NuNi Hoi An Homestay

From the moment we checked in we found this place wonderful. Clean friendly location perfect and quite. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will be back

Very nice stay in a great location. Family who operate the venue was quite kind. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the city

Very nice room, great air conditioning and clean. Someone did unlock my door room and just walked in without knocking. Luckily I wasn't changing!

Great location , quiet , clean rooms , good showers and beds ……

A wonderful stay with bright and airy rooms. Excellent staff. A true 5 star experience

Staff at this homestay are wonderful. If you want to stay where all the action is, this place is a quick walk to the market but much more quiet. My room was tidy with ac and a fan. I had a great stay and would recommend.

Very clean, spacious room, right in old town. Great location and the owner was very nice booking a cab to get to Da Nang.

This was a lovely home stay, very close the the old quarter in Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They gave us good advice about things to do Hoi An. The rooms are great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again

The room was spacious and clean and everything in it was owrking properly. No bathroom or hotwater issues.

Despite the off road entrance, first and second floor with no lift, the room (#204) was amazing...large, 2 double beds, shower that drained, air con. Swimming pool a life saver.

We had a great stay here. The family are kind and friendly, and the location is perfect - walkable to the old quarter, but peaceful and quiet.

good

Really pretty rooms and the hosts were the sweetest people ever, also possible to rent bikes and have your laundry done. Beautiful experience , would come back for sure

Great homestay, very close to old quarter. Got some good recommendations from the staff on what to do around the area would highly recommend

Staff were friendly, helpful. Very clean, quiet place. Close to everything.

What lovely, helpful hosts. Rooms are spacious and balcony is delightful.

Located down an alley. It is nothing but a delight. Staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs - shopping, dining and transportation. We were located far enough away from the main road that is was not loud. We were only a 10min walk away from the old town. Plenty of great restaurants near NuNi hotel.

We loved this stay! The staff was great very nice and helpful. The stay is a bit hard to find down an alley, but would recommend!

This place has everything needed for a stress-free vacation; everyday housekeeping, clean towels, a couple of bottles of water (which are needed), efficient air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and attentive, the whole place kept very clean. Central location, close to Night Market and hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bistros. Highly recommended.

This property is centrally located but also tucked away enough from the main road for a more homey feeling. Check-in was spectacular. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. They readily provided me with lots of useful information on food as well as possible tours & visits nearby. The food recommendations were especially top-notch. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful. The An Bang beach Is just 4km away and old town very close. Someone was always available at the entrance.

NuNi was very economical, friendly staff, close to all areas and open to arrange for anything we needed (bikes, transport, etc). Lovely deck.

We are a family of 5 that rented 2 spacious rooms. The family that owns the hotel is so warm and helpful. The facilities are very clean with cute decor. We loved being able to have coffee on the terrace each morning and my kids loved the banana pancakes. Amazing value as well! Short walk to Old Town, many great restaurants within a 10 min walk, and short drive to beach. We felt so comfortable during our weeklong stay and wish we had longer at Nu Ni.

Great homestay. My GF and I stayed here for 6 nights and they were so helpful. As soon as we arrived and checked in, the host sat us down and told us about all the places we could potentially visit during our stay. The homestay itself was right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the ancient town and was only a 15-20 min cycle to An Bang Beach. Would deffo stay here again if ever we are back in Hoi an

Friendly and helpful staffs. Property is clean. Its in a corner, in a narrow street, off the main road so was abit difficult to find. Location is good. Close to local cafe, bars and eating places and very close walk to Hoi An old town.

If you are choosing a Homestay while your in Hanoi highly recommend NuNi. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect spot to stay

One of the best hotels weve stayed during our southeast asia trip (6 months in). Very spacious clean and comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly and helpful with tours and booking. It is a couple minutes walk to old town and so convenient in the location. They arranged our airport pickup which was a reasonable rate and met us on the street since we probably would have been confused on arrival if we didnt know the hotel is down a little path from the street. We rented bicycles and did laundry and breakfast was delicious. It was nice that the pool was indoors to get a break from the sun. Cant recommend this hotel enough I believe it is the best in the area especially for the price

The service at Nu Ni was excellent, location was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, booked all of our tours through the homestay. They charge everything to your room which makes it very simple. Loved it.

I had an excellent stay at the NuNi homestay. The staff were very helpful indeed, the place is great and excellent value, in a good location.

Off the main street made for a nice quiet oasis from the business of Hoi An. The pool was a great bonus. Staff was very nice and helpful

Great location and I had an excellent time staying here. One of the highlights of my whole trip

The staff was always there to talk to and help you. Wish we could of stayed longer here. Good hot water and clean room. Very quiet too. We could not hear any neighbors.

More like a hotel than a homestay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food served there is largely western.

Short walking distance from old town and good local food. Also appreciate that the prices of the drinks in the fridge is not marked up. The shoe-free rule helped maintain the general cleanliness of the place but the bedsheet feels slightly sandy and sticky. Bed was also too hard for us.

Cozy and clean room that had detailed amenities. Very close to old town so very convenient.

Absolutely loved this homestay. Beautiful room and balcony and perfect location to the old town. So very quiet and peaceful too!! Owners are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Great location, great laundry service, you will need it, have all the amenities necessary, will be back, not in summer but back

Prime location! 5 min walk to the river, restaurants and shopping. It’s off a Main Street but you can’t hear any noise from the street. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful and made great suggestions for meals, shopping, and massage. They had bikes and motorbikes for a very reasonable price, provided laundry and more. We extended our stay here by one night because we loved it so much! The indoor pool was nice and cool but we didn’t end up using it much but it would be great for kids during the hot days.

This property is walking distance to all you need and the rooms were clean spacious and had a lovely balcony.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Very helpful in booking train ticket and getting to train station.

Great location, helpful staff and good value for money

The property is kept in immaculate condition, truly is ful guesthouse. The staff is outstanding, always willing to make your more enjoyable. The receptionist, Dieu, was very helpful when we were looking for suggestions

Very conveniently located. Pleasant, helpful staff- for instance they booked my bus trip back to Hue for me, saved me time and money. The room was lovely and clean, and I felt a bit like I was living with a family.

Staff was very helpful with advice and directions and arranged transfers for us!

With a central location at short walking distance from main historic area, this homestay is a bargain. Room are clean and spacious. If you get a balcony, wiew of the vegetation is a plus.

Booked a “superior double room” with “private terrace/balcony” for 550,000 dong on Hotels.com. When we arrived the room had not terrace or balcony and lady said she doesn’t have “superior double rooms” and our room is valued at 450,000! So this was a terrible check in and either hotels.com or the hotel was not honest. Room was very clean and swimming pool was lovely and refreshing so we stayed three more nights. A la carte Breakfast was ok but we preferred to eat out after having this once.

What a great hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, just on the border of the old town in a quiet alley, with an indoor pool! The staff was so helpful, they recommended "Morning Glory" restaurant (Amazing food) and a great leather repair shop. NuNis sister has a tailor shop just around the corner, and we got a fantastic deal on 2 remarkable dresses since we were staying at the homestay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An.

Homestay with friendly and helpful family who live on the premises. For a homestay guesthouse you get an indoor pool, hairdryer, bathrobes, air con and fan, flat screen tv, rain shower, laundry service and a chat with the owners when free. Reception is great place to lounge in afternoon with a beer. Breakfast is available and room service meals until 12 pm. Rooms can vary. Some have balconies, some have openable windows and some have locked sliding glass door 'windows' with applied frosting which lets in little light at all. I was staying in one of these rooms with inoperable windows first night then after expressing disappointment was given a lovely light and airy ground floor room which opened onto a garden. Room 101. Ask for it.

Very cosy family-run little hotel in a quiet setting. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Checkout is at noon and our flight from Da Nang airport was at midnight. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel during the day and even take a shower after coming back from the beach and before taking the shuttle bus to the airport.

It was part house, part hotel. Room was very big and very clean with everything a hotel would have.

It was wonderful! Great staff hotel was in a wonderful location and the room was very nice and clean. Good breakfast too!

Facilities of a good hotel only significantly cheaper and much more personal. Would not hesitate to use again

The front desk was really respectful and nice. The room was clean overall, but the water flow from the shower was pretty bad. We had 4 people shower and it didn't flow into the bedroom, but we had a difficult time showering cuz the water was kind of high. It was a cute local homestay, so didn't have too many things, but the nessecities. The location was close to the main areas, but away from the noise which was good.
