Proper quality hotel

Because of Hiltons brand value , there were number of guests in check in counters. Staff were poorly trained , with no hospitality attitude ! Check in at 35th floor , with poorly visible signage to guide. A messy elevated system makes things worse Staff are rather arrogant , a hidden “ we can only do this much, take it or leave it “ kind of attitude After check in , one should wait for an entire life time to get the elevator to their destined floor. Messy ! Rooms are clean and neat Buffet restaurant : staffs attitude was good there , good part is that , one can have a walking experience along with eating. Because the dishes arrangements are such a way. Breakfast : another mess. Staff were not trained to crowd it seems. I felt it was a messed up stay

Spacious room. Located beside a mall. Staffs are friendly.

Reception is located on level 35. No direct lift access to rooms; guests must change elevators at level 35. Buffet breakfast is mainly Chinese-style, with limited Western options. As a non-local, the food didn’t suit my taste, so I often skipped breakfast. Stayed during winter; room was warm but temperature controls didn’t function (likely centralized system). In-room lighting was dim, not sufficient for comfortable reading or working.

They have charged me double the booking amount for deposit and they said it will be returned back within 7 days now once im back home nobody answers and i have not received my deposit back

In general is good, the commodities are very well.

I had a problem with the internet connection WiFI very unstable. The breakfast was a little be less quality, but in general it’s acceptable

Ujutro smo stigli na doručak u 10 a doručak je bio do 10:30. Čim smo stigli neko od osoblja nas je počeo požurivati,govoriti nam da je doručak do pola 11,bukvalno nositi tanjure i hranu sa našeg stola bez da smo jeli. To je jedino sto nam se nije svidjelo. Na bazenu je takodjer bilo pomalo hladno.

Great hotel. The room is so clean and the breakfast is a mix between international food and Chinese. It was amazing stay actually, the room has a lot of facilities. The gym is big and professional. Thanks to the staff who has treated me very friendly and special thanks to Mr. Lucas Liu the sales manager who has supported me to find the best room without prior hotel booking.

Perfect for a family getaway! The room was spotless and peaceful, with a stunning view. Everyone in the hotel is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. It would be even better if they offered a self-service laundry option. We spend half month in this hotel. Laundry is a real problem for us.

Travelling with my son and made a note for non-smoking room, but they still gave me one smoking room. Not good service

Overall is good, the cleaness is not very good. Their are two dirty hanging lamps on bedsides which they never clean them, and each time you get to bed, the lamp will be touched and started to drop ashes. You may find ashes in the room corners or furniture. I think they only clean the very limited places in the room.

The room is super clean, the staff is incredible unconditional, helpful, they’re really worry about how you feel. We had an issue of food poison in a restaurant outside the hotel and they help us with their staff to go to the hospital and get better. Thank you for making us feel at home far away from home.

We booked a room with 2 beds, for 2 adult and our kid. But in the room they didn’t provide provide towels and amenities for 3 persons. After check need to require it. The staff kindly solved promptly. We had same problem for the breakfast : even clearly booked for 3 persons, the hotel told me only 2 breakfast was included!…the hotel concierge was very kind to offer us the breakfast for our kid. I suppose the problem coming from booking app, they are not clear. Then even I written to booking.com nobody answer me. I am very upset for the behavior of booking. com customer care Sidon support us even no answer !..so thank u to the hotel staff to have been kind with us.

I recently stayed at Jinan Hilton Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of perfect. The hotel boasts an elegant environment with well-maintained facilities. Hotel nuevo y muy cómodo. Muy buen desayuno. Está lejos de todo pero al lado hay un centro comercial con mucha oferta de restauración. El wifi del hotel, como es muy habitual allí, inservible en mi caso a pesar de usar VPN.

The rooms , breakfast and the hotel is good and clean

They need to taje actions with the reception stuff , no one speaks English it took them 1 h to check me in at 11 pm , wanted to change usd to rmb took them 1 h also they gave me so hard time even the manger was there nancy her name , can’t change cause the system is down , can’t change cause no cash , can’t change cause you checked out from the room 1 h ago after along arguing they changed me 150 usd and delayed me for the train .

Very clean and close to city

I dint understand why they took extra money as deposit for my booking at the hotel. They told extra amount will be refunded to my original payment mode and it hasn’t credited yet even after 5 days.

Scamming Hotel Alert: I stayed at this hotel with three other people from 8/15-8/17. We booked two rooms from the Hilton website, one using rewards points, and the other paying with credit card to the amount of 1193.25 RMB. Since my wife was a light sleeper, we inquired about getting a suite with the front desk. The person working there told us that there was one available, and it was an additional 242 RMB a night upgrade. They scribbled on a piece of contract that the original price was 535 RMB a night, but it now 839 RMB a night. We were also offered the option of purchasing a breakfast buffet for 70 RMB per person per day, which we also agreed. Apparently, the front desk mistakenly though we wanted to get the two bedroom suite and cancelled the other room we booked using points. I explained that's not the case; we wanted two rooms and so she restored our room that we booked with points, but when she restored it, she didn't restore the booking with points, she booked it using cash. She said that it was easier for us to upgrade to a suite using the points plus extra cash option. I was not sure what the accounting was on their end, but I made it clear that at the end of the day, I wanted two rooms, and that I only wanted to pay 839 RMB a night for the upgrade for two nights for one of the rooms and that the other room is to be charged using points only. My wife, who grew up in China and is fluent in Mandarin (I'm also fluent as well) both understood this is what the from desk agent agreed to. My wife signed the "contract". When we tried to check out, we were given a 3367 RMB bill, which is completely different from the initial contract. We escalated this to the manager (who was not present at the time). Later one, the manager texted us and insisted that we agreed to their 3367 price and even has CCTV and audio footage. He did not even inquire about what happened from my point of view. I asked for a copy of the footage and they did not or could not provide it to me. Anyhow, this place is greasy and practices the stereotypical Chinese bait-and-switch. This happens quite often in China, but I didn't expect it to happen at a hotel of this caliber. You be the judge and look at the contract and if you can make any sense of it. This experience was a great annoyance and really put a damp mood over our trip. Save yourself the trouble and book another hotel

The room is spacious, an apartment room which is approx 85 SQM, a king bed room with a sitting room and a kitchen, so feel very comfortable as if at home

The changing of lifts just as confused as it can be, the reception is at 35th, the breakfast cafe is at 37th storey, imagine we are staying at the apartment block, just go to breakfast, I need to swap the lift 3 times, first go to B2 from my apartment, then to 35th Reception Storey to switch to another lift to 37th storey, just for the breakfast If I need to go to 39th or 40th storey for dinner, I may need to change the lift 4 times, after a while, I am just lazy to move out

Stayed in 2 bedroom. Spacious. Comes with kitchen, living & dining room, 2 bathrooms, washing machine. Very comfortable. New furnishings. Located in newer part of Jinan. Restaurant for breakfast has gorgeous views but getting there requires to change lift 3 times. Breakfast buffet selection is decent. Mix of Asian and western - fresh fruit, yogurt to get your day started. We got the breakfast as part of a deal but I wont pay for this ala carte. If you are familiar with this hotel brand, the Jinan one delivers. Away from the crowds and noise. The doors are heavy and inevitable slamming happens though. Enjoyed the L’occitane shower gel & shampoo.

Very nice hotel at great location. The beautiful mountains around the property . The lobby is on 35th floor and has an amazing view of the city and the mountains! The breakfast was on 37th floor with glass windows all around for amazing morning light, gorgeous view and nice spread options for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was perfect and very cozy. Had a sound sleep!

I am from Jinan and stayed at the hotel when visiting my family. The hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. I stayed for more than 10 nights and had a thorough experience about almost everything in and around the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is nothing about nature but very convenient for shopping, food and entertainment. It is just a bit complicated to get in and out the hotel which has to go through the reception at 35th floor. Other than that, all very very good. The bakery at breakfast is shockingly good. The croissants and pain au chocolate are close the very best I have ever had in China. The Chinese session of the breakfast is NOT frozen ones from the supermarket; the chef is literally making the baozi and dumpling behind the counter.

if i really have to say: free charge of the parking for hotel guests could have been offered.

Not the first time stay in Hilton, but this time is so disappointed that when I had breakfast, they came to ask me several times to hurry up because they are about to finish, and collected all the dishes when I was eating without saying anything, while other guests were still walking in and starting their breakfast! I spent ¥130 for a 10 minutes half breakfast!

Really fantastic hotel for any business trip to Jinan. First class service and great amenities, thoroughly recommended. The residence suites are perfect for any long trip. The mall next door adds an extra convenience.

This hotel is near a shopping mall. It takes 30-40 minutes from here to high-speed train station and airport. Luxurious hotel in Jinan. Club lounge provides variety of cuisines in happy hour. Hilton diamond members receive free breakfast up to 2 adults and 2 children in restaurant daily. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of western and local cuisines, far better than most of luxurious hotels in the US. Indoor pools with saunas were fantastic

Used to travel a lot with Marriott hotels. The overall experience of my stay at this hotel was satisfactory at high expectation. The room is spacious, clean, and bed is very comfortable, the all staff I ever met from front desk, hallway, restaurant are professional and friendly.

It’s absolutely fascinating for members to stay in such deluxe hotel with only 10000 Hilton Honor points, a great choice for us to maximize the revenue of points. Service here is also amazing. The welcome gift for diamond members are quality fruits, Perrier and Voss, making me feel like Trump. Meanwhile All the staff I met were really gentle and professional. Personnels of call center and executive lounge generously offered me a late check out at 4 pm after I told them my flight was at 19:00 that night, it is not that easy in other Hilton hotels. And the whole service process that I felt from entering the hotel to getting on airport shuttle bus was quite comfortable, thanks to this highly trained team.

It was nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Thank you for upgrading my room with great city view. The small acts of some adorable staffs impressed me a lot. Their good behavior shows cordial hospitality to guests. Take lounge stuff-Chuck for example, it happened that someone was out of the restroom at the time, he asked me to wait until he checked the cleanliness. He asked me if I mind someone smoking in it. He helped do smoke-free treating before I entered the restroom. Another example, 30th floor housekeeping staff--Chen Liping, she left me a message that the weather was hot, kindly remind me to drink more water and there are additional 2 bottle of waters in the mini bar.Their small acts are moved by me .Every small act will be remembered by others and decides what kind of person we are.

a wonderful experience to stay with their executive lounge staffs Mr. Antony WANG Zhenyu provided helpful solutions for order cancellation and reservations from my travel schedule changes. Everyone staff is warm in their executive lounge. Mr. Kevin in their lobby reception also provided a helpful arrangement for us. Impressive points: 1. Early check-in and late check-out granted; 2. Member benefits granted—— Complementary upgrade to Executive Floor and give executive benefits included complementary breakfast and evening happy hour and late check-out before 4pm. 3. Food in executive lounge is tasty. A bit disappointed points: 1. High tea in executive Lounge not as plentiful as last stay——only serve seasonal fruit and no hot dishes snack, but the quality is still better than Hilton hotels in Qingdao.

The usual hotel, average

I have been quite many times to Hilton Jinan, overall it is a good hotel at fair price, but with room for improvements. The check-in process takes normally too long, most of the time I have arrived quite late in the evening and I do not want to spend long time in getting registered, the fact that the lobby is at 35th floor does not surely help. I have been upgraded to the "appartment" but, again, going up and down the elevator after midnight, is not a pleasant experience. Breakfast MUST improve, no fresh juice, limited western food selection, too caothic and few of the personnel understand English. I will definitely go back again but I strongly reccomend to look after my points above.

The property is going downhill and becoming tired and outdated. Service was ok as long as that person spoke English but half of the staff don’t speak English ant this issue is extremely disappointing for Hilton chain. The bed was comfortable the shower had low pressure check in at the executive lounge took very long. Selection of fresh fruit and vegetables at the lounge and at breakfast is very limited. No fresh juice available.

Infrastructure of rooms and its design is very good. Room furniture and equipment is also great including auto-curtains. Room size is good, bathroom layout is good. However, there are some design issues as well. No matter what floor you need, you first have to take the lift to the 35th floor lobby, and then change elevator to your floor. Air condition temperature cannot be controlled, and would sometimes drop to 16°C, although it was set for 23°C. Their executive lounge is great, and the staff of the executive lounge even better then great. Especially I have to mention Ms Laura Zhang, the executive floor manager. She will always go the extra mile for each executive floor guest.

Very very fabulous stay and the hotel is such tremendous, the room is wild 30 square meter and it only cost me 90 USD, it’s better than most Hilton hotels in Europe, the staff is very friendly and check in process is very fast.

Nice old hotel at a new district, location is not convenient since about 20-30 KM to high-speed railway station. There's a shopping mall at neighbour, for dining and shopping. as a diamond HH member, we got room upgrade and lounge access. The quality of breakfast and lounge is wonderful! Only issue is the air conditioner, likely we couldn't control the temperature. and seems the room cleaner didn't change the bed sheet frequently.

Is far for any other attraction in the city but has a decent mall next door, is still a bit troublesome to go down to the ground floor to change tower, take the lift to the lobby and change again of tower to finally reach the swimming pool, even worse the way back. Besides that, the residences are quite spacious and well furnished, with everything for a ‘home like’ stay, including dishwasher, washer, dryer and more.

Big and new room

The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet included a great selection of both Chinese and Western style. Everything was great.

Simply put, it's a Hilton! Even when a young national tried to skip the queue in front of me a check- in, the front desk rep made him go to the back of the line. Exceptional breakfast, exercise facilities, and staff. Great price as well.
