chambre était très confortable et parfaite pour un séjour à Tokyo.

Central location ( from Ginza and Shinbashi there are trains to everywhere), and quiet feeling. It’s not a touristic location.. also good food and dozens of high quality beauty clinics nearby if you wanna try something. Also it’s literally behind GINZA6 where you can spend hours at one of the best Tsutaya book stores and see the exhibitions inside the department store

The pyjamas. They were very old and some of them even yellow, I struggled to find a good pair. I think the pyjamas should be renewed

スタッフさんの対応は良かったです。

タオル類が汚れていました。 広げたら髪の毛がついていたり汚れや染みがあり、使用出来ず。 使用した物を畳んで置いてあったのかと思いました。 利用するなら、タオル類は持ち込んだ方が良いかも。 私は結局他で買って、それを使用しました。

雙人房（一大床）電視下已經有長書桌，又另外放置一張圓桌，造成空間很小 因此兩人住，走道擁擠 建議不需要小圓桌

Localização excelente, bem perto das principais lojas em Ginza. No térreo tem uma conveniência Family Mart 24h. Há 150mt tem uma Don Quijote 24h e tem um mini supermercado 24h tb que fica no térreo da Don Quijote. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade oriental e ocidental e a equipe é muito simpática. A recepção tb foi muito atenciosa pois fiz muitos pedidos pela Amazon Japão e eles receberam tudo perfeitamente. Tem uma máquina de money exchange na recepção com uma boa cotação. Para quem vai pegar metrô, precisa caminhar uns 6 minutos para acessar as principais linhas. Banheiro é pequeno mas muito limpo e os quartos não tem armários mas tem mesa para apoio e cabides. A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos são diárias e bem feitas. Pegamos um quarto conjugado pois estávamos com os nossos 2 filhos de 12 e 15 anos. Esta já é a segunda vez que fico hospedado no Fresa inn. Um dica para quem chega em Tokyo e vai viajar pelo Japão e retornar a Tokyo ao final, é reservar o mesmo hotel, eu indico este hotel porque viajei pelo Japão por 12 dias e eles guardaram todas as nossas malas excedentes até o nosso retorno e novo check in.

Tamanho do banheiro é muito pequeno mas tem banheira de ofurô e da para descansar as pernas depois de muitos passeios

A good hotel if you want to stay in Ginza area and not to pay too much. Bigger room than usual. There are many restaurants and shops for shopping either luxury or anything else.

Lack of maintenance

From the previous experience I had at another Sotetsu Fresa Inn, I thought I was in for a good 1 night stay. Unfortunately I was wrong. The first room I was put in after an incredibly long day at Tokyo Disneyland was dirty. A substance on the toilet, hair on the counters and bed, surfaces were grimy. Not what I was expecting coming into this. I alerted the front desk and they had me show them the issues. After a bit they told me yo pack myself up and they would move me to a different room. I did that and the new room was much better. I also did laundry here as it was the halfway point on my trip. The washer worked perfectly fine but the dryer even after 2 cycles did not dry my thicker clothing and I had to awkwardly hang all of them in my room to hopefully finish drying overnight with the hangers they provided in the room. The bottom of the washer was also really dirty and needed a deep clean.

Localização excelente, curta caminhada para a estação de metrô, lojas e restaurantes. Uma Family Mart ao lado e um 7-eleven próximo. Atendentes super prestativos e atenciosos. Quarto tamanho padrão do Japão, mas a cama é super confortável, amenities a vontade, lavanderia disponível.

O carpete do quarto não estava com um cheiro agradável, porém retornei a recepção e prontamente me trocaram para outro quarto sem problemas.

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Rooms are small but I was aware of that which is why I booked a Premium twin. Great value!

I was disappointed that the tv's did not have streaming services..ie Netflix. I stayed at the Sotetsu Yodoyabashi and they had this service. In order to watch a movie from an extremely small selection, I had to pay extra.

Location in the heart of Ginza. Stuff is very friendly. Elizavetа was especially helpful with airport transfers. A cool coffee shop just steps away from the hotel. Family Mart on the ground floor of the hotel.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable

仕方ないかもしれないが、バスルームがシャワーカーテンの蒸れた匂いがしていたのが残念だった。

El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación era muy buena también a 5 minutos de varias estaciones de metro y de tiendas diversas. La cama era muy cómoda. Excelente limpieza.

El tamaño no es muy amplio pero es aceptable, un poco complicado con 2 maletas.

Location is superb. Shops that you want to hit, cafes and eating places are all within walking distance. We can just walk back to offload our purchases before setting out again. Few metro lines within comfortable walk too. Just that the room is really tight but we gladly accept that in exchange of the superb convenience. Room is clean too and although the hotel has some floors where smoking is permitted, our room on a non smoking floor is totally fine.

A localização do hotel é excelente, cerca de 5 min a pé da principal rua de comercial de luxo em Ginza, muito perto do metrô e restaurantes. Além de ter acesso exclusivo para a FamilyMart que fica no térreo do prédio do hotel. Adorei e recomendo. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Good location near the Ginza and the metro station. Also, there is a convenience store just downstairs and a big Donki store nearby (3-5 minutes away by walk). It's easy to go shopping and visit other places in Tokyo. The staff are nice to help all the guests!

Equipe muito prestativa, esqueci um item la e pedi pra eles guardarem por mais de uma semana e eles o fizeram, nos ajudaram com a questão do envio de malas! Vale demais, pela estrutura em si e pela equipe!

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行った際に、予約したお部屋が喫煙ルームと判明。空いている部屋を確認してくださって、禁煙ルームに変更してもらえて有り難かったです。こちらのホテルのリネンは臭いがせず良かったです。銀座でも他の別のホテルではリネンの臭いがどうも気になることがあって、リピートするのは躊躇する面があったので、今回こちらのホテルにして良かったです。 リネン交換の男性の方も挨拶や声掛けしてくださったり、感じが良かったです。

１３階フロアの掃除担当のスタッフの毎朝のあいさつがとってもよかったです。 掃除も完璧でした。 フロントのスタッフもよく気が付いて　声をかけてくださいました

滞在が長かったのでコインランドリーを使用しましたが、洗濯と乾燥機が別々なので 時間に合わせて降りていきましたが、ちょっとの差で　乾燥機をほかの人に使われてしまい、出かける時間までに間に合わなくなりました。 全自動であったら助かります。
