Casa Solayme Garrett

Location was central. The one-bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious.

Convenient, charming, comfortable, and a fabulous staff all made our stay wonderful. A grocery store, coffee shop, and gelato store were all within a one min walk. Our host, Carlotta made us feel so welcomed and was full of suggestions for restaurants and activities. She was so helpful!

Nothing!

The reception staff were excellent, very communicative and professional. The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location.

Perfekt beliggenhet!

Carlotta was fantastic and so was Natasha, although I had more contact with Carlotta. Carlotta went above what her requirements were and she was excellent--cannot praise her enough. You are lucky to have her as an employee! The Studio apartment was excellent. We had a coffee maker, fridge, air conditioning, balcony-- all were perfect. You asked us about the air filters and we know nothing about these filters--when we left the air was working and was working on our arrival--no problems or issues with air. I don't even know where these filters go in the air system. Donna and Joao Botelho de Sousa

No phone contact at this time to the main office--I had to come down each time if I had a problem or issue--not convenient. Phone was not operating.

Location ,size and beds

A little refil of filtered water was promptly declined . Not a big ask

Todo en general. Limpieza, comodidad y ubicación

Nada

Perfect location, nice apartments and very clean, good service overall.

Sometime you could hear the doors closing from the other apartments.

Posizione e ambienti

La ubicación

Location is perfect! We can walk to most of the places we want to visit for the first time in Lisbon. (Of course the hills are challenging but that is part of the experience of the trip.)

There is no washing machine in the unit or in the building, but I guess that’s the way most accommodations are in this city.

everything is perfect, staff are very kind and helpful

None

Central

I really like the reception people, they were very kind and helpful. The location at the center everything was around us !.

Everything was amazing

Tutto il valore aggiunto dell'appartamento con qualche servizio simile all'hotel. Posizione perfetta nel centro di Lisbona. Arredo contemporaneo molto gradevole e curato.

Good location

No cleaning of rooms over a 5day stay and no staff on reception at any point

The location was amazing!

Nothing. Everything was great!

Really comfortable, clean, and lovely! At first, I was a little worried that because it’s located downtown, it might be noisy, but I stayed for six nights and honestly didn’t hear a sound. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The location is excellent and super convenient, the place itself is very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nothing to complain about.

Posizione centralissima, vicino a tutto. Ambienti spaziosi e luminosi.

Alles prima

Posizione eccellente, appartamento pulito, personale molto gentile Tutto perfetto

We loved our stay here. Bed was super comfortable, perfect location, AC was great, very spacious for my partner and I.

Beautifully designed apartment and superb location, close to everything! Loved it!

Everything was great!

Posizione centralissims

Very central location, no noise whatsoever even though it’s on a busy street

Nothing it was perfect

Absolutely wonderful apartment! Everything was new, spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. And the location simply couldn’t be better! Perfectly central. We had a fantastic stay, would happily come back, and highly recommend this place!

Perfekt von A bis Z. Sehr nettes Personal. Perfekte Lage im Stadtzentrum.

This place is exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful throughout my stay. The location is perfect. I was able to walk to the majority of my points of interest. The hotel is safe, clean, modern, and truly a hidden gem. I’ll be returning to Lisbon, and this will be my accommodation of choice going forward.

There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Every aspect of the experience. From the staff to the location to the overall atmosphere — exceeded my expectations. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint.

Central location!

Nothing to complain about!

Lokalizacja świetna, duży, wygodny do korzystania, wyposażony dobrze, wygodny i czysty.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Casa Solayme Garrett. The location is perfect — close to all the beautiful sights and historic places, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, with a spacious bathroom. It was also a lovely place to relax and recharge after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Extremely central and convenient, very comfortable and clean, staff were helpful and obliging

The AC in the bedroom was somewhat noisy, we had to request toilet paper since not enough was provided

Top locatie, winkels, ov, supermarkt, bezienswaardigheden goed bereikbaar, appartement is zeer smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht.

Stort rom. Rent og ryddig. Veldig fresht sted!

Ikke stor balkong. Kun speil på badet (ingen full-body-mirror).

Sjajna lokacija, uredan i čist apartman.

This is a gorgeous place in a fabulous location. Very comfortable, clean and a wonderful place from which to explore Lisbon.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great view from balcony. Central location, close to tourist attractions, shopping, and food supermarket.

No negative at a whole stay, excellent place to stay in Lisbon.

A localização é perfeita! É possível fazer tudo a pé.

Loved staying at Casa Solayme. Beautiful decor and comfortable. Location is perfect, we could get around very easily. Staff is very friendly. Also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at reception early in the morning. We could also check in earlier, as the room was ready. Our room was on the first floor, overlooking the street which was a great vibe. Having a lift is also a big positive. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Everything was lovely! 😍

Lovely modern apartment, spacious and fantastic location and easy to access

The AC was a bit temperamental and leaked.

Great location, nice sized room and very comfortable.

Had a slight problem with the aircon one of the nights that we were there.

Location was excellent. Appartment very nice.

Appartamento moderno e pulito. Posizione ottima. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Location and cleanliness, staff very helpful.

konum mükemmel, oda çok rahat

Best location, very nice interior

Excellent location and responsive staff. The apartment was comfortable and spacious for our family of three. Having reliable air conditioning after a long day in the heat was important to us, and this apartment delivered. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon!

The location was excellent. The room was very clean.

The air conditioning was not working properly

la disposizione dell'appartamento è migliorabile e l'angolo cottura molto piccolo

The location was great, felt save, clean apartment, paid parking very close. I would book again, good value.

amazing everything: location, staff, beautiful apartment

Great location in the centre, modern and comfortable, all the amenities we needed, and the air conditioning was amazing at the end of a hot day!

No problems, everything was great!
