Parking situation is good at the back of the hotel. Hotel very central, walking distance to all attractions. Breakfast is fine.

Room ( Suite Silk) next to the street very noisy. Expecially the loud and annoying rikschas.

最高です！ヴィスタルームに大人１名子ども２名で泊りました。眺めの良いテラス付きで子どもたちは大盛り上がり。木づくりの良い匂いが印象的だったそうです。プラナカンのお家に滞在できるって、宿泊自体が豊かな学びになります。階段にネガティブ評価がややみられるこのホテル、いやいや面白い構造ですよ。吹き抜けをうまく活用した廊下は開放感があります。色々な事に迅速に対応してくださるスタッフ、美味しい朝食（メニューの幅はささやかですが、手作りの温かさを感じられるおかゆや肉料理、ご当地のカヤバターとトースト、ナシレマ）、ベッドメイクの徹底さには、宿泊客に対するリスペクトを感じます。系列ホテルのより上級なHeeren Palm Suiteには手が伸びませんが、ここでも大満足。ちなみに朝食は向かいのPalmにてなので重厚な歴史や文化を感じながらの朝ごはんです。まるで博物館。ジョンカーストリートの喧騒からちょっと離れた立地も、落ち着いていてよいと思います。

Malheureusement nous étions dans une chambre avec fenêtre mais au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Donc la fenêtre n'est pas utilisable car elle donne sur court. La chambre est donc très sombre.

Tolles Zimmer auf 2 Etage und super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Anfahrt und das Parken waren trotz schlechter Parksituation in dem Stadtteil hervorragend, da das Hotel über eigne Plätze hinter dem Haus verfügt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

The historic building is exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The breakfast is simple but absolutely delicious.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Jonker Street. Loved the traditional heritage shophouse setting, which gave the stay plenty of character. Duplex family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast served at the charming dining area across the road at Heeren Suites was enjoyable. Private parking was available at the sister property opposite the hotel, where reception is also located.

There is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage to the rooms can be challenging. Travelling with smaller suitcases is recommended. Our bedroom was on the upper level while the bathroom was downstairs, meaning we had to use the stairs whenever we needed the bathroom. There was also no proper writing desk for working, and the WiFi signal was quite weak during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Jonker Street, and the staff are very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, as we were exhausted from the hot weather. The room was already prepared, with the air conditioning switched on before our arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch and made us feel welcomed right away.

I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids. The hotel is a heritage property with a century-old wooden structure. However, the floors, walls, and staircases are all made of wood, which means sound insulation is naturally very poor. Our room was a duplex unit, and simply walking up and down the stairs created noticeable noise. Throughout our stay, we received multiple phone calls from the front desk regarding noise complaints. Unfortunately, instead of helping to find a practical solution, the staff repeatedly called our room to relay complaints, which significantly affected our overall experience and enjoyment of the trip. While I appreciate the historical charm of the building, the hotel may not be suitable for families with children. The constant disturbance from complaint calls left us feeling stressed rather than welcomed, resulting in a disappointing stay.

Location

The lock of room was broken, even though they have been very helpful and tried fixing it few times, the lock was still not attached to the door, loosen and dangling. We didn’t feel safe hence skip the stay and checked out same day. check in counter is opposite the hotel, If you are unable to carry heavy luggage’s on your own, it’s tedious to drag luggage’s across the street and climb up staircase. The only good thing is all staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Loved the touch of Peranakan ambience, clean and comfy stay. Absolutely super delicious breakfast buffet and constant hospitality from the hotel staff. Worth the money and stay.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trên một trong những trục phố chính, rất tiện lợi. Là một ngôi nhà ống điển hình của Malacca, mang nét đặc trưng của địa phương. Căn phòng family của chúng tôi rất đẹp, view xuống phố cổ. Phòng có gác xép cao ráo, xinh xắn. Nhân viên khách sạn rất dễ mến. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đấy lần sau.

Good location for walking around old town, restaurants, night market, and river. The room we booked was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very good. The staff will refresh your room daily if requested which we appreciated.

The room we had was down a very long hallway and it felt like we were the only guests in the place during most of our stay, of course this is not the fault of the owners, but it felt off to us. We paid for breakfast to be included, but I wouldn’t do that again. It just wasn’t the quality we were expecting from a hotel. We skipped the remaining breakfasts after the first day and enjoyed them at coffee shops nearby.

The room i book and pay i no stay , i go down grade my room....photo and real is different!!! photo show is half stair of floor....but when bring me go to that room time before enter room need use stairs and 2nd floor ....and once step room need go stair again , and some more at room need go another stair only can go into the bed....what kind of room...u know i hb how many luggage and son i bring...i hv pay for my son extra bed.... bad expereince and lobby no open aircond ....when check in us less than 1hrs to check in and check out also slow. i dont know what they do...NO NEXT TIME and i will inform my friend dont stay there at all,,,,

Très bon séjour dans ce bel établissement! L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions, tout se fait à pied. Le service est impeccable avec un accueil chaleureux de notre arrivée au petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.

La grande chambre en duplex avec la terrasse. Le grand lit est super confortable ainsi que les oreillers. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est bon. L'emplacement est parfait au calme.

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi une caution m'a été demandée alors que j'ai payé en cash dès mon arrivée et qu'elle me sera remboursée seulement entre 7 et 14 jours...enfin j'espère !

Magnifique maison traditionnelle réaménagée avec goût..ns avions un duplex salle de bain, rangements, lit supplémentaire, coffre et frigidaire. Au 1er étage grande chambre avec petit balcon. Le personnel est adorable. La situation idéale pour le night market, magasins et visite de la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Petit buffet déjeuner simple. Le dernier jour ns étions les seuls on nous a demandé ce que l'on voulait manger au petit dej et à quelle heure. Un hôtel plein de charme.

Rien. Si j'avais une suggestion mettre une ampoule plus forte au plafond de la chambre. Les lampes de chevet nous permettent de lire donc pas de problème.

Breakfast was not very good

The holiday home was really lovely, so spacious and well kitted out for short or long stays. A great dining area and kitchen to share a meal with friends and family. The rooms were really big and the beds comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The added bonus was access to the hotel facilities and helpful staff. The hotel breakfast was really lovely with extremely well cooked local food and international food on offer. The hotel was really beautiful with lovely traditional furniture and art. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and very polite.

We loved everything about our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

A very comfortable historic property. The room was a great size for a family (with 2 teen boys!). Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was simple but ample with a nice mix of local and western options. The property is ideally located and a short walk to all the Malacca highlights.

Everything was great. A few extra touches that would have been nice for a room that size would have been some additional hooks for hanging wet towels, an extra luggage rack and even a coat rack (again extra hanging space). But again, nice to haves and certainly not deal breakers

Charming heritage house close to places of interest.Well maintained and clean, we loved the balcony. Unfortunately no roof on it and it was a lot of rain during our stay.

It is on 3 levels and lay out could be more convenient, you have to go up and down, up and down. No table and just one chair inside the apartement.

Lovely breakfast in hotel every morning. Staff were Lovely all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at Heeren suites again for our next Malacca trip.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour : emplacement central, chambres confortables, décoration élégante, propreté exemplaire et personnel aux petits soins.

Un point à préciser peut-être : les balcons donnent sur l’intérieur du bâtiment, ce qui correspond au charme de ces maisons historiques. Cependant, mon amie s’attendait à un espace extérieur pour pouvoir fumer et a été un peu déçue.

Room was spacious and very comfortable, we stayed in the silk suite and it's perfect for a bigger family with the 2 floors. Bathroom was also large. Liked the character and vibe of the whole place, was very clean. Staff also super helpful and accomodative and you can't beat the location, everything in jonker street is very walkable to this area and you really feel like you are staying in old melaka. Very suitable for those who don't want a typical hotel but need comfort and space.

Enjoyed the stay over all , nothing we didn't like. Would only note that there are only stairs in this property (and can be quite steep) so might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Struttura molto bella situata nel cuore della città vicina a ristoranti, negozi e alla zona più turistica. Alcuni di noi hanno alloggiato in camere quadruple e in otto abbiamo dormito nella villa che si trova sul retro a circa 200 m dall’albergo. Le stanze e i bagni erano puliti e spaziosi. Anche la colazione servita alla mattina ha soddisfatto tutto il gruppo e il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.

Nonostante avessi scelto l’opzione ‘paga in struttura’ (e avessi anche scritto per assicurarmi che avrei pagato tutto sul posto) qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo mi hanno prelevato un importo dalla carta di credito. Sarebbe stato più corretto avvisarmi in fase di prenotazione o quando ho scritto loro (oltretutto la mia carta è stata spesso usata a garanzia per un gruppo numeroso, quindi questo prelievo, seppur non particolarmente oneroso, avrebbe potuto crearci problemi)

El millor és la ubicació, totalment en el centre. Pots fer tot el centre històric a peu des de l'hotel. El personal molt amable i tot molt net.

M'ha semblat una mica bàsic. L'habitació està en dues plantes. Abaix només hi ha el bany, dues cadires, una tauleta amb una nevera , un bullidor i cafés i te de cortesía. Al pis superior hi ha els llits. Tot i que pots tancar les finestres amb porticons la part superior és vidre i entra llum fins i tot de nit. L'esmorzar una mica fluix, no hi havia massa varietat. Tot i que podies demanar gofres i ous fets de diferents maneres.

Uitstekende locatie in het oude centrum van Melaka. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Staff was attentive and responsive on checking-in, showing us to our room, and setting up the extra bed requested shortly after. Room was spacious and clean and bed and the double pillows provided was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was good with attentive staff service. Checking out was fuss-free and fast.

On arrival they took 200 ringits out of my account. They said it would be refunded as the room was left in good order. It is now 19 days and I still have not received a refund despite several messages between us. Booking.com also have not taken any action as far as I know.

The whole house is exclusive for our use including Carpark lot. Though it is a bit of walking from the house to hotel for breakfast. But overall still ok.

There are a few suggestions for improvement for your consideration: 1. To install shower curtains/ shower screens in your bathrooms. So that the bathroom floor is not wet after shower. 2. ⁠The water from shower head is spraying at different directions and make the bathroom floor wet. Need to replace with new one. 3. ⁠if the car porch gate is auto, will be more convenient. 4. ⁠The microwave looks dirty. Please clean it up. Thanks.
