Highly recommend a stay!! Darlene’s breakfasts are out of this world!! Peaceful, serene and in a great location to explore.

We had a delightful stay at Echo Woods B&B! The property is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The common rooms were lovely and quiet; I only wish we had more time! Bob and Darlene were fantastic hosts and the breakfast was one of the best meals I have ever had. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Amazing breakfasts! Homemade, delicious, better than you could get in any restaurant. The hosts are also very conscience of any food preferences or allergies.

We always enjoy our stay at Echo Woods. This was our third visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean with thoughtful extra touches. The food is also wonderful! Perfect spot to relax, enjoy a leisurely meal, and be rested and full to enjoy your day.

Darlene and Bob were incredibly gracious hosts. The room is very thoughtfully appointed, from a luggage rack for each suitcase, to any array of fresh towels and extensive amenities. They have thought of all of the expected items and many little details that contribute to the feeling that they care truly about their guests. The common space is generous, welcoming and immaculately maintained. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Huntsville. And as if that isn’t enough, there’s the breakfast. Each morning we were presented with a different and unique gourmet breakfast consisting of at least two courses. The quality is on caliber with any fine restaurant and was enhanced only by the presentation, fresh ingredients and perfection in preparation. Now we will manufacture a reason to return.

A must see and must try, this new 5 star experience in B&B standards. Bob and Darlene set an experience that few, if any, other B&B's can achieve.

Echo Woods is a stunning property. The hosts make you feel incredibly welcome. The breakfasts were exceptional. The presentation and quality of the food each day was one of the highlights of our Canadian trip.

Darlene and Bob have a gorgeous place here. The place is clean and quiet (mostly because we had it to ourselves). The bedroom we had has its own ensuite with a great shower. Everything is nicely decorated. The common rooms are comfy with lots of board games to pass the evening. Darlene's breakfasts are to die for. Mostly because we ate too much. No need for lunch afterwards. Definitely going try to come back some time.

Forget the lovely bedrooms, delightful sitting rooms, access to Huntsville and Arrowhead Park; stay here just for the amazing breakfasts.

We love staying at Echo Woods. This was our second time there and everything was just as good as the first. Their home is beautiful and so well taken care of. You are made to feel so comfortable and at ease. And the breakfasts are exceptional!

The Host Darleen & Bob are incredibly attentive to detail and welcoming. They can't do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Darleen is a fabulous cook and the breakfasts are to die for. Their home is immaculate and furnished very very tastefully making your stay with them very memorable.

You feel home.The rooms were super clean,very comfortable bed. we had accsses to almost everythingin the house. Wood games, books, nice warm/cold drinks In the living room. Perfect view of trees and nice fire place. Darlene is a chef. The breakfast she prepared for us was exceptional. They are sweetest couple.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience at the Echo woods. Awsome resturants/bars around the place for dinner. We will definitely come back.

Echo Woods is a beautiful place to stay. The interior is impeccable. Two living rooms and a library offers a variety of spaces to relax. The breakfast was the best I’ve had. Incredible. Everything you may need or want is available and our bedroom was gorgeous. Bob and Darlene were fantastic hosts and lovely to chat with. I can imagine how great a visit would be in the summer with the gardens in full bloom. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and rooms. There were lots of nice spaces where we felt comfortable and able to relax. The owners were very friendly and had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Echo Woods. The house is very beautiful and is decorated with lovely furniture and unique pieces. The Muskoka room and the library filled with cookbooks are both cozy spots to sit and enjoy a game or a recipe. Darlene and Bob are gracious hosts who make you feel comfortable. The room we stayed in is gorgeous, fitted with luxurious linens and a beautiful ensuite. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the very creative and delicious breakfasts. The location is excellent in that it is a short drive to downtown Huntsville, Arrowhead and Limberlost Wildlife Preserve. Echo Woods is the gold standard for b&bs.

We had a great and restful time at Echo Woods. The decor and details in the house made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding: flavourful, filling, and appealingly plated. It was clear that a lot of attention and care went into the breakfast preparation. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The best BnB we've ever been to! And our hosts were very kind and accommodating.

What a wonderful place to stay while in Muskoka! Darlene and Bob were welcoming and accommodating hosts who have obviously put a lot of love into their B&B. Extremely clean, well appointed suites in a lovely house. Best of all was Darlene’s two course breakfast; delicious, beautifully presented and plentiful. Highly recommend!

The property is adjacent to a wooded area - deer visit in AM; Breakfast meals were great ! - owner is a qualified chef. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best B&Bs we stayed at. The breakfast was the best I ever had. The hosts were awesome! The house felt like a cottage. The location is also great, a few minutes drive from all the restaurants.

3 words: Classy, Elegant, & Clean Echo woods was a tranquil place to spend our 1 year wedding Anniversary. The food was remarkable, so well presented every morning at 9am. We felt like we were being treated at our own private chef's kitchen every morning. The food was incredible, and she really ensured that everything was just to her guests liking. The room (the entire house) was beautiful and extremely clean. A real Luxe feel with high quality details in every inch of the room. One area for improvement, not that it is a huge thing and hey, maybe its a liability thing I'm not sure, my husband and I really wanted to have a fire some nights. We ended up not having a fire because it seemed as though they may have had to cut the wood and stay up until we were finished to ensure the fire is out. My husband and I like to have fires until 12 or 1 am some times so we felt bad if we would have been keeping them awake. We should have asked for more details regarding the rules or how things were done ahead of time though. Overall, I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking to stay in a 5 star luxury B&B. Very close to boat launch, rivers and 30min walk to main strip for the shops. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Very unique home and high quality breakfast served each morning by the hosts

Echo Woods is perfectly situated just outside the downtown of Huntsville. It´s easy to grab dinner and access the highway to Algonquin and Arrowhead. Darlene & Bob keep the place absolutely immaculate! There are many options for relaxing once on the property and you´re encouraged to not only retreat to your room (which is comfy and private). As other travellers have noted, the breakfast is spectacular! It is delicious and satisfying and will keep you going all day on your adventures. Darlene & Bob have a beautiful home and they are generous to share it! 5/5 would recommend and plan to visit again!

Darlene and Bob are the perfect hosts, attentive and caring but just steps away if you want your privacy. Their beautiful home has several separate sitting areas, spacious bedrooms and a welcoming dining room. The breakfasts are outstanding- bring your appetite! The hosts often check in while you’re eating to make sure everything is just perfect, your coffee is hot, your plate is full. Despite having six people at once, there’s not a speck on the floor. We also enjoyed the large, well appointed bathrooms, definitely felt pampered. The neighbourhood offers a beautiful setting for walks, and the drive into Huntsville is not more than 5 minutes. A lovely retreat on a sunny fall day~

This property was beautiful, our room was so well taken care of and overall a great experience.

Hosts were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Gave us ideas about where to go snowshoeing besides the very busy Arrowhead park. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were comfy and bathrooms huge. Enjoyed our stay every much and would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful home set back from the city of Huntsville. The owners set it up specifically for a bed and breakfast. It has a music room, a dining room, a library full of cook books, and a very comfortable games room. We played with the beautiful chess set. The games room also has a small kitchenet with a fridge, plenty of glasses and a nice tea set. The whole house is beautifully designed. A plus is that you are given a key to your bedroom door so it can be locked when you leave. Our breakfast was a gourmet meal! It is also very filling. My advise is to have a small dinner the night before so you can enjoy the delicious breakfast. If you are looking for a retreat from busy city life this is the place to go!

Beautiful cozy home, friendly hosts and stellar breakfast!!

Echo Woods was nicely situated, close to the Huntsville core, with close access to Arrowhead Provincial Park. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and features many cozy nooks to spend comfortable time indoors. The hosts are really welcoming and will go the extra distance to see to guests requests. They typically join you after breakfast for pleasant get-to-know-you chat time. The breakfasts are superb! Cooked with culinary expertise that would rival those of top-rated chefs! They are a real treat! And no need for lunch after one of these. The beds are excellent and the rooms are extremely comfortable. One item I would suggest is that, as an early riser I would have liked the chance to make coffee for myself in the common kitchen area.

The property is gorgeous! The rooms are amazing and the bathrooms are something out of a magazine. Every room just feels like home, you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in!

This was our first B&B experience and won’t be our last. However Bob & Darlene have set the bar extremely high!! A great room, amazing breakfast and a wonderful couple.

A beautiful home shared with the guests made to feel like friends. The breakfasts were a highlight of the day. One large table with all the guests sat together resulted in great breakfast conversations. Then, after breakfasts for which words can not do justice to the quality and variety(which resulted in no need for lunch), Darlene and Bob would join us at the table to share a coffee and a chat.

I loved everything. The owners, Darlene and Bob are phenomenal people who treat you like royalty. The house feels welcoming and very inviting. I truly felt relaxed and spoiled. Also had the pleasure of making friends with other guests. Rhe food that is pepared by Darlene and served by her hubby, Bob, is undescrible. So delicious and made with heart and soul sprinkled with lots of love. Coming back as repeat guests for sure.❤❤

The main floor of the house is stunning, the room was immaculate, the hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the food, which was prepared by a professionally trained chef, was without exaggeration the best breakfast we've ever had...twice.
