Quite noisy at night, but to be expected given the vibrant location. External terrace was more a lightwell; we never made use of it, nor the huge living space to be honest!

Lovely apartment, great location with parking garage (paid) just opposite. Easy check in and check out with Brenda, and the cleaning team were super friendly too! Quiet enough area, and no disturbance from outside or other guests. Crib and high chair provided as requested.

The stairs to the apartment are very steep and need to be taken cautiously.

The property is very comfortable and well appointed. It is close to a great choice of restaurants and cafes. It is right on the famous 28 tram line so transport connections are also good.

It’s an old building so it has steep stairs. We were okay with it but if you have mobility issues you need to be aware of it.

Location and so spacious.

The location of the property was great. It was near most attractions being walkable distance! The management was very helpful with information and helping.

They had 36-38 stairs to get up to the 3rd floor room and the staircase was very steep & small. It was hard on my knees and too hard to bring suitcases up. The management helped with the suitcases! It should be totally enclosed in the description that people with disabilities cannot stay in rooms on any other floor except the first!

Die Wohnung ist schön und es hat alles was man braucht. Lage ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Brenda qui s'est montrée serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Un Auchan à une centaine de mètres, métro à 500 mètres. Bars et restaurants à proximité. Climatisé. L'appartement impeccablement propre. Joliment décoré. Terrasse pour profiter d'une soirée en extérieur. Spacieux.

Appartement très lumineux, il manquerait peut-être des rideaux occultants pour ne pas être réveillé par la lumière. Cela ne nous a pas gênés, mais attention pour les PMR l'appartement peut ne pas convenir car les escaliers sont raides.

Отличная, атмосферная квартира в старинном доме. Очень чистая, не большая, но при этом очень уютная. Есть все необходимое, бытовая техника супер. Месторасположение просто прекрасное, в центе старого города, а закаты с окна неимоверные. С удовольствием вернулась бы туда снова !

Die Wohnung war sehr charmant und im traditionellen portugiesischen Stil eingerichtet. Sie hatte einen authentischen portugiesischen Charme, in dem man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass ich hervorragend geschlafen habe. Außerdem hat es im gesamten Wohnhaus immer sehr angenehm gerochen, was zusätzlich zu der gemütlichen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend – alles war in rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung. Mit großen oder schweren Koffern kann der Zugang etwas mühsam sein. Zudem ist die Wohnungstür anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig zu öffnen. Nach kurzer Zeit hat man sich jedoch daran gewöhnt und es funktioniert problemlos.

Very good location and comfortable apartment for 2 (we stayed in the top room so it was also quite at night despite being near a busy road) Very friendly staff at reception, able to help us with our requests. As others have written - yes there are steep stairs (especially if you are on top floors) but this is Lisbon so you have to be prepared for that wherever you go😀

Gorgeous apartment- the cleanliness was spot on, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms! The location was fantastic, so close to the centre! Brenda was the most welcoming and friendly face to see after a long journey! Super helpful and gave us some great advice! They have a WhatsApp for the apartments and will help you with any queries or questions about local activities and reply quickly! They also have a map linked with lots of suggestions of places to eat, things to see and where they are in relation to the accommodation!

We were fine as we’re both fairly fit and healthy- but there’s a lot of steep stairs to the apartments! Ours was on the top floor so if you have any issues with mobility I would request a lower floor.

Excellent location. Great apartment.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, towels and kitchen work surfaces were clean. Settee was comfortable to relax after day of sightseeing. Location was good. Guy at reception (Lucas) sent a link for some really useful information. We used two of the recommendations for eating which were good, fairly basic food but wholesome plentiful and value for money. We booked airport transfer through Lucas for an early morning departure which was prompt, comfortable and very efficient (driver taking us right to the check-in desk).

THE STAIRS, THE STAIRS. Not the easiest to negotiate. Previous reviews had warned us but we did not appreciate until we experienced for ourselves. Retired but reasonably fit, I really struggled to safely carry a 20kg suitcase up and down (getting help to carry it up on arrival). They were steep, not necessarily regular in parts, handrail was too high and on the second flight whilst there was a lower handrail you could not grip it as it was fastened directly to the wall. The apartment was starting to look a little tired and just needed a little attention e.g. plastic lever on the toaster was missing meaning we were pushing on a bare metal bar which needed some effort, the lid of the kettle was broken, there was no ice tray, only one teaspoon, the back edge of the bathroom door was grubby around the handle and the floor around the kitchen area was turning black - though it was clean.

Очень приятное место, состояние всего - идеальное, очень красивый ресепшн. В кухонной зоне есть всё необходимое, кровать удобная, вид из окон весьма приятен, ещё и птички поют. При заселении нас ждал подарок в виде бутылки вина - ещё и предложили выбрать из нескольких вариантов.

포르투갈 나라 자체도 경사가 있지만 이 숙소 계단 경사가 심각. 짐 없어도 올라다니려면 양쪽 손 발 다 필요함

De ligging is centraal. Het appartement voelt heel ruim aan. Wij zaten op de 4e verdieping. Inderdaad steile trap naar boven, maar dat went snel als je eenmaal de stad bent door geweest.

The apartment was beautiful and clean, with a comfy sofa, bed and balcony. It was in a wonderful, central location with beautiful restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance.

The stairs up to the apartment are very steep - which is absolutely to be expected in any Lisbon townhouse! But one to think about if you are cautious about accessibility.

Very centrally located - makes moving within Lisbon very easy and pleasant. Fine in terms of cleanliness. The staff were friendly, helpful and proactive.

The apartment was very high with a lot of steps needed to be climbed to reach, which would be particularly difficult if someone has a large bag. There is no elevator, either. At nights, it can be quite noisy.

The apartment was amazing! It was quite spatious (not so common in downtown Lisbon) and had all the necessary commodities. It has stairs to reach the apartment, a bit steep but for us it wasn't an issue. The location was in great spot to walk around the city and explore. There are also tram and bus stops nearby so it's easy to use them, plus the famous tram 28 passes right outside of our door! Last but most important, Brenda and Lucas are very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in many occasions! Amazing hosts, gave us advice for whatever we needed and made our stay more comfortable than we imagined!!

Great location for seeing the city. The apartment was very comfortable and it was lovely to have some outdoor space.

If you want a quiet getaway, this is not the place for you... Could do with some sun shade on the terrace.

The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. I felt welcome by the helpful staff and enjoyed my stay a lot.

Wszędzie blisko, łatwy kontakt z właścicielem, piękne wnętrze.

Niestety było bardzo głośno z baru na dole, co prawda dopiero w czwartek. Słychać było także innych lokatorów, więc nocka zarwana.

Brenda was super nice, answered my texts quickly. Location was prime, close to most things. If further away, we just took the nearby Metro. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, even had spices & coffees, which was nice. Loved getting a bottle of Portuguese wine also, that was a nice touch!

Steep stairs but we got our steps in! Could hear music from the bar sometimes at night. We just put our sound maker on louder.

Geschmackvoll und geräumig. Super Dusche. Tagsüber Ansprechpartnerin im EG - sehr hilfreich und nett. Flasche Wein darf als Willkommensgeschenk gewählt werden.

Kleinigkeiten: Stöpsel für Spüle vermisst. Lappen zum Abwischen wäre gut. Sessel muss mal neu gepolstert werden. Wie gesagt nicht wirklich störend!

Det var ikke særlig tydeligt da vi bestilte at lejligheden lå på en meget høj 1. Sal med utrolig stejle og ujævne trapper. Hvis vi havde været gangbesværede var vi aldrig kommet op med bagage.

The Location.

We couldn't use the patio as it leaked when it rained and leaked from the HVAC units above when it was dry. The apartment needs some repairs and a lot of TLC.

De locatie is perfect. Leuke ontbijt/diner tentjes om de hoek. Veel bezienswaardigheden dichtbij. Super klantvriendelijk. We kregen zelfs een fles bubbels met oud en nieuw.

Wij sliepen in het bovenste appartement. Veel traplopen maar het is te doen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Apartment, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich hatte eine Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach mit einer kleinen Dach-Terrasse – es war einfach wunderschön! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Gebäude, und mit einem schweren Koffer in den 4. Stockt zu kommen, ist nicht trivial :)) Es war jedoch meine bewusste Entscheidung, ich wollte unbedingt die Dachterasse haben. Außerdem wurde mir beim Auschecken damit geholfen. Danke!

The location of the building is perfect for people looking for party vibes and being in the center. At the border of bairro alto. A parking in the front of the building. The employees are very nice and helpful.

The bathroom was covered in mold (even the vent), with stubborn stains and ceiling leaks. The apartment walls had dirt that could be wiped off with a sponge. After drying, the shower water left strange colored stains, making me feel unclean. The shower head was also full of mold. The appliances were old and noisy, the fridge sounded like a washing machine. There was zero soundproofing, noises from the hallway, neighbors, and outside were clearly audible, even full conversations, and the apartment was visible from outside the door. One towel was stained, and I got locked inside when the key jammed in the lock, thankfully, a kind staff member helped me with a screwdriver.

La ubicación es muy buena. El alojamiento en sí no está mal, pero tiene detalles que bajan la impresión por ejemplo en nuestro apartamento había una mancha muy grande en el techo.

Sehe geräumiges Apartment! Zur Begrüßung durften wir uns eine Flasche Wein aussuchen. Das Bett war riesig und sehr gemütlich! Schönes großes Bad mit großer Dusche! Eigene Terrasse. Direkt im Geschehen mit tollen Frühstücksläden, direkt nebenan. Gegenüber ist ein großes Parkhaus, da es sonst keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.

Sehe hellhörig. In den letzten 2 Urlaubstagen ist eine Familie über uns eingezogen, die man lautstark hören konnte.

Tolle Lage, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, die historische Strassenbahn vor der Türe ( zur Zeit ist da aber wegen Bauarbeiten das Gleis gesperrt. Ein Bus fährt dort)

Die meiner Meinung nach defekte Klimaanlage. Die Innengeräte sind super leise. Da man die aber jetzt zum heizen nutzt, und das Haud am We komplett voll war, lief das Aussengerät auf Hochlast, und hat in unserem Zimmer neben dem Bett, bei geschlossenem Fenster einen hohen Pfeifton von 30 Dezibel verursacht. In den nächten vor und nach dem We war das nicht der Fall, weil das Haus nicht voll belegt war. Der unterichtete Service meinte nur, es sei normal...... schade .

The location was awesome just next to so many wonderful cafes and the tram was just outside the stay. The apartment was very beautiful and spacious. The host was very helpful and told me what all can be seen in the city and also helped me in carrying my bag on the steep stairs

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location is super central and with good connections to everything you need to see. The staff is super helpful, and check-in was quick.

Due to its central location, the apartment is above a dance bar, so loud music plays till 3:00 AM every night. The building is old; therefore, noise travels directly to the apartment. The staircase is narrow and steep, not ideal for everyone.

The stairs up to our apartment were terribly steep and hard for someone in their 70s to navigate. Fortunately my daughter could carry bags up and down. This needs to be noted.

כניסה לא בטיחותית לחדרים, נכון שבליסבון יש מדרגות. אבל המדרגות כאן בשיפוע לא נורמלי. לא בטיחותי לעלות ולרדת עם מזוודה. מתאים למי שמטייל עם תיק גב. מיטה מאוד ישנה קטנה ומזרן לא נוח. ניקיון לוקה בחסר. הרגיש שיש חול הרצפה, הלכנו והתקלחנו עם כפכפים.

People need to know the stairs are nearly vertical and no lift but it's worth it for the apartment... Fantastic

This place was perfect for us. But if you’re bothered by street noise, this place had a ton of it. For us, it was an easy trade off for how perfect the location was for getting around to all the popular spots in Lisbon. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and had the comfiest bed of our entire stay in Portugal.

Нет лифта. Но это норма для старых домов в Лиссабоне - 2 раза поднять чемодан, зато вы живете в самом центре! Если вы любите тишину, то будьте внимательны-по выходным немного шумно часов до 3 ночи, но нам это не мешало

I stayed in the top floor room 4E. Check-in was very easy, and we were even able to check in early as the room was already prepared. Before booking, I had read the reviews, so I was well aware of the steep steps leading up to the fourth floor. While it may not be ideal for those with heavy luggage, it wasn’t a problem for me as I only had a backpack for my one-night stay. The room itself was lovely, well equipped, and included a balcony. The only noise came from some nearby road works, but it was minimal, and I still slept very well. The location is excellent—close to tourist sites, evening bars, and with a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It really does tick most boxes. I have no complaints at all and would happily stay again as the price was perfect.

A light airy apartment, located close to town and just a few minutes from the start of the action of squares and cafes. Cooking facilities available, easy check in and out and staff available as needed. A great choice in a blue tiled building

If stairs are not for you then you might need to avoid as they are very steep. But even with my dodgy knee I managed them.

It was not well cleaned. Dark long hair all over place when we arrived and it was “cleaned”. Shower cabin had dirty dark corners. And lot of little things were broken but seems they don’t care to fix them. In the bathroom you don’t have any place to set your things.

The location was convenient to visit the city and not far from good restaurants and from the starting point of excursions (15 min from Rossio train station). The apartment was clean.

The apartment was extremely noisy, and the fact that the whole building is dedicated to tourist accomodation doesn't help. That's probably especially true during the high season though (we visited in August). The beds are OK, but if you can hear every single word and step from the apartment next door, the nights can be short... The room included a balcony which was in practice unusable because located next to equipment that manages the air conditioning of the apartments. Overall, we expected much much better in view of the rate (almost 100€ per person per night).

A localização é perfeita! Bonde elétrico passa em frente, é perto de restaurante, metrô, comércio em geral! Chuveiro e cama maravilhosos! Os funcionários são super educados, prestativos e nós ajudou a subir com as malas! Amamos e certamente voltaremos em breve pois somos residentes de Portugal!

As escadas são cansativas mas nós entendemos que Lisboa é uma cidade antiga e com prédios do mesmo tempo. É normal encontrar escadarias em prédios na Europa. Por outro lado, os funcionários fazem de tudo para nos deixar menos cansados com a subida da escada, como por exemplo subir com as malas e subir ate o apto caso alguma coisa esteja faltando ou tenha acabado.Ficamos no 4⁰ andar mas existem aptos de andares abaixo!
