Lovely bed, great unit. Would stay again here.

Size of room, greeting on TV, bed nice and soft.

Prefer individual bathroom items rather than big ones in shower. Fan in bathroom was very loud and went on everytime you turned the light on so you couldn't quietly use the toilet during the night without waking the other person. Thin walls, could hear others talking very clearly.

Slight noise from others in the hallway. That's it really. Otherwise the stay was great.

Could do with a paint and a bit of freshen up. Not terrible but a bit worn. Towels are worn and an extra towel for those of us with long hair would be great.

nous avions notre appartement avec vue sur jackson street, c'etait super, il etait grand propre avec tout le nécessaire.

j'avais demandé ou se trouvait la salle de fitness, mais le réceptionniste m'avait qu'il n'y en avait pas, pourtant sur le site il y avait une photo. mais sinon tout etait bien. le personnel etait gentil

Great location and close to bars and restaurants on Jackson Street. The room was quiet and well presented with great amenities.

Not a dislike - overhead vent for stove did not work 207 Wall heater also didn’t function but there was a freestanding one available

The room was lovely, with no view and just looking at a wall, but everything was as expected.

The only thing I would say is that the bed was a little soft, and the kitchen could have had nicer utensils. But nothing major.

They had no parking for us even with a mobility card ao had to park on street. Even tho we were sure we required one, A whole gymnastics club took all thw parking the man said. The hairdryer was dangerous and split handle into by wires and switches. The shower doors dont meet so the floor got soaked. And the kitchen counter top was completely broken it split the coffee mug

Helpful staff & available parking on site. The rooms are clean, spacious and secure perfect for someone travelling alone. The location is handy to local restaurants, easily walking distance.

We liked that we were able to change rooms, as we were given a room that we had been given before last year, that had an ant problem, we arrived to find it still had an ant problem. Went straight to reception and showed them the photos from the previous stay and what we saw in the room now.

That we were told they had scheduled to have someone see the room about the ants, like it was a recent issue. I showed photos of my stay 10 months earlier in the same room with ants. I also reported the ant issue at that time too, so they are well aware that there is an issue. The only issue with the second room, is that the bathroom door does not close properly, and you need to use the door stopper from front door, to keep it shut.

Location friendly staff great facilities

Clean, bright, comfortable room, with great bed and pillows, strong power in the shower, toiletries included, kitchen and dining table and sofa. Really thoughtful cold bottle of water in the fridge for us, and milk pods for coffee. New espresso machine with a few pods from housekeeping each day so we didn't need to cut any, and a selection of teas and drinking chocolate. The dishwasher and washing machine has several sachets of cleaning fluids, and a mini disbanded liquid for washing up, so we didn't need to buy any which was really nice. There was a double hob, saucepans and microwave if you wanted to cook but nearby are loads of cafes if you didn't want to. It was super. The staff were all so friendly as well.

Arrived lte and had some difficulty getting in but eventually sorted the system count. The intercom was quite distorted so hard to understand the receptionist. But all smooth sailing after that.

Serviced rooms daily, gym was okay. Needed a pool lol

The bathroom smelt very molded. The couch had food stains on the armrest. Carpet also had stains.

The room was really nice and comfortable and clean. Good shower.

We didn't realise parking didn't come with room and had extra charge. When I enquired there was no spaces in parking available so had to park down the road which we would of preferred not too do..

The location. Room was spacious.

The shower door was broken and had difficulty opening the door to get in and out which only opened a small amount. Found the broken parts to the door in the vanity drawer. Also had difficulty checking in after the staff had finished.

The two bedroom apartment was great. Not many properties have this available.

There was only 2 towels provided for a booking of 3 people.

It would have been good to be told upfront that booking the car park was necessary ahead of time. And was required because of the lack of parking in the area.

Convenience to restaurants. On-site parking.

No windows in the bedroom. The only outside ventilation was by leaving open the ranchslider to the deck where the heat-pump unit is placed. The bedroom was very warm, so I needed to run the heat pump in the living room on all night and leave the bedroom door open.

Walls were really thin. Kept awake on 2 separate nights to midnight & 3am by people talking & making noise in adjacent rooms.

There was no hot water for a shower on both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The young man at the front desk was the only redeeming feature. Also the curtain kept the room dark which was nice.

It was horrendously noisy. I could hear all the other occupants- and for the most part people were fairly quiet except one group. But you could hear everything - every toilet flush, every sneeze, every little conversation. Also the bathroom was very very tired - the shower has black stains from years of neglect. It’s not the usual Quest standard. We got 3 coffee pods like we were on rations. The batteries in the tv remote need changing. 4 silly little uht milk things. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable but if one person moved the other got tossed around. The heater on the wall was broken so there is one plugged in to the wall which takes up space in an already small room. You need the room card to turn the lights on so when my partner left for a walk I had to stick something else in there or it was dark.

Room and location perfect for our overnight stay. My 12 year old grandson thought it was very flash!

Parking Options. I rang to see if we could get parking but was told there was none available yet when we looked out our window we could see there were several.

Good location, close to Jackson Street and the waterfront. Also the cinema is just around the corner. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Location was good and secure carpark was handy.

Ants in the room was a little disapointing and the shower screen was diificult to use and if you were alone you could get stuck. And roon was a little banged up
