We had an absolutely fantastic time at Cocoon Maldives! Everything was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. The island is stunning, the hospitality is top-notch, and the all-inclusive experience was simply seamless. ​A very special shout-out to Riyadh—he was genuinely amazing, exceptionally helpful, and always attentive to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. ❤️ Nezapomenutelný pobyt v Cocoon Maldives – místo, kam se chceme vrátit Náš pobyt v Cocoon Maldives byl naprosto nádherný a od prvního okamžiku až do posledního dne bylo všechno perfektní. Cestujeme poměrně hodně, ale na tento pobyt budeme ještě dlouho vzpomínat. Cocoon Maldives pro nás nebyl jen krásný resort v nádherném prostředí – především jsme se zde po celou dobu cítili opravdu jako doma. ❤️ Už samotný příjezd byl skvěle zorganizovaný. Hned po příletu na letiště na nás čekal zaměstnanec hotelu, který se okamžitě postaral o všechna naše zavazadla a odvedl nás do hotelového salónku pro hydroplány. Nemuseli jsme nic řešit, hledat ani zařizovat – jednoduše jsme se mohli nechat vést užívat si první okamžiky naší dovolené. Následný transfer hydroplánem na ostrov byl sám o sobě úžasným zážitkem. Pohled na nádherné maledivské atoly, tyrkysové moře a malé ostrůvky z výšky byl nezapomenutelný. Už během této cesty jsme věděli, že nás čeká něco opravdu výjimečného. 🌴☀️🐠 Po příletu na ostrov nás čekalo velmi milé a krásné přivítání. Všechno bylo připravené a co nás opravdu potěšilo – nemuseli jsme vůbec dlouho čekat a ihned jsme dostali naši vodní vilu. Mohli jsme se tak okamžitě ubytovat a začít si naplno užívat naši vysněnou dovolenou. Vodní vila byla nádherná a probouzet se každý den nad průzračným mořem byl opravdu jedinečný zážitek. 💙 🫶 Obrovské poděkování patří RIYAZOVI Během celého pobytu se o nás s neuvěřitelnou ochotou staral RIYAZ, kterému bychom chtěli věnovat zvláštní poděkování. Riyaz byl vždy usměvavý, ochotný a pozorný. Dokázal splnit prakticky každé naše přání a díky němu jsme měli pocit, že je tady opravdu jen pro nás. Přitom víme, že měl na starosti spoustu dalších hostů. Nikdy jsme ale neměli pocit, že bychom ho obtěžovali nebo že by na nás neměl čas. Vždy se objevil přesně ve chvíli, kdy jsme ho potřebovali, a vždy s úsměvem. A jeho jízdy v elektrickém autíčku? 😊 To byl pokaždé malý zážitek sám o sobě!

Le camere sull’acqua sono davvero un piacere agli occhi. Sembra di stare in paradiso. Lo staff, specialmente Riyaz, è stato eccezionale. La sua cura per i dettagli ha fatto sì che ha reso il nostro soggiorno stupendo.

We would like to thank all the staff of Cocoon Maldives for their warm welcome and excellent service. In particular, Butler Riyaz demonstrated a high level of professionalism and outstanding quality of care. All our requests were handled promptly, accurately, and with great attention to detail. His calm manner of communication, sense of responsibility, and readiness to assist at any moment made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

We didn’t like that there were a lot of mosquitoes — they were biting both day and night. The staff explained that this is normal during the rainy season, while in the dry season there are almost none. The team tried to fight the mosquitoes with smoke and sprays, but unfortunately it didn’t help much.

Cocoon ti conquista da subito con eccellente assistenza prima, coordinamento, presa in carico a Male' all'arrivo, servizi di lounges all'arrivo e alla partenza. L'hospitality è top, il personale è super gentile ed efficiente La pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani avviene anche 2 volte al giorno In camera hai ventilatore e AC La ristorazione è top, mai provato nulla di simile, piatti italiani preparati con competenza, cucina internazionale a rotazione con molta varietà, pescato del giorno, frutta soprattutto locale I servizi all inclusive sono senza sorprese, ampia varietà lato alcolici, nessuna sorpresa su extra costi. La struttura è di qualità e ottimamente manutenuta, le spiagge di borotalco!

AC in camera un pò rumorosa, onestamente. Prezzi attività extra alti Spiaggia ottima ma barriera corallina, come spesso alle Maldive, non in buono stato

Fantastisk semester. Personalen är mycket trevlig och har behandlat oss mycket väl, speciellt Riyaz. Hotellet är lika vackert som på bilderna. Fantastisk mat, mycket att välja mellan. Rekommenderas!

Podobalo nam sie wszystko. Personel bardzo dba o gosci, kazda prosba jest natychmiast zgłaszana dalej i zalatwiana. Poprosilismy o trzeci lezak na taras- dostarczono go w 10 minut. Bez dyskusji kazda prosba. Duzo gosci ze Wschodu. Ogolnie piękny, wygodny obiekt. Plaszczki, rekiny rafowe- wszystko dookola domkow. Jest plaza dla chetnych, basen, centrum sportu. Codzienne wycieczki na rafy gratis. Wille na wodzie bardzo komfortowe. Nie mamy zastrzezen. Drugi raz wybralibysmy ten sam hotel. Polecam.

Il mare della laguna bellissimo e ricco di vita, la cortesia del personale ( ringraziamo in particolare il nostro referente Riyaz per la sua disponibilità) , il cibo sempre all’altezza

Avendo avuto una beach villa lato tramonto, ci mancava davanti una palma che facesse ombra al pomeriggio, come le altre stanze. Avremmo gradito un ombrellone o un divanetto con la copertura , come quelli presenti nei bar, così da poterci godere meglio i pomeriggi sotto il sole in riva al mare.

Tudo perfeito! Se há alguma duvida em reservar este Resort não tenha dúvida é o melhor lugar que já ficamos em mais de 60 Países e muitas viagens. Tudo é perfeito, desde a recepção no aeroporto, condução para o hidroavião e na estadia. O quarto (ficamos na vila over water) é limpíssimo com limpeza 2 vezes ao dia, um mar limpíssimo, areia branca por todos os lados, a comida no restaurante é excelente, os drinks do all inclusive são uma experiência a parte! Os funcionários são simplesmente incríveis. Amamos tudo e queremos voltar!!

We had a wonderful stay at Cocoon Maldives and would happily return in the future. What truly made our experience super special and outstanding was the service from all the staff. We could name all here but we will summarize with some of them which we had a close support. A heartfelt thanks to our Host Riyaz, you will be lucky if you have him as your host. And if you see him, be ready for good surprises! Riyaz gave us much more than we expected, also being always supportive and pro-active on all our needs. He was always ready to reply providing quick feedbacks. Our Villa cleaner, Hamex, always leaving our room like New and super clean…The Restaurant Receptionists Dian and Saya, always kind and smilling, finding a good place to seat…and special thanks also to the Restaurant Manager Ahu who prompt provide all the special requirements and a great organization for the Birthday dinner, and of course a great food variety. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to mention Amila, who always prepared excellent Eggs Benedict with a smile, and Waseen, who made the best caipirinhas and was exceptionally attentive throughout our stay. About the villa: The villa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed and thoughtful details such as a clothesline in the bathroom, which was extremely useful for drying wet swimsuits. The pool is relatively small, but it was always clean and enjoyable. The cocktails served were also in very good quality. For families, the kids’ club offers fun and engaging activities, particularly for children between 5 and 9 years old. In order to provide even more greatful moments, as for areas for improvement, we would have appreciated more simple protein options for children, as many meat dishes were served with sauces. From another side, plain pasta, white rice, and chicken nuggets were always available when requested.

Abbiamo avuto una esperienza bellissima in una villa beach e water villa. Lo staff era molto accogliente e gentile, soprattutto Riyaz che ha accontentato tutte le nostre richieste. Il cibo era buonissimo e molto vario per tutti i gusti e culture. La pulizia delle stanze era ottima ed era eseguita 2 volte al giorno.

Наикрутейший персональный помощник Riyaz. Выше всяких похвал. Очень хорошее место, сперва показалось в сравнении с другим отелем где были скудновато с морскими обитателями и живыми кораллами, но зато есть реальная возможность встретить реально больших скатов. Есть места где лостаточно много рыбы разных видов. Остров большой. Крутейшая опция погонять на спорткаре по воде. Нигде такого не видел. Еда класс. 3 раза в день все виды мяса, рыба морская на гриле. Удивило наличие вечерних развлечений. Для Мальдив редкость насколько я понял. Мы жили в вилле на пляже. Про виллы на воде ничего написать не можем, но с кем разговаривали тоже понравилось. Акули скатов можно было наблюдать иногда с террасы. Это от моей супруги: Отдыхали вдвоем с мужем и остались в восторге от отеля! Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, везде есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, был персональный помощник, который всегда на связи по вотсап и лично. Хорошая развлекательная программа каждый день: ужины с кухней разных стран (итальянский - самый восхитительный), аква-аэробика, дискотеки, пляжный волейбол, живая музыка, хороший спорт.инвентарь для плавания. Все очень понравилось! Мы были в низкий сезон, людей немного, но развлечения все есть, очень комфортный отдых! Нам даже предоставили в подарок поздний выезд из виллы и обед бесплатно! Спасибо большое!

Great marine diversity just in front of your doorstep. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. They remember details about the guest and they work to make your holiday better before you even ask. Our host Riyaz made our stay much more comfortable and worked to make us feel most welcome. Saja our host at the restaurant made us very comfortable and very well fed, introducing the food etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our villa over the water easily accomodates 2 adults and 1 kid. Night entertainments at the main bar is good for Maldives. Great holiday. All inclusive system gives you an ease of mind with various cocktails, coffee, tea all day.

All inclusive- most inclusive hotel include a meal at à la carte restaurants but this one doesn’t. Only buffet. Also paid bar in the room- again most all inclusive includes these items.

First of all I would like to thank our host Riyaz. He did his best to make our stay just perfect, willing to fulfil all our requests. Second - barmen at Curumbar - Ishan. His "cocoon passion" cocktail is the best on the Island. We enjoyed it every day. Overall we liked our beach villa with perfect sandy beach in front. Food is very good, can't say that it exceeded our expectations, but we liked it, and there always was something tasty. A lot of exotic fruits, the best choice of fruits of all our experience on Maldives. Overall everybody were happy, our kids, our parents and us. Very good choice for family on Maldives. Our stay was perfect and we'd never regret that we chose Cocoon.

The reef is not good. We saw rays, sharks, rurtles, but overall it is not as large and beautiful as we would like it to be. Even the one where you can go for a free snorkeling trip. There is a very beautiful reef on the next island, where you can go for turtle trip. So the reef was a bit disappointing part of our stay. Al the rest was perfect!

带父母的旅行，一家三口在岛上过了一个惬意的春节假期！入住的第一晚刚好是大年初一，酒店还安排了中式烧烤，非常惊喜！管家Effy是中国人，非常贴心，有问题随时问她都会响应，而且在岛上可以直接中文沟通真是太好了！

Absolument tout !!! Je ne comprends pas comment certaines personnes ont pu mettre un avis négatif ! Vraiment un 5 étoiles …accueil, propreté et repas… Le personnel est accueillant toujours souriant et fait tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour Villa très propre avec ménage fait 2 fois par jour et toujours avec une petite attention Repas servi en buffet avec un grand choix de plats et un thème tous les jours différents

Отличный отдых в Cocoon Maldives в начале апреля. Всё было организовано очень чётко: в Мале нас встретил представитель отеля, отвёз в терминал гидропланов и проводил в комфортный лаунж с напитками и закусками. Перелёт до острова занял около 30 минут. На острове встретили красиво, с барабанами и напитками. Жили в водном бунгало в конце линии — прекрасный вид, тишина, своя терраса и удобный спуск прямо в лагуну. Вода невероятного цвета, особенно красивы закаты. Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему ассистенту: всегда была на связи, быстро помогала с любыми вопросами, подходила в ресторане и баре, интересовалась, всё ли хорошо. Питание вкусное и разнообразное, напитков по системе «всё включено» много. Понравились ужины на пляже, ресторан на воде и японский ужин с приготовлением при гостях. Брали спа, водные мотоциклы, плавание с черепахами и акулами, поездку к дельфинам — всё отлично. Отъезд тоже организовали безупречно. Спасибо отелю и команде, сохраним вас в сердце.

это не то что бы не понравилось, просто объективный момент, который можно бы улучшить: странный набор каналов в телевидении. Не то что нет русскоговорящих (ну ок ладно), но даже нормальных европейских нет ... и почти все спортивные. просто музыкального канала англоязычного нет ... в наш век интернета это очень удивительно :) Но при такой природе это конечно не критично :)

Absolute paradise! We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our honeymoon. Check in from the seaplane was easy and we were able to wait in the Cocoon lounge at the seaplane terminal. Check in to the hotel was made smooth and quick with our host Nauf who was on hand all week to help out, and created a WhatsApp chat to ask anything at any time. He text a daily schedule of events every morning to let us know what was going on. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with all the dishes cooked fresh in front of you. Special mention to Amila in the restaurant (who we nicknamed the meat man), he always had a big smile and was incredibly friendly! Same goes for Ika and all the staff at the restaurant who were exceptional. Ika knew our room number by the second day of our stay, and went out of her way to learn our names. We had a villa over the lagoon which did not disappoint. The shallow clear waters was perfect for wading and cooling off in the heat! Felt very private and luxury, with the minibar topped up twice a day as required. Another shout out to Hussain who made up our room every day and went out of his way to wish us a happy honeymoon before we had even stepped through the door! He went out of his way to try and get to know us and speak to us every day. He put a special message on our bed in flowers to wish us a happy honeymoon which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend Cocoon to anyone looking to spend time on white sandy beaches and beautiful sunshine! A little island of paradise.

The dress code at the restaurant wasn't enforced, and a couple of times the events in the evening were cancelled without explanation. The themed evening add ons (I.E special cocktails) not included in all inclusive package.

Отдыхали во второй половине февраля, большой семьей (дети 8 и 16, двое взрослых и двое пожилых). Брали 2 бунгало, в каждом из которых свободно размещались трое. Уборка, два раза в день, очень качественная, при этом, практически не заметная. Отдельно отмечу работу Hamex, работа "на 5+!". По ресторану (Octopus)- чистота, официанты, кухня (очень разнообразная) - все отлично! Всегда свежие фрукты, много десертов и выпечки, супы, мясо, рыба, курица.. у нас не было вообще никаких проблем с питанием, в том числе, детей. Пляж песчаный, у береговой полосы достаточно много маленьких обломков кораллов и ракушек. Но мы спокойно обходились без гидротапок и сложностей не возникало. Есть места входа в воду полностью песчаные. Воспользовались предложением экскурсий - из трех (каждая, примерно на 2-2,5 часа), на которых мы были с детьми и пожилыми родителями, больше всего запомнилось плавание с акулами и скатами (абсолютно безопасное и очень эмоциональное приключение). Оборудование для снорклинга у нас было с собой, но при необходимости, есть бесплатная аренда всего необходимого. К акулам точно советуем! Отдельно хотим отметить потрясающий сервис! С нами на связи 24/7 был русскоговорящий менеджер Umina и любые наши вопросы решались практически мгновенно! В целом, наша однозначная оценка - превосходно! Обязательно вернемся!

Semplicemente tutto perfetto e magnifico! Le camere sono bellissime, sia quelle sulla spiaggia, che le water ville e l’isola è selvaggia, ma dotata di ogni comfort. Il cibo è di alta qualità e vario per ogni tipo di gusto. Ma l’aspetto sorprendente è la qualità del servizio: Riyaz e tutto lo staff sono il massimo della cortesia, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Stiamo viaggiando con un bambino di meno di un anno e lo stanno trattando come un principino! Grazie a tutti!

Tutto tranne la gestione delle immersioni nel centro diving

Il diving ha personale molto gentile, ma purtroppo ha la tendenza a farti fare immersioni non all’altezza delle bellezze che si possono trovare alle Maldive portandoti in posti dove c’è poco colore e poco passaggio di fauna .. il costo delle immersioni che è molto alto rispetto alla media delle Maldive non è sicuramente giustificato dall’esperienza sott’acqua .

Надзвичайно привітний та ввічливий персонал. Особлива подяка Riyaz за гостинний дружній та дуже корисний для нас супровід нашого відпочинку на Cocoon. Вітання Lobby Bar Team!! - ви супер! Острів дуже красивий, багато зелені, жодного недоглянутого місця - всюди чистота і красота. В основному ресторані смачні/ вишукані страви як рибні так і мʼясні. Фреш з кавуна входить в пакет all. В готелі можна замовити багато захоплюючих подорожей - ми спробували sharks expedition та снокерлінг з черепахами + дельфіни - було супер! Загалом, радимо цей готель 100%, маючи досвід трьох попередніх подорожей на Мальдіви

Soggiornare in una water villa spettacolare, sospesa su un mare dai colori irreali, è un’esperienza che da sola vale il viaggio: svegliarsi ogni mattina con l’oceano cristallino sotto i piedi e tuffarsi direttamente dalla terrazza è qualcosa di unico. Il mare è straordinario, limpido e dai riflessi turchesi, perfetto sia per il relax che per lo snorkeling. L’atollo in cui si trova il resort è di una bellezza autentica, ancora incontaminata, e regala tramonti mozzafiato e un senso di pace totale. Un altro punto di forza assoluto è la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, in particolare di Riyaz: sempre sorridente, attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione e cordialità, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera davvero speciale. La struttura è pulitissima, avevamo incluso il servizio pulizia due volte al giorno. Non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla. Jewel è un artista fantastico che ci ha fatto trovare due sorpresa in camera. Riyaz ha organizzato ogni cosa alla perfezione anche la cena al Manta, il ristorante sul mare. Tutto meraviglioso. Una luna di miele indimenticabile

This place is perfect! A paradise. We had a lagoon villa with pool. This is the best you can have! The guys who took care for us Adda and Moussa were so nice and helpful and polite! Unusual and unbelievable! Thank you for everything dear guys!! The food also is extremely good. And at the bar there is Vish, Sidoka and all the others taking great care of you.

Чистый, удобный номер. Очень приветливый персонал. Чистота номеров.

Однообразная еда. Просто день сурка. Фрукты не всегда спелые. Когда пришел рассчитаться перед выездом, счет был готов. Я попросил добавить три позиции из минибара, так как их там не было, и после этого 15 минут ждал, когда персонал перепроверит минибар. И очень не понравилось, что нас обвинили при выезде в том, что мы украли пляжную сумку, а мы ей даже не пользовались и не прикасались, так как проживали в люксе и пляж был около виллы, бассейн был свой и т.д. Так как в этот момент чемоданы были уже отправлены на погрузку в самолет, я не стал спорить и оплатил ее, но было очень неприятно…

Nada en especial. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas en ningún aspecto. Todo de 4 estrellas normalito. Habitaciones muy muy básicas sin grandes lujos, recepción ridícula. Y en una ubicación lejana que solo te deja ir en hidroavión a 435 dólares por persona. No lo puedo recomendar

A parte de todo lo dicho. La restauración es muy muy básica y de poca calidad. Ni las cenas temáticas merecen la pena. Muy muy pobre el nivel gastronómico. Tan solo los postres se salvan ya que hacen muchas tartas a diario. El resto de comida es de un 3 estrellas como mucho. Eso sí, te intentan convencer con regalos para que les pongas la puntuación de 10. Lamentable

1、当我们风尘仆仆的赶到马累机场的时候，很口渴，但酒店似乎没有lounge，让我们在候机大厅站了二十分钟线上check in，水飞马上要飞，就一直催催到在值机前，不知道酒店这么搞是为了什么？ 2、我们已经在马尔代夫的一个居民岛上，但却安排我们很晚到酒店，提前一天我们就在问第二天上岛的情况，却没人理我们，邮件也不回，还是另一家酒店帮我们给这家酒店打的电话…我们问为什么这么晚，他们说cocoon就是这样，check in很晚！ 3、酒店设施老旧，装修实在没什么品味可言。卫生打扫很一般，尤其水屋的卫生。 4、这是我第二次来马尔代夫，一共住过五家酒店，包括两家居民岛，只有这家只能食自助餐厅，而且太过喧哗，其它餐厅均要另收费，这次本来期待很高，因为之前都不是全包，餐厅都可以任意选择，反而cocoon不行，这也叫我明白一件事，以后来马尔代夫，一定要先问清楚包扩了哪些餐厅，一共住了七晚，自助餐吃到第四天就已经厌倦了。 5、这里的车开得很霸道，行人要让车，八天的时间里只有一位工作人员因为我们让车而表示感谢，也只有一位询问是否用车，其他人最多说个hello后扬长而去。 6、本来这些应该有机会跟某位经理说的，管家说某位经理请我喝一杯，就想借此机会告知，但到约定时间管家没有来接我，事后也不说明理由，出于礼貌我也没有问，问了显得我跟酒鬼一样。 最后我想说的是，任何一个问题的背后还有一个更大的问题存在，所有更大问题的背后有一个更更巨大的问题，而这个问题很多人会主观逃避，这就是人性，毕竟能决绝问题的人太少了，大多数人都是混日子。这些问题像黑洞一样吞噬，直到有一天爆发。底层员工管理的缺失表象上是底层员工个人素质问题，但这个问题其实背后的问题才值得人深思，如果底层员工只想多捞小费，这是什么问题呢？靠小费能发财吗？道德的缺失只能让这些底层员工更加干瘪，越干瘪越像蚊子一样。那么是什么样的文化氛围造成这些情况呢，什么样的企业文化会造成一群吸血鬼呢

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo magnifico resort, tutti i ragazzi dello staff sono sempre stati sorridenti ed accoglienti e super gentili. Il cibo di altissima qualità, ogni sera veniva fatta una serata a tema diversa, giapponese, italiana, mediterranea. Ogni membro ha reso la nostra luna di miele indimenticabile ogni piccolo gesto e accortezza non è mai mancata. Pulizia della struttura perfetta. Mare incantevole, siamo in paradiso qua. Dopo cena sempre molto interessante e mai noioso. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riyaz che ci ha seguito per tutto il tempo. Grazie Cocoon e con gli occhi lucidi vi dico arrivederci, sì perché un giorno tornerò a trovarvi.

the organization and timing of everything was great, the food was great, the cleanliness was awesome, and the staff were super-amazing, especially Riyaz, who did a great job to be mentioned by name.

The island is amazing. Many things to do and also a perfect place to relax and recharge. All the staff was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. Every day its a different menu in the restaurants and the food is really delicious! We really enjoyed the stay thank you to everyone - especially to Moosa from housekeeping, Gais and Riyaz our amazing hosts and the funny and helpful Buusara from the Watersports!!

Every step of the way the Cocoon team has made us feel welcomed and special. The staffs, from the manager to our designated attendant Mr. Gais, has been very helpful and informative on all the arrangements from arrival to departure a seamless journey. Besides the wonderful service, the food was top class with so many choices and variety. Highly recommend anyone visiting Maldives to experience this place.

Small private island allows to relax, very good food (our favorite was Maldivian night) and the hospitality was exceptional, they're meet needs of guests every minute. There is also small clinic with a doctor and also care for the surrounding nature was noticed. Wifi was very ok almost everywhere. Our host was available on whatsapp and his service was unobtrusive which we liked. We had fun with see creatures (turtles, mantas, lion fish) at our fingertips. Someone who books slide or pool villas should remember it is near to seaplane landing place - might be sometimes noisy (for us it was even fun).

In booking.com message they send a link for paying, but its ok to pay during checkin.

The resort is awesome, the location is great. The food is exceptional, the beach villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a beach bungalow 107 and loved it, lots of space, room cleaned twice a day by our lovely housekeeper Iru. All of the staff at this resort are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. Special thanks to our host Adda, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. The staff of the restaurant, bar and the water sport is exceptional. The diving with sharks and the big fishing trip were awesome experience. The restaurants are unique and all dishes are tasty. The Japanese garden restaurant, the chef Lalit and the waiters of this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone is very helpful and trying to do the best for guest comfort. Thank you for everything.

Overall excellent experience. Food is the highlight for sure: incredible variety and quality for the buffet. The water villas are great. Some wood panels are a little old and would benefit from renovation, but it's really a nitpick.

Very high standard of service. Beautiful location. Shifak was looking after us , very lovely. All info was given via WhatsApp, no need to go to reception. He dealt with any queries, also gave us a complimentary lunch at one of the bars. Lobbi bar team was great especially Fernando and Visam. The whole island team is very lovely and taking care of their customers.

Loved every second there. It's a perfect little island to have a relaxing holiday. There are daily snorkling trips that are free and also plenty of excursion options. Food is excelent and varies every day (including a lot of international cusines). All the staff on the island is friendly and profesional and you quickly start to feel at home.

Everyone at the Cocoon Maldives made our honeymoon incredible. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the accommodations were world class. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Stunning location, one literally falls out the back door to the beach. Intimate and romantic, would be so great if this was an adults only resort. Food was divine, so fresh, and great choice. Manta Ray snorkelling was such a moving experience, it shall remain forever in my heart. Loved our guide, Jasper, a marine biologist from UK, his passion and love of nature, were evident. We all worshipped from a respectful distance. The accommodation was fabulous, such a comfy bed, we had such fun during our stay. Loved the quirkiness of the swing in bathroom. The fruit bats squawking in the evenings as they settled down for the night was hilarious. The different bird songs and walking on the beach utterly sublime. Loved the natural look of the cleverly dotted villas, nestled in amongst the trees and sand pathways, really adds to the desert island vibe! Would have been great if there were reefs. Great to completely unwind, switch off and indulge oneself.

We found the lack of communication between resorts to be a bit stressful, especially when itinerary was provided well in advance but this seems to be the way things roll in the Maldives.

We had the most wonderful ever closure to our New Year's Eve vacation. The Maldives experience was exceptional, from the airport arrangements to the sea plane, to landing in PARADISE!!! Everyone was exceptional, from our individual Host, (whom we didn't have to bother all stay long) to the cleaning hosts---I mean EVERYONE. Now, as usual we developed special love for Anisha, Victor (Manager, server, Joker, Entertainer) and Polas....They ran that bar so, so, so good. They were in charge on the main pool bar, and worked super hard and neatly everyday we were more in love with their service. They taught us cocktails need perfect balance (ANNNIIIIEEE!! Muah!), it's not just alcohol in a fruit jar :-) They truly strived to excel, nothing less. Same goes to their servers Ishan, and Rumesh. In the kitchen, Mr. Purna excelled, along with partners in the same dining room Nizam and Foyzul. But it is a bit unfair to just name a few. EVERYONE did their very best. But, saving the best and most difficult job for last - OUR CABIN MAKER - JEWEL - MADE OUR STAY A TRUE DREAM!!!

That we couldn't stay longer!!!! We are back in Miami dear friends!!

Paradise

- Absolutely fantastic facilities and design for both the hotel and our room! Very comfortable stay and excellent sea view in the room! - Can step into the sea and go snorkeling right at our room! There were a lot of sea animals around the reefs, and we even met lionfish, urchins, stingrays, eagle rays, moray eels when we were snorkeling. - A good variety of food was provided every day - some can be a good try.

- Be very careful when receiving any payment link even from the hotel's booking.com official account. We received a scam payment link sent from the hotel's booking.com account via email and keyed in everything already, but fortunately did not click the payment button. It is quite important to us if the hotel could take the necessary actions to ensure their guest information is safely maintained. - We did not receive any information about the seaplane schedule before we were waiting at the gate for seaplane boarding. We arrived at Male late in the evening and had to stay one night before taking the seaplane to the hotel the next day. We were surprised to learn that our host at Male received no info from the hotel (already at around 11.30 pm, and the seaplane transfer was scheduled at 5.30 am the next day), even though the hotel staff promised to advise the info to our host at Male. We eventually got the schedule info at midnight thanks to our host helping us to call the hotel. - We do value the opportunity to talk with the hotel manager during the stay about our holiday and comments, but it would be great if the meeting time and location could be more flexible. Not sure whether other guests experience the same, but it sounds a little bit weird to us (being asked to go to the Loabi Loabi Bar at 6.30 pm - the best time for ending water activities and enjoying the sunset right in our room).

Water villa was lovely. Staff really attentive and nice. Beach beautiful. Had cloud and rain several days which means little to do unfortunately

The buffet restaurant food was almost cold every mealtime. The all inclusive alcoholic drinks were not very nice. The live music was old fashioned and not really suited to the average age group. The place kind of lacked atmosphere and felt half empty

Amazing place. Good organisation of transfers, check in/out, amazing personal assistant Munni who helped us a lot during our stay. Food is not of much variety, but tasty and everyone can find good options. We enjoyed our stay a lot and looking forward to come back.
