Man muss wissen, das alles sehr klein ist. Es keine Möglichkeiten gibt sich hinzusetzen um zum Bespiel etwas zu essen. In der Lobby steht ein kleines Sofa mit einem Verbotsschild. Ist ws zum schlafen, sonst nichts. Klimaanlage bläst komplett auf‘s Bett

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Location was good, can use elevator/escalators from Hamamatsucho monorail and level ground all the way to hotel, no stairs required. Simple check-in with self-serve amenities. Room cleaning only when requested. H20 bottles replenished daily. Next door to Family Mart for snacks. Hotel kept extra luggage for 6 days as we were coming back for 2nd stay.
Rooms were small-ish, cannot have open luggage on floor. Have to arrange luggage correctly for walking space. Wifi was spotty initially but was given an alternative router ID. Rather small seating space at reception while waiting.

The view from the room is a typical of a huge city. The station we use is under construction, which makes our travel difficult with large suitcases without escalators or elevators.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026It was close to Daimon station, family mart right next door, ample restaurants nearby, typically opposite direction of rush hour traffic. The staff was wonderful, the room was comfortable and clean, and they have what is needed.
It seemed to be more of a business area, so while there are restaurants and convenience stores, it may not be ideal for someone looking for an area geared for tourists.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Hotel com localização muito boa, próximo a estações, restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, incluindo um FamilyMart anexo ao prédio, trazendo bastante praticidade para o dia a dia durante a estadia. A limpeza do quarto estava excelente e as amenidades disponíveis atenderam muito bem às necessidades. A equipe foi extremamente simpática e prestativa durante toda a estadia. Um diferencial foi o cuidado diário com pequenos detalhes, como a disponibilização de toalhas limpas, máscaras faciais e garrafas de água mineral. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o suporte da equipe no envio das malas ao aeroporto. Além de auxiliarem no processo, eles indicaram uma empresa com melhor custo-benefício do que a opção que havíamos consultado inicialmente, o que facilitou bastante.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We loved this hotel, it was for a great price for the given quality, and also a great location at the same time. It is on the lesser touristy side of Tokyo, more for business stays. Very easy to get to from Haneda airport. The Daimon station is 3-4 minutes away, and the Hamamatsucho train station is 8 minutes away. There were so many restaurants in this neighborhood, it was a joy to try local places and avoid crowds during Golden Week. There is a Family Mart right under for any needs you might have, we always got coffee there in the morning. The bed was also quite comfortable, it was perfect for our first day jetlag. I would definitely stay again.
The room was the smallest we stayed in our Japan trip, with big luggage we had to use the bed to pack and unpack. The room Wifi was a bit problematic the first day, but they fixed it when we asked.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Posizione strategica per visitare la citta’ con metro e treni JR. La zona ha una connessione veloce ed economica con aeroporto di Haneda tramite monorotaia. Camera pulita e staff gentile. C’e’ un kombini (mini market) direttamente collegato con la struttura.
Camera piccola come in quasi tutti gli hotel a Tokyo, ma lo sapevo essendoci gia’ stato.

Reviewed May 19, 2026飯店位置離地鐵站及JR山手線很近，去羽田機場也不用轉車，對旅人很友善。 飯店備品充足，整潔乾淨，價位合理，愉快的住宿經驗。
馬桶沖水的聲音很大，擔心頻繁使用影響隔壁房客。 JR出站是北口方向，可能因施工問題，下車後出站需要上樓下樓繞行很長距離，因此住宿期間盡可能改搭乘地鐵。

Reviewed May 14, 2026Очень удобное расположение возле метро, от центральной улицы около 7 минут ходьбы, поэтому около отеля тихо и спокойно. Есть все необходимое, щетки, одноразовые косметические предметы, тапочки, домашняя пижама и прочее. Несмотря на то что комната очень маленькая, сам отель, расположение и персонал мне очень понравились. Останавливались дважды и приедем еще!

強いて言えば、お天気の日にカーテンの遮光性がもう少しあればと感じました。湯沸かしポットの調子が良くなかったこと。
