Relais Incantesimo Vaticano

Polecam.

Stanza pulita, letti comodi, il personale molto disponibile in particolare thristan. Struttura consigliata

- The AC was great! Kept our room an oasis even during a crushing heatwave. - The room was as pictured and large, with nice views, which was a great value for the price paid. - Good transit access (metro and bus).

- It wasn't entirely clear that this was more like a 6 room airbnb style, where "reception" was really texting through whatsapp and waiting for a response when we needed things. Not the same as having a true hotel reception. It is located inside basically an apartment complex. - The bed was horribly hard. I found it difficult to sleep through the night. - Soundproofing between rooms/hallways wasn't the best, but manageable. - The small old elevator really freaked my friend out, and it is on the 5th floor.

Staff were very helpful and our room was clean

The property was very central to all the tourist attractions and made the transit system very easy to navigate.

Everything including the staff were very accommodating to our needs, there is nothing that we didn’t like about this property.

Tutto bene!

Posizione ottima, staff cordiale e disponibile. Grazie alla prossims

The location

This is not a hotel. No staff on the property. Gaining acces was challenging.

Pulizia top!

Ottimo

Ottima posizione e personale gentilissimo (Tristan).

Rooms were neat and clean. Air Conditioner was great.

Location was far from the main city attractions like the Trevi Fountain and others. It was not an apartment or house stay but more of a hostel type stay. One block with about 6 rooms with attach baths. Common Area for tea coffee and beverages. Small lift with capacity for 3. Barhroom was old style. Less lights.

Struttura pulita silenziosa e molto accogliente. Zona molto centrale

posizione, pulizia e staff

The mini bar was poorly stocked

Brilliant stay, thanks so much! Clean room, in great location. Good sized room with everything we needed for the trip. The owners were great and very responsive - a great stay!

staff molto accogliente e disponibile, ottima posizione

bagno top ma camera leggermente stretta

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Thristan — always responsive, very helpful, and even allowed early check-in. The area is also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Good room size for a family of 4

Viskas buvo super, labai paslaugus šeimininkas, kambarys erdvus , švarus

A short but wonderful stay, due to a delayed flight there was no problem with late check-in at night.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds and and amazing jacuzzi!!

Soggiorno perfetto. Super consigliato!

Lycee is very kind and helpfull, family room is so comfortable with the kids. Location is very close to Ottaviano Metro Station, we used train to so many famous monuments and AirPort.

Triston was very attentive, answered our questions immediately, and was very helpful in navigating Rome.

Non ho usufruito della colazione, posizione ottima.

Nn

Torneremo sicuramente!

posizione strategica per visitare il Vaticano

Tutto perfetto.

shops around walking distance to amenities

The room was exactly as described and a great experience to stay in. It was out first time visiting Rome and was nice to be somewhere that was easily accessible by the subway. The hot tub in the room was perfect for a romantic vacation with my wife. The staff is very kind and friendly, Thristan was easy to communicate with, thank you so much!

location perfetta in centro, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande e ben arredata, dotata di ogni confort, pulita e letto molto comodo.

Posizione ottima, proprietari disponibili e gentili. Struttura pulita e confortevole!
