ホットタブにお湯を溜める際、途中でお湯も水も止まってしまい、しばらくしてまた動き出すと言う症状が複数回発生し、使えるまでに少し時間が掛かった。 屋外プールは落ち葉などが散乱していたので、もう少し直前に清掃を実施すとか検討して貰えれば更に良くなると思う。

Το Criol είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Queretaro αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, όπως λανθασμένα αναγράφει η BOOKING.COM. Στη καλύτερη περίπτωση πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων και η τιμή που μας χρέωσαν ήταν για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο και απολύτως υπερβολική, για τις παροχές που πρόσφερε. Μάλιστα την ημέρα που κάναμε check in, στη πλατφόρμα της AGODA.COM η χρέωση για το ίδιο δωμάτιο ήταν στο 1/3 της τιμής που το χρέωσαν σε μας, παρότι είχαμε κάνει τη κράτηση 3 μήνες πριν. Ο εξοπλισμός στα δωμάτια είναι ανεπαρκής, δεν υπάρχουν καν πορτατίφ στα κομοδίνα. Ζητήσαμε ένα βραστήρα νερού, αφού δεν υπήρχε μηχανή για καφέ ή τσάι και βεβαίως δεν είχαν. Το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο, είναι συνήθως χλιαρό, ενώ το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί προηγουμένως είχε βρέξει, όπως μας είπαν. Μας χρέωσαν δύο φορές το ένα από τα δύο δωμάτια της κράτησης και υποσχέθηκαν να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα, εξαιτίας των διαμαρτυριών μας και δεν ζήτησαν καν συγγνώμη. Στο Queretaro υπάρχουν αξιόπιστα ξενοδοχεία, πέντε αστέρων, αποφύγετε το Criol δεν παρέχει τίποτα από όσα θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο δήθεν 5αστέρων. Ήταν ότι χειρότερο επιλέξαμε κατά τη παραμονή μας στο Μεξικό.

I'm not very tech savvy and the young lady at the front desk took the time to show me how to use an app to help me get around the city. She didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated.
The curtail was hard to pull to the wall to blackout the room. We were able to move it bt it took soetugging. I'm sure someone would've helped but we didn't feel like calling someone to our room when we were already ready for bed.

There was no elevator. Make sure you request a ground room if you need it. We were ok with climbing stairs. So it wasn’t an issue at all for us.

A central courtyard with central library feature and picturesque outoor and pool area - all well presented, maintained and of high quality. A very pleasant experience staying at this property in the historic center of Queratero.
Coffee and tea in the room would have been a bonus.

Bathroom was really tiny for 3 people. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi, but not too clean I confess - when I turned on the jacuzzi, a significant amount of slime came out of the jets. This was likely caused by a long period without use or by insufficient cleaning and maintenance of the system.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Its a beautiful hotel hidden by a lovely entrance on a very historic street. I booked a King room and was really pleased with my room and its balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself felt fresh and the decor of the hotel including the library is lovely. The hotel allowed me to keep my wine in their kitchen fridge and heated my packed lunch for me.
I got charged $4 for a coffee before my 3am departure. That could have easily been free.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026El Hotel Crio está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón del Centro Histórico de Querétaro y en él, el huésped podrá ver el amor a la arquitectura, la decoración y las instalaciones con el que cuenta este oasis. Las habitaciones están perfectamente climatizadas, son silenciosas, la cama y almohadas cómodas, el jardín y la biblioteca un reducto de paz y aunque no probé los alimentos, por lo que ví que comían los comensales, se veía delicioso. En sí, sorprendido por el nivel del Hotel del cual no tendría la menor duda de regresar.
Todo me gustó. No tengo ningún pero.

Los convenios con estacionamientos externos, demasiado caro para una noche a pasar de dicho convenio. La cama es cómoda, pero los protectores de los colchones hacen mucho ruido.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Tuve un inconveniente a la llegada de la habitación y en un minuto tenían la solución y me dieron up grade de habitación, like! Los desayunos son riquísimos, la atención extraordinaria y el precio muy accesible sobre todo por la calidad de la comida. El restaurante no tiene servicio para comida, solo desayuno pero su recomendación estuvo de lo mejor y a unos cuantos minutos del hotel.
El estacionamiento está un poco retirado y en las recomendaciones mencionaba que podía irme del estacionamiento al hotel caminando con equipaje que no fuera voluminoso, aún así fue incómodo, valet parking estaría de lujo. En la ducha no hay algún gancho para colgar la toalla y en mi caso hubiera sido cómodo, no es indispensable pero facilitaría la salida. Llegué más tarde de la hora de entrada y en la noche q salí a conocer y tomar fotos del lugar me apagaron las luces de la zona de la alberca, entiendo que el uso de alberca tiene horario pero que nos apagaran las luces no fue agradable.

Ya hay algunas partes deterioradas, la privacidad del baño de la habitación 23, solo personas con mucha confianza, sino pasarás vergüenza. Las tv no son las más rápidas.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Me gustó su comodidad, sus instalaciones un poco descuidas como la alberca con agua fria y con pedazos del azulejo cayendose pero lo demás a pesar de ser pequeño ocupa muy bien el espacio y por ser un lugar muy céntrico esta excelente, un hotel muy acogedor
Muy poca flexibilidad y personal poco tratable. Nos presionaron prácticamente a desalojar la habitación, a pesar de que acudí dos veces a recepción para solicitar un poco de tiempo adicional con el fin de confirmar si me quedaría una noche más. Ya era el cuarto día de estancia en un periodo menor a seis días, y la probabilidad de extenderla era muy alta, como finalmente ocurrió. Sin embargo, ante la falta total de disposición, me vi obligado a cambiar de hotel. Esta situación deteriora por completo la experiencia. Consideraba que sería un hotel al que empezaría a acudir de manera frecuente, pero después de lo ocurrido es muy difícil que vuelva a visitarlo.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very cool - bright and modern. We were able to walk everywhere and visited several cafés and restaurants in the area. We felt it was great value for the price and we would definitely stay there again.

No coffee maker in room. We were in the family bunk bed room which was fun and convenient. Shower was almost no private. A nice curtain could do the trick easily.

MUCHO RUIDO EN LA NOCHE, GENERADO EN LA RECEPCION POR PLATICAS Y MOVIMIENTO DE ALGO QUIZA MUEBLES, EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ESTA LEJOS Y CARO $350 POR NOCHE, EL DESAYUNO MUY RICO PERO PUDIERA MEJORAR S I EL CAFE FUERA CON REFIL Y LA COMIDA POR PAQUETE, QUE LLEGUE TODO JUNTO, NO VENIA ACOMPAÑADO CON PAN O BIROTE, LO PEDIMOS Y LLEGO CUANDO YA HABIAMOS TERMINADO EL DESAYUNO, LA TAZA DE CAFE ES MUY PEQUEÑA POR 37 PESOS, QUIZA QUE SE COBRE MAS CARA PERO CON REFIL O TAZA MAS GRANDE.
