Debbie and Arthur were the perfect hosts, couldn't do more to make you feel welcome. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The location on Wellesley road is great, perfect for the sea, the shops and the amusements.

The owners were very friendly, we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was great

Room was very spacious and every amenity possible was covered. The bathroom was huge and perhaps even larger than in my house. Breakfast was well served and they cater for everyone's preferences.

Probably the only thing is that the bed was a little bit too short to accommodate my long legs at night.

Well located, just off the main coast road. Very friendly hosts. Very clean & well presented.

Would have liked a few places of interest highlighted or recommended left in the room. As we missed out on going to one, due to only finding out about it on the day we were leaving. Also a prominent list of taxi numbers and local bus timetables would have been useful.

Location, walking distance to beach, marine parade and into the town. The breakfast was first class, always nice to be welcomed in the morning.

If you want a "what didn't I like" it was the ambient temperature of the fridge, only because my guiness frothed over the can before I got chance to pour it while relaxing in the amazing Chesterfield. Other than that perfeck.

It was good to have breakfast included in the cost of the room. The breakfast was delicious, served promptly,as promised the previous evening. Arthur and Debbie were fantastic hosts, always greeting you with a smile and a happy face. They were able to make recommendations about where to eat and the special events happening in the local area.

My only reservation was the lack of off street parking, but there was street parking opposite the hotel.

I had an awesome stay at the Cleasewood guest house .Debbie and Arthur were fantastic hosts. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast choices were very good too. I would recommend this accommodation . I will return next time I'm in Great Yarmouth.

Breakfast was amazing! So much choice, all cooked to order. Decaf tea and coffee available ( and on request, delivered to our rooms). Lots of thoughtful extras in our room. Very pleased, comfy beds too. Also a lounge room ( we could even buy a drink!) suited us perfectly.

The Guest House was a little further out than I’d realised.

Geweldig ontbijt, veel keuzemogelijkheden. Uiterst vriendelijk eigenaren Arthur en Debbie, die goede adviezen gaven over omgeving en restaurants. Mischa is een zeer goed indisch adres voor redelijke prijs.

We was welcomed by Arthur and Debbie , who showed us to are 3 rooms which where all nice and clean , all 5 of us had a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. Breakfast was a English breakfast which we couldnt fault .

The proprietors, Arthur & Debbie, are fantastic hosts, the guest house is in a great location (not far from the Venetian Waterways), with nice cafes and good walks along the seafront to be had. The premises are absolutely immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Certainly worth the 5⭐️ reviews given by previous guests.

Lovely little place not far from the seafront. Plenty parking out front. Bar downstairs that was open 24hrs and worked on an honesty tab. Breakfast was plentiful and accommodated dietary requirements. Room was huge, and very comfortable. Tea-making facilites also available. Hosts were delightful. Have booked again for next year!

Lovely stay here for one night. Lovely welcome. Room was big and bathroom huge. Bed was really comfy. Quiet location. Breakfast was lovely as well. Couldn't fault it. Would recommend.

Cleasewood Guest House is in a fabulous location, it is a very short walk to the beach and a short walk to many attractions including the Hippodrome Circus (which was the main reason for our visit on this occasion). (For any parkrunners out there it's two minutes from the start of the parkrun!) The hosts were fabulous, the rooms were well equipped and cosy. The breakfast was good and customisable which was a bonus. We will absolutely book again, having found this little gem at the last minute after a prior booking let us down, I think this will now be our go to for Great Yarmouth.

It was like home from home , wonderful hosts , lovely breakfast with multiple choices, peaceful, great location, a block from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre.
