Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is mooi, schoon en comfortabel en de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi uitzicht en lekker zwembad. We hebben hier twee heerlijke nachten gehad en zouden het zeker aanraden. Je moet wel van rust houden.
De ligging is mooi, wel rekening houden met vervoer (taxi vonden wij prijzig, in NL betaal je minder)

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Die Unterkunft hat wenige Apartments. Das macht es zum einen sehr angenehm. Ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wunderschön. Am liebsten am Abend mit Blick auf Taormina vom Pool aus. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto! Frühstück war super. Frisches Obst, Joghurt, Toast, Eier, Kaffee ... Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer kümmern sich um alles. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Eigentlich nichts was nicht gefallen hat.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Sehr nett wurden wir vor Ort begrüßt und haben alle wichtigen Infos erhalten. Dann gleich zum Infinity-Pool, aus dem wir einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer hatten. Wir konnten dort sehr gut entspannen nach unserer Fahrt. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr schön, die Auswahl völlig ausreichend. Die Anfahrt über die Serpentinen ist gut zu schaffen.
Wir wussten ja vorher, dass Taormina nicht fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Daher als Hinweis, dass man ein Auto braucht, um in den Ort zu kommen. Dort gibt es ein großes Parkhaus, war sehr hilfreich.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Very helpful reception staff (Simone, Rosie, Ciro) who were very friendly. Comfortable room with a spectacular view from a balcony big enough for a table and two chairs. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Good breakfast. Infinity pool is big enough to swim in but the spectacular view of Taormina from the pool is the obvious selling point for the guest house.
A car or taxi is needed to get into Taormina, but the road passing the guest house is good for a local walk.

It's about 10 minutes from Taormina and a car is recommended but taxi's are available. The pool area is perfect for relaxing after a day sightseeing. We would absolutely stay again

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Es ist einfach zauberhaft dort, der Panoramablick auf Taormina ist fantastisch und lässt sich sogar vom Pool aus genießen, im kleinen Garten kann man wunderbar frühstücken (tolles Buffet), in den Zimmern fehlt es an nichts.
Um nach Taormina zu kommen, braucht man wegen der vielen Kurven einen geübten Autofahrer. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.

Distance 15 minutes de Tormina et 30 minutes de Castelmolla en voiture. Personnelle très professionnelle et très agréable, chambres très confortables et très propres, Belle piscine et bon petit déjeuner.
Attention! Avoir une voiture pour se déplacer, fortement conseillé. Départ à 10h30 du matin c'est relativement tôt! A 11h, ce serait déjà mieux.

Die zimmer sind mega sauber! Einfach perfekt! Wir wären soo gerne länger geblieben! Wir kommen aber definitiv wieder! 🫶🏽
Das einzigste ist der weg dort hin ist ziemlich kurvenreich und aufwärts aber das sollte man definitiv in Kauf nehmen, das war es wert!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Welcome drinks on arrival Beautiful location looking down on Taormina. Nothing was too much trouble. Made dinner and taxi reservations for us. We were treated with such good service at the restaurant they booked for us as we were guests of Scicossa. Everything was clean and fresh and room service was completed 🙌 Included breakfast every morning.
Because Scicossa is not in the centre of town. The taxi fares to town are 30 euro so you will need a car or factor that in to your stay but honestly it is worth the fares. The taxi drivers are very friendly and give you a bit of a tour guide on your way around town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was peaceful away from the bustle of Taormina. An excellent buffet breakfast with some extremely tasty cakes on the terrace each morning was great. Good value.
Shower didn’t work very well due to low water pressure and fridge a bit noisy. Road to property is steep with tight corners.

Le premier jour la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais cela a été réparé le lendemain par l’équipe donc un grand merci. L’isolation n’est pas parfait non plus mais il n’y avait aucun bruit lors de notre séjour

Reviewed May 5, 2026Alles einfach perfekt. Danke für herrliche Zeit. Unterkunft und Gastgeber sind super. Blick vom Balkon ist einmalig. Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet. Bett mega bequem. Pool mit Ausblick ebenfalls top, auch wenns noch zu kalt war, war ich drin :) Kleiner Tip: zu Fuß nach Taormina ist bisschen wild wegen den Autos aber machbar. Sonst am Einfahrt gibt's riesen Parkhaus. Wir wollten aber was trinken während des Tages und entspannen. Hin zu fuss, dann Taormina erkundet. Mit Seilbahn Einweg zur Isola Bella und anschließend im Restaurant(ihr kriegt eine Karte im Sciccosa) mit Blick auf Isola bella Dinner genießen, schön Taxi vom Restaurant bestellen und für 20 25€ wieder im Hotel. Unglaublich schön war es und genügend Zeit für alles. 100% weiterempfehlung.
Nachbarn oben laut nach 22 Uhr. Dafür kann aber jetzt keiner was. :)

Très difficile d’accès par une route unique en lacets , très étroite ou vous risquez le choc frontal au 4 premiers virage (surtout vue la vitesse a laquelle les Siciliens conduisent). Nous n’avons pas pu sortir en voiture le soir pour aller diner. Conduire de nuit est Trop dangereux pour nous. Aucun restau accessible à pied. L’accueil a notre arrivée n’a pas été des plus chaleureux. Pas de conseils
